This review is in response to the one my husband (harrison) wrote below. After his verbal altercation yesterday with the finance manager, Pete, the owner Ryan had taken the time out of his day to call my husband after hours to ask what had happened and apologize on behalf of his staff. He coordinated a plan to finish the sale Pete was reluctant to finish. We went there this morning and Boss Lady was very apologetic and emotional over the situation to the point where my husband gave her a hug to comfort her and let her know we don t fault her or the company for one employees actions.After leaving today we feel comfortable with the situation and are very happy with Ryan and Boss Lady wish we could say the same about Pete.

I bought my truck 2015 Chevy Silverado from the Car Guys, they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was good from the financing to the mechanics. I would surely recommend and buy another vehicle from them.

Purchase a vehicle from this place recently for my family initially it was a great experience until I was waiting on license plates that were told we re going to be in a certain time, after checking in with them never got any callbacks. The finance manager hung up on me and when I went to the dealership to inquire on my paperwork And the status of my plates i was told I m getting sick and tired of this. I can t talk about it anymore. I m about to fake a heart attack to Get you to get out of here. And then, because of that comment me telling him this was poor business practice, On my way out he chose to say I had poor behavior. Because i was upset with the treatment i was getting due to his bad day So much for supporting local businesses

Recently purchased a Jeep from The Car Guys and had an awesome experience. They went above and beyond to make the process easy and quick. I found the vehicle that I really wanted and the price was great. Highly recommend this dealership!

I bought a used van from here 2 or 3 years ago I have put 13 grand in repairs in it since then it's still sitting at the shop right now. It sits at the shop more I use it as a camper Van because it's unreliable to do anything else. It breaks when it sits at work No lie. And now I'm trading it in for negative equity for a brand new car spanking new non-american Sedan. These are good people and they're nice but other than that. They sell American lemons for a lemon price. It's unfortunate how much the used car dealership has come down since the days of old. You're better off with a new car. Paying a high payment with a brand spank new warranty sorry car guys its not 100 percent there fault as the american truck and van is a money pit, new engineerd vehicles and are made to fail. I recommend car guys never carrying the Ram promaster vans again. I have resisted to leave such a review but I no longer can hide my voice and I have to protect working class people from bankrupting cars. Bring a mechanic or bring the car from here to a shop.I make 1000 a week. Grow up america. provide better

Ryan and his family were all so helpful the mechanics there are great too. They always spend there time to help. I bought my used truck there a year ago. They helped me with anything I needed done and went above and beyond. I still stay in contact to this day plan to upgrade a few things on my truck and trust them the most for advice and support. 100% Trustable and 100% Reliable Truck Dealers + Truck mechanics. Honestly if you re looking for a car this would be the first place I recommend you stop. We were having issues with our old car and my fianc�s mom and brother told us to come here as they both recently purchased vehicles from here. I wish we had came sooner. We met with Pete, who was very kind and very helpful the whole step of the way. He got us in our gmc terrain quick and easy. We also had a problem with our tires and they fixed the problem right away. All around they are great and everyone in there is so welcoming and friendly.

The Car Guys is the ultimate car sellers on the Cape for starters to persons who have been well established with credits and wish to purchase used cars.The family operated co. has great customer service and are quite reliable for service. It is safe to say that they are men/women of their words.I got a vehicle and I am satisfied with the service, helps, guidance and support during the process.They are equipped with a very great team that is hardly a customer-friendly. They provide servicing service and even consultation on what works from what may not be a good idea, rather than just doing what you asked and allowing you to pay more down the road. Can you imagine? Great team!You keep it up Car Guys! #happycustomer

I visited The Car Guys at an interesting time for myself. The experience there versus one of those "big" dealerships is night and day. The Car Guys are very kind, welcoming people that do not try and push you into anything.I never got to see Janet in person, but Ryan and Casey are really cool, chill guys that answer any questions you have. Janet " The Boss Lady" was always a pleasure to speak with on the phone. I had a power steering issue the first week after making my purchase. They had it fixed in a day.I've never been to any dealership before now, but I can say I'd certainly return again in the future to see them again. Thanks to all three of ya!!

