Guy failed my car with a red "R" leaving me stranded saying it was "too loud" after mashing on the accelerator a number of times while in his garage, first time my car has failed ma state inspection in 7 years with the same set up Ive always had, not sure what this guy expects from a 25 yr old car with a v8. Its not a 4cyl Honda or Toyota. First n last time coming here for anything. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the service was quick. I recommend this shop only if your car is new or near perfect.

EXCELL AUTO REPAIR IN, EAST FALMOUTH, ARE DANGEROUS, INCOMPETENT FRAUDSTERS! Took my car to them after an accident (I was driven off the road into a telephone pole), well, AAA took my car to them, and ONE MONTH LATER, PIERRE called me and said the car was ready . I went to pick it up, and, as it was closing time, they just pointed. I got into my car (little 2011 Prius) and I was NOT ALONE! In the passenger seat was a BUMPER. An entire BUMPER. A rear BUMPER, Turns out they d ordered it by mistake . Pierre SAID they weren t charging me for it, I demanded an invoice. Pierre did not HAVE one. I told him to Have a DETAILED invoice for me by noon tomorrow, or I d be calling the police . Left for home in my car (WITH my new friend, The Third Bumper). Found out that when I drove over 20 MPH, the hood flew up. Also, the HAZARD LIGHTS were STUCK ON BLINKING AWAY. Braking, the car would drift into the alternate lane. I could have EITHER headlights or dashboard lights. Not both. There was an unsettling smell. The AC was imperative. The next morning, stopping by Jiffy Lube, THEY discovered SIX WIRES HANGING FROM THE UNDER CARRIAGE. LIVE wires. Jiffy gathered them together, covering where they d spark as I drove, with Gaffer s Tape. Drove to EXCELL. 11:00 AM. They were Closed . Anyhoo, I now have a lawyer. Investigating my options. OH, took car to Falmouth Auto. THEY actually FIXED it.What a concept.

Emergency alternator replacement needed because we were heading back home to Buffalo NY . Tony said bring your car in. He had it for almost 4 hrs ( 2017 Hyundai) a lot to remove to get to alternator . They did a great job , price was very reasonable & we were on our way back home . He explained everything that need to be done prior to service & after repair . I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for car repair . Thanks Tony !Services: Electrical repair, Auto A/C recharge

We had a huge problem with our car on our way home to Canada (1200 KM away). It was a Saturday and very few auto repair shops were open, never mind actually taking walk-in problems. I called as we were driving down the Cape and they told us to come in and they'd take a look. They were able to look into the problem (which the first auto shop a week before missed), fixed everything and we were on our way within 4 hours. The guy was so great - explained everything, fixed everything and we had an uneventful drive. They were lifesavers. Amazing mechanic!!!

I stopped in on a busy Saturday morning to get my car inspected. There were two people waiting ahead of me, but once I checked in with the management it wasn't much of a wait at all. They were friendly and organized! Thanks, guys!

Paid these clowns 1500 dollars for lies. Just went to Platinum Auto and they were dying laughing at what the Mechanics did at Excel. Mario is a good guy. But the Mechanic part of this business is all a rip off. No receipts, lots of lies. Be very careful going here.

Exceptional auto and customer service. Mario was extremely accommodating and responded to all of my questions. He was able to able to fix my brake lines in timely fashion due to my time constraints while on vacation for the weekend. Staff members were courteous and helpful. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Excel and Mario for any auto repairs or service.

This full service gas station also does repairs everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had a low tire and the attendant put air in all of them to make sure it was balanced as I had a 100 mile trip ahead of me. Gas prices are also very reasonable.Service: TiresService: Tires

Amazing customer service! Mario is super helpful and takes care of both of my vehicles. I needed a part of my car clipped and he fixed it no charge where other places were have charged me. I highly recommend them!!!

I recently had some work done on my car here and it was one of the best experiences I ve had at a garage. The guy I dealt with was Pierre. He told me what he could do to help and how much it would cost and that s what I paid. The guys here are courteous, friendly and honest. I never once felt I was being taken advantage of. I would use them again for any repairs and would recommend them to anyone.

Walked right in for a inspection to be done in my 07 BMW 530i, took 10 minutes. Great service. Also great pricing when it comes to getting your car fixed. Payed a great price for a tie rod replacement and an alignment that bmw would ve charged me a fortune for. They will fix about anything in your vehicle. Once again, great service. Highly recommend. MARIO is professional, and your service will be done fast.

I had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership. They had replaced my brakes and rotors, which only after a month of driving the breaks kept freezing up. I went to Mario at Excel Gas and Repair who was very friendly and informative. He knew what he was talking about and even after making the repairs drove me around in my car to ensure everything was correctly fixed due to the brakes constantly freezing up! Fantastic job Mario ! I will return !

My car broke down on a holiday weekend. Being a Realtor, Mario knew it was important to have the car fixed as quickly as possible . On Monday morning he called first thing with what needed to be repaired and the price. The car never ran so good. I was surprised on how reasonable the repairs were for all that was done. They figured out a problem on my Chrysler 300. The dealership made a few guesses on it and made me pay for repairs my car didn't need. I was so impressed when they changed the computer on my car that fixed the stalling problem. Extremely friendly professional knowledgeable people and the cost was very affordable

Always get my gas here, great prices and people! These guys took the time out of their busy day in the middle of a snow storm to put air in my tires to ensure a safe drive in the snow! I was recommended this place by the lovely people at the Land Rover dealership next door. They said it is THE best place for a full service fill-up on Cape. I agree! It is now my joint favorite (along with Cannings in East Sandwich). Mario is a superb guy, and a true Lebanese gentleman. Jesus loved the Lebanon for its people. I love Excel for theirs!

take some thought before you go here and fix your car. I drove along the road to check my car and find out if I need to change something. they told me that the front brakes need to be changed. and it sounds fine. but I had all the brakes a month earlier and paid a lot of money for it. after which I thought that I needed to check the brakes in another place and I was told that they are new and you do not need to change it. so make a conclusion yourself. this service is trying to make money and cheat in order to extract money from you, they immediately wrote me the cost of replacement on a business card. without asking me whether I want to do it or not.

Recently moving to the Cape, I have been driving 80 miles back to my mechanic for everything from oil changes to repairs. Going to the Mobil Station on Rt. 28, at first glance, a mechanic warned me I would be rejected because my front plate(you know, the one half the cars in Massachusetts don't have) was too bent. I have no time for that nonsense. I researched reviews and Mario has a stellar rating, for good reason. He is honest, fair and fast. He is now our go to for all things auto related on the Cape. Thank you, Mario!

We visited this station while we were in Massachusetts at my fiance's uncle's wedding. It was the closest to our hotel and the cheapest, so we figured we'd give it a try. Our car needed an oil change and they got us in and out of there in less than an hour, which is far better than Firestone has ever done! Between the price and the customer service, I am extremely pleased. I'm sorry I don't remember the man who serviced us' name, but he did an excellent job. Thanks guys!
