I loved my old CR-V so I wanted to purchase another Honda. I put up with a lot from these salesmen in order to do so and regret it. If I buy another Honda it most certainly will not be from Hyannis Honda. They made the purchasing process way more difficult than it had to be, refused to work with my broker, multiple salesmen gave me the exact same spiel about how wonderful this family owned business is etc etc. Shane lied to my face about the cost of Honda Care, said all the information would be in the mail (it never arrived). Once I tried to cancel Honda Care multiple people from Hyannis Honda lied to me about the cancellation process, hung up on me, transferred me to other people without warning, said they'd call me back and never did. I had to go in person to try and cancel the policy. I was greeted by an incredibly rude salesman who lied to me about the cancellation window in the hopes that I would leave. Once I insisted on waiting he told me it'd be a few hours before anyone could see me. Shane then proceeded to call me crazy for wanting to cancel the policy but assured me he would let me know once he had cancelled the policy. He still has not done so after several weeks. I cancelled the policy myself by going directly to Honda Care. Hyannis Honda has wasted hours of my time and lied to me far too often. These people are deeply untrustworthy and completely live up to the reputation of car salesmen.

I ve been buying or leasing cars from Hyannis Honda for over twenty years. They have always offered excellent service and a reliable vehicle. I must say that I ve never leased a car over the phone before, but Connie made it very easy. And Tony completed the process by showing me all the new bells and whistles of my new CRV - my fifth one!

My salesman Peter Stout is fantastic! When I was debating my end of lease options he outlined every scenario clearly and respected the limitations of my budget. Hyannis Honda gave me a great deal; it is effortless to lease a car here, which is why I have been a Honda customer since 2017.

I cannot recommend Hyannis Honda and the team there highly enough! I came into their shop 24 hours after moving to MA from Washington state. I d had a day full of the run around from another dealership and two different RMV locations. I called ahead and got to meet Peter Marancik and with 1 hour to close, we test drove two cars and made a deal on one. He was so incredibly great to work with. I felt like I was in such great hands the entire time. Like he wanted me to find the car that was right for me not just sell me something to get me out the door. Tony was fantastic to talk through financing with. I had came in thinking I was going to use my banks financing and he was able to get me a rate 1.76% less than my banks and made me feel good about it all being taken care of internally. Shane was also great to work through all of the paperwork with. We got everything done efficiently and he was able to get through with my insurance company everything that I needed. I picked out and drove home with my vehicle within 6 business hours. Great service and really great people!

Jack Moylan was my salesman for a recent used car purchase. My previous car had been totaled in an accident. Jack was kind, compassionate, honest and extremely helful in getting me back on the road. He was professional but I also felt like I was talking with a friend. The dealership was clean and everyone I met or worked with was great. In less than 24 hours I drove away in my new purchase pleased with it and satisfied that I got a good buy.

I can t say enough about the customer service I received from everyone at Hyannis Honda. From the purchase process to rectifying a problem with the vehicle. Everyone from my sales representative to many In the service department they were relentless all week trying to figure out the problem. They even stayed beyond quitting time to help out with the problem. Not once did they offer any excuses or any delay in correcting the problem. I would and will recommend Hyannis Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Outstanding dealership! Cody, Dan, Stephanie & Aubrey were amazing!

I found out yesterday that my Ford Edge, that's only 6 years old, needs a new engine. I went into Hyannis Honda this morning at 8am and met with Mike R, it's now 12:45pm and I have my brand new CR-V in my driveway. The process was incredibly smooth and Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. If you need a car and want it to be as painless as possible, Hyannis Honda and Mike are where you need to go!! Thank you!!EDIT: two years ago I bought my brand new CR-V, and it was a great car. I decided I wanted to get into a Ridgeline, so back to Hyannis Honda I went. Found a 2023 Ridgeline, that I fell in love with. I worked with Simon, who was amazing! Answered every question, showed me all the features, and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on during the financing stage. I was in my new Ridgeline within 24 hours! Shane (in financing) even got my monthly payment $100 lower than initially quoted! To say I LOVE Hyannis Honda is an understatement! I always feel like I matter when I'm there, and everyone goes above and beyond. Huge THANK YOU, to Simon and Shane-I couldn't be happier!