We had bought a Chrysler 200 from them a few months back. It had some issues we found out after we bought it, but they were very good about fixing the problems even after we paid for it when they didn t necessarily have to.Thanks for a good experience Car Guys, you will have a repeat customer.

this jeep is for sale at car guys. it is my Jeep. I was in an accident with it on January 25th of 2018. It was a total loss and I released it to the tow driver. My ex boyfriend went behind my back and bought it back from the insurance company and is trying to bank on my hard work. The frame cracked so I had to have frame sections made. I spent so much money on this Jeep It is a total loss and he is asking 14k. My ex boyfriend is Mark Favulli from Falmouth

My experience at the car guys was excellent. It was my first time buying from a dealer and I was skeptical cause I had heard bad things about dealers, but they blew me away with how awesome they were. They weren t pushy at all, extremely honest, quick to answer, and just nice people to work with. On top of that, it doesn t just end after you purchase your car. They look out for you making sure the car is running well and you re satisfied. The car I purchased from them should last me a long time, but if I ever need a new car, I ll be coming back to the car guys.

All the staff at The Car Guys are easy to talk to , kind , helpful and welcoming! I recently purchased the vehicle I had been searching for and they were excellent on the day I purchased and went above and beyond on the day I picked it up. They were relaxed and honest. Awesome place to to business. I just bought my Kia Sorento from the car guys and I m beyond happy and blessed I found their dealership online. My car is perfect, no lights on, very clean, no rust. When I noticed one tire was low on air while looking at it they completely changed the tires wasn t even an issue. They stand by there word. Honest people, the process was extremely easy to finance through them. I highly recommend stopping by you won t be disappointed. The atmosphere isn t anything sketchy they make you feel welcome. It s a family owned business and it shows they take pride in selling quality reliable cars. BUY FROM THEM!

My husband buys used cars to travel for work and this is our first time buying from the car guys and I cannot express how excellent they are. They went above and beyond in so many ways, customer service was excellent and they continued to work with us to get everything absolutely perfect even after we left the lot. I wish we could give them more than five stars because they earned it! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality used car. They are extremely reliable and strand behind their work with pride! Support local small businesses and shop with the car guys!!!

After searching for a while for a truck for my husband, we were directed to the Car Guys - and they did not dissappoint! Their great selection of trucks, and their no-pressure sales made it well worth the wait! Loved their family-oriented atmosphere and amazing customer service. Ryan, Casey & Janet were super friendly and very helpful, as was Clint- (whose truck knowledge was quite impressive!) Peter also made the whole financing & purchasing experience very painless, quick and easy! Such a great crew! Highly recommend the Car Guys!!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from the Car Guys for my husband.I can t say enough how impressed I am with this family owned/operated businessI initially spoke on the phone to Janet, the office manager, who impressed me with her warm and professional mannerisms.My first visit to the business. I met Janet. Just as professional and friendly as she was on the phone. Almost unheard of these days.I was introduced to Casey and we completed the application process. Again, professional and friendly.These guys have this process streamlined to a quick time frame.I left a deposit and got a call back saying it was all set! Amazingly fast.Payments and interest rates were discussed as well as my trade. Very fair in this capacity too!I can honestly say I won t hesitate to return here for another vehicle when I m readyLove the no pressure and the very efficient atmosphere.I give it a 6 out of 5 rating. Customer service is alive and well at The Car Guys of Cape Cod!!

Fantastic family to work with. Just got a 2018 Ram 1500 and they helped with every part of the process making it smooth and easy. Casey helped me directly but his family that works along side him were greatly helpful as well. If you need a new vehicle definitely stop by!

I can't help but give TheCarGuys 5 stars.. I've been extremely happy with the Silverado I bought a couple months ago. The engine light went on after a 1000 miles and I brought it back. They fixed the issue and I got a sticker with no problem. They've always said that I could bring the truck by if I have any issues. When the guy painting my house learned where I got the truck, he said TheCarGuys were great and thats where he gets his trucks, I really felt I had made a good decision then. When friends ask about my truck I'll happily tell them to check out TheCarGuys

I went to the Car Guys looking for a safe reliable and affordable car/suv as a single mother. they understood my fears especially as a family business whom all have their own children. they were a calm non-pressuring environment! and encourage me to call if i need anything or have any ? s since i made my purchase. so fair with prices. i only gave 4 stars as i just made the purchase, but i do highly recommend them.

This dealership is the best you will find. My family has actually purchased 2 trucks from them 1 in April and 1 in September. The atmosphere is relaxed and low pressure and the trucks are extremely well detailed and maintenanced. Most importantly in a time when used car shortages have caused prices to rise the Car Guys offer great prices and care about their customers.
