Body shop operated by seasoned pros. They located an OEM bumper and taillight assembly for my 20 year old Acura RL. Both were very difficult to come by. Performed all work in accordance with my insurance estimate. Car was returned to me in immaculate condition, with exterior washed and interior vacuumed. They even cleaned and detailed my wheels! Time to repair was right on schedule. Very happy with the body work!Service: Body & Trim

Hyannis Honda Body Shop is the only place I will take my vehicles. They did a great job on my husband's truck when he was rear ended and they recently took care of some minor body work on my car. It had to go through a warranty company that was giving us a hard time about the repairs. Tom worked with them and kept me in the loop the whole time. They had my car for the amount of time I was quoted. It came back in excellent condition, they even vacuumed inside and shined the tires. My car looks brand new and I am so pleased with their work!

They are just so nice there, honest, accommodating.. I just had my quote, but the gal knew exactly what she was talking about, explained everything easy peasey. I LL be getting the work done to my car in the next few weeks. You can just tell sometimes - good people. Easy to communicate with:)

From the first call I made to Hyannis Honda Body shop speaking with Tom Goulart, manager, I have been pleasantly surprised and educated on the process of getting my vehicle repaired after being hit while parked. Tom walked me thru every step with the insurance procedures and expectations of repair. Both Tom and Gary Stobbart, made a difficult situation easier to deal with. Reading some of these negative reviews is puzzling to me.I have found everyone that works there to be friendly + helpful. The staff there nicely kept me updated on the progress of my repair.The body work they did on my car is phenomenal. 5 *.

Left my 2016 Honda Pilot to get fixed. Called a couple times and got different day for day to pick up. The day my wife went to pick up the pilot was dirty and she complain about the paint not looking good. They got the vehicle and fixed the paint again but with an attitude.

That place is a joke. Hyannis Honda is a great place to buy a new car but Hyannis Honda Body Shop is totally opposite of that. Staff is rude and has no experience. They dont know how to treat customers
