The owners are extremely friendly and easy to talk to, bought two lovely cars there. The service is awesome, very efficient and they will fix anything if needs be. Not to mention I started off with little credit and they were able to find me a place that would approve me. I would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love this place! I just recently bought my third vehicle from them and couldn t be more happier!!! They have been such a great help through the financing process and go me into a new car on such short notice! Highly recommend mutual motors, such great people

I've bought 3 cars now from Em�lio at Mutual Motors! This is a fantastic business that's been around for a while. They can find anything you re looking for if they don t have it available in their inventory. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here every time I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back there again because of the excellent customer service and quality vehicles. Em�lio really knows his cars well, you won't find a better used car lot than Mutual Motors.

This is my third purchase from this place. Im Very happy. I definitely recommend Mutual Motors. They took very good care of me. Where other dealers wouldn't waste their time with Me, they went out of their way to put me on the car I wanted and also helped me with the finance. Give them a try' you'll be glad you did.

Bought a Dodge Charger here 4 years back but never left a review. First off they were very courteous and informative through the whole process. Helped me secure a sub prime loan (my credit score was terrible at the time). Tatiana was surprisingly quite knowledgeable about my vehicle which helped me make the decision. The day I picked up the car they had detailed it (again)! When I was short on money to pay sales tax at the RMV they LOANED ME A PERSONAL CHECK TO pay!!! Excellent service all the way around, makes you rethink your idea of a used car dealership.

Mutual motors is the best. I couldn't of gone to a better place. Very family oriented and friendly. They showed respect to my whole family. They made it so fun my oldest every day asks to stop by. I recommend mutual motors to everyone! You won't find a more honest, friendly, respectful car place!

I bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty from there. My issue is that in the year and a half that I have had it, I have already had to put close to 2 grand into fixing it while still making payments. I m not talking maintenance. The sunroof was leaking and I brought it back. He fixed it. Well not really because I had to take it to the Jeep dealership that is across the street from this establishment. The whole sunroof had to be replaced. When I say that when it was raining that it was also raining on me, it s the truth. Literally dripping on my head. I would have to take towels to soak up all the water that was pooling in the car. That cost a grand to fix. Then like 6 months after I have it I have to pay 500 to fix the exhaust. Not to mention the caliper that was literally smoking as it was melting when I was driving it. Another 270. The rear end is falling apart and it is not even driveable at this point. So I go Toyota to trade it in. When the appraisal came back I was floored. The car fax that was pulled said it was in two accidents. I feel as if false documents were presented to me. Was I showed a fake report? That showed no accidents? Honestly, who would buy a car that has been in two accidents? This car is now worth nothing. I would not recommend this place. Oh I also forgot to mention that he heat never worked. I did check it when I purchased it but it was in the summer. So yeah it felt warm.

It was an amazing and exciting experience when i went to mutual motors to buy my car. They owners were so friendly and informative and they helped me throughout the entire process and with all paperwork making it an extra customer service experience and i would invite everyone to go shopping at mutual motors if ur looking for a new car because you certainly will love the owners and there amazing customer service and you won't regret it

Bought a Chevy Tahoe from them and Emilio was great!! It had a few issues that we knew about at time of purchase and he said he would take care of them and he fixed everything he was supposed to fix and more. I would highly recommend them.

Im changing my review due to the lack of response from Mutual Motors re fixing the steering rack on my Escalade, properly. It still leaks, and the code message on the dash never went away. Weve brought it back to be fixed a couple times and issue never resolved. I have left numerous messages, VM, emails, texts, sometimes their VM is full. We are buying a newer Escalade and a pick up and I will NEVER buy anything from Mutual again. I will be fixing the steering out of pocket to the tune of 900.00 ( our mechanic) and sending the bill to Mutual. Its hurtful, I work hard for what I have.Janet L

I went to pick up my car I bought there that they had been fixing a few minor issues on. There were HUNDREDS of miles put on it since I had paid for it. Like 600!!! The girl said they had to drive it to make sure it ran well. EXCUSE ME? I should have made them throw me back some money but I was in a hurry to get it.

They charged me for the RMV and plate run that I had to do myself :( Then when I went to pick up my car I saw them drive it out for about a 30 minute joy ride leaving me waiting and angry. The salesperson didn't acknowledge the slice in the tire until I came back with a failed inspection and made me go to the town fair tire in his town not mine. The warranty from fast lane didn't pay for anything when I had problems and told me dealers sell cars knowing of the problems and they wouldn't help.

Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from Emilio at mutual motors or first Acura they sold me a vehicle and the sun roof blew off on the highway and almost caused a huge accident he sold me a truck with a broken ac and told me he would fix it he never did he attempted to repair the sunroof on his own and failed miserably now it leaks water every time it rains and I also Ask him to replace one of my windshield wiper Because it was never on the car he did not use any of the correct hardware and zip tied the windshield wiper and thought that was acceptable Buyer Beware He is not a man of his word and neither is 1st acura extremely poor customer service !!!!
