Both Jason Arruda (general manager) and Chris Sneed (service manager) have been incredibly great whenever I need to bring my cars in to the dealership. They have a very professional and helpful team, and I can tell they go far and beyond to take care of their customers. I highly recommend Balise.

I just purchased my second truck from Balise Ford. I worked with Michael Boden on both occasions. My overall experience both times was very stress free, I did not feel pressured at all to purchase and ultimately ended up with a very fair deal.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Arrived and was told to return between 2:30 and 3:00. Upon my return, I was told 3:00 or 3:14. At 4:00, I was told that the would let me know when the job would be completed. Someone gotBack to me at 4:45, full of excuses about why it was taking so long. Businesses should now scheduling and limitations. There would be no need for a review line this if I had just been told that there was insufficient time to complete the job. Two hours I still no vehicle.

Worst experience, went in for an oil change not only did they charge me for the works package after I specifically requested just an oil change, they spilled oil all over the transmission, the windshield and all under the roof of the car. They also put the wrong miles and next appointment date on the sticker on the windshield. After i drove home the car was smoking from all the spilled oil on the transmission. I drove back to find that they were closed, I called to talk about the poor service provided no call back or anything. Overall terrible careless service, would not recommend.

AJ was great to work with! I also met a salesman named Drew who I am excited to discuss my next car with as he was very polite and happy to explain the differences between the newer models to me.

Terrible customer service. Not honest at all. Sign says service while you wait, but they ask you to drop the car and can't guarantee or even tell you when it might be ready. How is that quick service? False advertising at its best! Whoever runs the show over there has no clue what they are doing. Will never go back there again or recommend to anyone. Absolutely terrible experience

There is better customer service and a better experience at the DMV. They are horrible. I hope the mangers is reading these reviews and does some thing about it.
