Thanks to Hyannis Collision for speedy and friendly help today when my gas cap was stuck closed, preventing me from refueling my car. I just walked in without an appointment and they were helpful and nice, fixed it quickly. Appreciate it!

My insurance company suggested Hyannis Collision, and I wasn't that thrilled about traveling to Hyannis. I am glad I did. These guys are terrific from start to finish. Fantastic, friendly and professional communication. They handled the communication with the insurance company. They arranged a pickup and drop off of a rental car while my car was being repaired. They did a perfect job on the repair of a great big front hood dent, it is like brand new. (If there's an open parking spot very close to a Cape Cod baseball league game, well there's a reason that spot is open:) They even vacuumed the inside and washed the outside of my car! Cannot recommend them enough.

Honest, logical, and friendly. I stopped in for an estimate to fix a drooping rear bumper cover. The gentleman behind the counter came out to take a look, gave me an honest opinion that it was a simple fix I could complete myself, and even walked me through the process of how to do it. I'm no expert, but I completed the job in about 20 minutes. He gave me peace of mind and a feeling of trust that they'll do right by me in the future. I'll be back for sure for all of my bodywork needs!

Best local place to get your vehicle fixed. My Nissan pickup tailgate was crushed and they made it like new. They have helped me numerous times with other vehicles over the years. Thanks for not being some impersonal corporate factory. Respectful, kind, creative staff and reasonable prices at fixing what ails your car.

Highly recommend this place! I had a door replaced and dents repaired and the car looks perfect - exactly like it should. The customer service of this place is wonderful and they were incredibly helpful through every step of the repair process. They helped sort things out with my insurance and with the rental car and were very professional about everything. Kind staff and great work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing job! Car looks better than before! Thank you to John and the Hyannis Collision staff for fixing my car, and getting it done sooner than I thought on my 2014 Subaru Forrester. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about Hyannis Collison!!! Friendly and professional. Work was done in a timely manner and getting a rental and dropping it off there at the end was a breeze. My vehicle looks like new. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend them for auto body work!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed our truck over the past few weeks. Roof window dashboard hood and fender damage. They did a great job in a timely manner They are very busy but well worth the extra few days to get it done right

Don't go anywhere else! I own about 10 cars and have owned more than 50 over my lifetime and Hyannis Collision is by far the best. If you want great quality work at a fair price in a reasonable time, use them.

My child was in an accident. Called to have car looked at and appraised, never called back or answered yet 4 days later threatened to have towed to impound. Rude people would NEVER reccomend them

Did a great job. Car was taken in quickly. Couldn't tell the car had been hit. Paint was a "tricky" color. It was matched perfectly. Definitely recommend for any body/paint work.

When I send email for pic they said never got it. Same address from my phone has memorized send again then say got it. They said called but never called me. When my car is ready they never called me unless I called them. The price was way more than I expected. They never called me before it's ok to be high budget. When return my car, they wont give me back unless pay immidatery. If I go hospital, they released me before I pay the surgery fee. Gready people.Service: Painting

The Picasso Of U.S. Collision Repair Businesses.Hyannis Collision is the best in the USA in my opinion.The crew at Hyannis are all part of a precision team that gets it done.They have collision repair down to a science.If you are a car person, and your ride is damaged, it is like a member of your family has taken ill, or broken some bones in a mishap.In our case a wayward young female crashed into and rear ended my wifes prized 2009 Nissan Maxima, then ran away. Once more. the scufflaw thought she could hit and run, but we caught her.My wife was beside herself and injured as well.Hyannis first step is empathy, which helps to take the sting out of what happened.We like our cars as close to Concourse condition a possible, long term and on a constant basis.The crew told us the time they needed and like good Surgeons we knew our prized ride would be in good hands.My wife missed her car while it was away, but we knew the final product would blow our minds, and their work blew our minds.The pride, the skill, the workmanship, that these good souls put into your car, is as if they were building a custom car to take to Pebble beach for a judging of perfection.When someone damages your car it is a horrible event and then fear sets in, that your ride, "will looked fixed," as with other unskilled shops.Well not here, these folks are the best Plastic Surgeons on the planet with their expertise in Surgery, done on your car.When we went to pick up our car, we were blown away at the sheer artistry of their work. Our ride looked like the day we picked it up at the dealer, only cleaner and precise with no error of any kind visually, only extreme perfection.The body repair, the paint, the shine, the perfect blend of paint and smooth and flawless. We would never ever go anywhere else to touch our ride. I really don't think there is anyone that can touch their work.They repair all the high line cars for dealers and they were so highly ratedthat we knew that we would be in good hands and we were.We are so greatful that they detailed the car as well, it is flawless and the crew helped ease the pain of the event of damage that was inflicted on our ride. It looks better than ever, brand new in fact.We told a neighbor about them and she took her ride to them as she was so pleased. She in turn sent her mom to them and was thrilled as well.People should drive from many states if they only knew how great these folks are, they care, and they respect your ride, as if it was their own.The folks are polite and give you confidence that your ride will be better than before and that is a reality.Feel secure knowing you have gone to the best of the best and we are so thankful to them. They made the hurt in my wifes face and mine go away,and made our prize, perfect again.A+++ and highly recommended.