Hyannis Honda went out of their way to fix a problem after a service. Stephanie, the service manager actually took the time to understand what happened and investigate and resolve it.Mistakes happen but it's rare that this level of service goes into fixing them. It's not like I made a big deal out if it. They just found out about it and fixed it.During the process I never felt like I was sidelined or treated unfairly.Also, their pickup and drop off 'taxi' service makes dropping a car and going to the islands a breeze.

My wife and I were looking for a Honda or a Toyota. When we arrived at Hyannis Honda we were met bye Simon. He was honest, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with. I have had all great experiences from the many times I have used the Hyannis Honda for service visits ranging from a condenser replacement to rewiring my engine to regular service visits. Stephanie Cannon helped me most of the times and she has been awesome! She is extremely friendly, carefully explained everything, and goes above and beyond! They even let me know that one of the fixes on my car was fully covered under an unlimited warranty when I wasn't aware of it. Highly recommend!

As it pertains to service at Hyannis Honda, my experience has been pleasant. Trying to buy a new vehicle was a completely different experience. The sticker price mark up is ridiculous. The salesman I dealt with was delightful. He worked really hard to make this purchase happen for me. However, the man behind the curtain marked the price so far beyond reasonable that I did not purchase a vehicle. The double speak pertaining to the price tag without any documentation to back it up after I asked repeatedly is unreasonable. Good thing there are plenty of other brands and dealerships to choose from.

I purchased the vehicle almost 2 weeks ago and there are issues with the vehicle. There are 6 warning lights illuminated on theInstrument panel depicting systems that do not work correctly. My salesman is working with the Service Department to arrange an appointment, but it has been and inordinate length of time working this out.

Called the parts department and the man was incredibly misogynistic. Asked me multiple times if I was sure the car was registered to me (I guess he thinks 30 year old women can't own cars). Told him I needed to get a new car key programmed and he said there is a battery in the back to replace (I'm aware of how to do that, that wasn't the issue). Said he would look into it and call me back, never did. Went to another Honda dealership and this one lost a sale!

Peter, the salesman was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took time to pick my family up from a boat in Hyannis to make my purchase possible. Conrad in finance made things easy and moved things along so I could take off with my two antsy little boys. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in, and I left with a new vehicle.

Airbag light was on. The mechanic checked everything and cleaned all of the connections. The light went out and he did a test drive to make sure it wouldn't come back on.Always great service!

I had a wonderful experience with Simon. From first inquiry online all the way to coming in to finish up paperwork and driving off with a car. This process can be very stressful and Simon made me feel at ease the entire time. Very upfront person and that's what I liked. I dealt with two different dealerships prior to Hyannis Honda that gave me the around just to sell me something else. He stayed in communication and addressed any questions that I had. The facility is clean and staff members were pleasant and friendly. Shout out to Shane from the financial department! He broke down everything that I was signing. I highly recommend them for any car purchase.

If i could have given Hyannis Honda zero i would. Services department manager and associates tells you what they feel like and rudely respond.. i had a horrible experience with them and want to trade in my two vehicles and have nothing to do with them. This is a practice of them to be rude to their customer as they are a dealer who is controlled by a general Manager who cares ZERO neither. They do not have any regulatory bodies to deals with how unfair they deal with cuatomers so the current services Manager who is very very rude continues to sit there even up to 2023.

I recently bought a Honda Pilot at Hyannis Honda and it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I usually have anxiety and I was dreading getting a new car. Tom Whalen was very helpful and we found the car I wanted that fit my budget. He was honest and patient. He helped set everything up for me in the new car and even after the sale was over he has been very responsive with any follow up questions I have had. Conrad was also great with the actual purchasing process. I can't recommend Hyannis Honda enough. When I brought the car to the service department to fix a couple little things I have had nothing but kind people who are understanding and get the problem fixed immediately. I will definitely be referring Honda as much as possible.
