John s Collision took the vehicle in when promised, and returned when they said it would be returned. It is a service vehicle we need everyday so the proper scheduling and communication was appreciated. I was referred by a friend and will highly recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Although it was a small fix it for them, it had been a headache for me. Knowing I was not going thru insurance the worker came out and had my problem corrected in 15 minutes. This is a six star company.

The staff are an awesome team! Lisa calls with updates, the owner and staff handle everything (including getting my insurance information from my email for me!). Very accommodating. Just leave your car in their hands and they'll give you updates, inform you of additional adjustments to the insurance estimate and handle that directly. Thorough, and open to additional tweaks on request. Hoping there's no "next time", but if needed, the tow truck delivery takes my auto to John's!

Great service is often a surprise these days. Exceptional service is rare. The folks at John's Collision are EXCEPTIPONAL indeed. Friendly, helpful, professional and true to their word. From start to finish, John's Collision staff were friendly, helpful, and fast! I'm very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.I was very surprised that I could get my car in with only a single day's notice. I dropped my car off the night before and the tech (owner?) took the time to come out to my car to discuss the issues personally. He gave me a realistic idea of what they could do and volunteered that it's not financially worth going beyond a certain point (which I really appreciated). They had the work completed by noon!Both staff members I saw were wearing masks when I arrived and kept them on both times I was there. 12/10 much appreciated!

Great people to deal with. I used the app for an estimate and followed up with a visit. Would highly recommend them. My car looks impeccable and the constant updates both via phone and text were very informative and appreciated. Would highly recommend John's Collision! They are very friendly and professional. My Lexus looks brand new again, taking care of scratches not covered by insurance. Thank You. They even washed the car, true professionals. They are amazing and do incredible work!!

Johns collision is the only body shop my father and I trust bringing our vehicles two , they do amazing Work and I am not an easy customer too please , if anything I m probably the hardest customer they have and they go the extra mile too make sure I am happy ,heather makes all the paper work very easy and she s very nice too deal with , Eric and John know exactly what needs too be done too get your vehicle back too original condition , they did a very big job on my fathers 2017 ram 1500 and the truck literally looks like it has NEVER been touched , I am having them do some work on my 2018 ram 2500 in the spring !! Thank you guys !!

I've been to John's twice in recent years and would highly recommend them. Both times the cars were fixed to as good as new condition, in about a week. One of my vehicles had a small dent that was unrelated to the fender bender covered by insurance, and they even popped it out, without being prompted. They dealt with my insurance company and the repairs required no legwork/paperwork by me. Really honest, competent, professional folks that make the experience of getting in a fender bender much better. Thanks!

Best customer service I have ever experienced with any auto care. Flexible with me and my timing coming from Nantucket. Updates provided, clear expectations, and practical help w decision making. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but will use them again of I need any bodywork done.
