I brought my vehicle here to have minor body work done on my front bumper. I would ve brought it to Hyannis Honda Body Shop, but they were booked out for a couple months and I was in a pinch to sell my car. The quality of work here is terrible. They applied the wrong color of paint, didn t connect the fog lights after finishing the work, my headlights that were replaced had water inside, and my front bumper was basically falling off two days after picking up the car.The communication here is AWFUL. The receptionist is rude and clueless. She hung up on me multiple times. You can t even leave a simple voicemail during business hours and after hours. I was told the car would be finished in two days, but it took over a month to get it back. They are dishonest and shady. Do yourself a favor and shop around elsewhere. I highly recommend Hyannis Honda Body Shop (they work on all makes/types of vehicles) if you re looking for a reliable Body Shop on Cape Cod.

I brought my car in to fix damage from an accident. They got me in for an appointment quickly, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They set me up with a rental car. My car was done within a week and looks amazing!! I could not be more appreciative for the work done on my car, along with how clean everything was when I picked it up. It looked as though my car cleaned as well which is amazing!!Thank you!!

My car was broken into, damaged, vandalized, and Rotary collision did not tell me and tried to cover it up. Still don't' have a working tailgate as they said it was a "recall".

Initially I thought this repair shop did a great job then my car overheated 2 days after the repair. The manager said they forgot to put in any fluids after basically replacing the entire front end of my coupe. A few weeks later I realized the AC was not working. They told me they forgot to charge the new AC system that was installed. I returned to the shop 5+ different days and weeks. Each time the charging equipment was either broken or being used in the Sandwich location. I thought the manager was nice, but I would never trust this place with my car again. The AC was never fixed, and I went an entire summer without it until I paid my dealership to do it.

I definitely recommend considering this location for any work your vehicle may need! When I first had accident they looked at my car immediately to make sure it was safe and took it right into shop. They found me a rental at a time that was hard to find and even arranged a ride there for me. Then kept me updated on progress of my car regularly. They even stayed open a bit after closing to make sure I could pick up my car when it was ready after work. My car was clean and looked like brand new when I got it. I think they detailed it. I was very impressed with the care I got from the staff who were knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for everything.

Grandparents were in an accident. They were the towing company towing their car. We needed my grandmothers purse and needed to get to the car. They didn t want to pay someone to let us get to the car to get her insurance and medical info in the purse. No compassion, especially a week before Christmas.

I sent my car here after my son had a little mishap with our camper hitch and my back hatch-put a hole right through it! Rotary Hyannis fixed my car to almost new condition! It's beautiful. Everyone was easy to work with, no back and forth with my insurance company and they did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of the job. Family run business with great service and high quality work!

My experience was very upsetting and I was not happy with the job that you did the adjuster for Progressive Insurance was very coordinates with the value of the vehicle that is the only thing that I have for the remains of my father and I can take care of that car very well treated like my baby I am very upset that you didn't tell the adjuster what really needed to be fixed and I think that you did a horrible job and nothing seems the same I will never recommend you anyone I should have gone and got estimates of my own I am very upset with Progressive and I will be reviewing my accident and pictures and the way that they proceeded with the damage I've never heard I'm a insurance company that doesn't come to the residence where the cars parked to see what damage there is they're taking a risk going to a collision Department instead of going to the person's home to assess the damage I will be looking Thor replacement of my front bumper and my rear and this passenger back door was also damaged.The rear bumper on the passenger side was never cracked on the rear and thePlastic bumper was never damaged on that side and it was because the rubber what ripped off halfway so that tells you that the plough did hit the rear bumper I will be fighting this if I have to go to court.The repairs were very unacceptable and your garage is horrible it's so small I don't see how you can even repair anything with no room I could have gotten the mirrors on my own and the price that I got on the passenger side was $1,500 difference less then what you quoted or the adjuster and I was told that he is very harsh and will get the cheapest job done for Progressive I will be telling them that he never showed up the next day and he hung up on me so you might be seeing me in court look forward to that

Rotary Collision Center is amazing nothing but professional,friendly experience, from time walked in door till I picked my truck up. Gave me ride to renental place, detailed the inside of my truck what a surprise. Matt. Sara and Jon you guys ROCK, THANK YOU!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Woman the the front desk just lied about state towing fees as if people are unable to look up state statutes on their own. State MAXIMUM is $108 form involuntary tows. This does NOT mean the state MINIMUM. Shame on this place for taking bribes from the local PD.

Worst experience ever! Never bring your car here I know couple of people that have done it and they have been bringing their vehicles back to the shop multiple time and the car it not done properly! THESE PEOPLE SUCK!
