Ok, time for a honest review of Harbor Auto Sales No bias whatsoever. Bought a truck from them and the whole process was nothing short but terrible. Only reason for 3 stars is that I like the truck its self. Owner said he would have the truck detailed and paint buffed to get scratches out, that wasn t the case at all. We show up there and it s exactly how it was before. Smoking devices in the dashboard and Cheetos in the center console. All he did was simply run it thorough a car wash. Which was very obvious. Will state for the record he gave me 200 in compensation for a detail but it doesn t matter it shouldn t have been that way when I picked it up. Another problem, got into it to drive it home and there s a headlight out. I went inside and said this should have been done before we got here. It appears they don t care about anything but the money. Drove the truck home 3 hours and check engine light comes on with 3 codes which means he was deleting the CEL just for sale. Also batteries were both shot had to pay 400 dollars to replace right after buying in all cash. My best advice stay away unless your sure the vehicle they have is for you.

Unfortunately I have to change my review from the 5 star review I posted when I first bought this vehicle 6 weeks ago. I bought a truck that had low mileage and looked great, but was too good to be true. I had to bring it back to them 3 times in the first 3 weeks because the coil pack was bad (truck couldn t speed up), a second time because they didn t fix the coil issue the first time, then a third time because the brakes failed, thankfully close to my house. I had it towed to them the third time, they never called me or confirmed it was there (good luck getting someone on the phone), then finally called back when we called from a different number. Assured me everything was fixed and it was safe to drive. Behold, a week later I have smoke coming out of the engine. This time I decided to take it to a ford dealership and have the whole truck checked, they told me A) nothing was ever fixed and B) I have to have major repairs done that cost an exorbitant amount of money, to have it safely run again. Harbor side auto did not give me anything written that states the repairs that were done. Yes it s a used vehicle but shouldn t be allowed off the lot if it s a danger not only to myself but others on the road. They absolutely swindled me and nowI m stuck with a money pit of a vehicle. I could ve hurt someone driving this thing. I would hope if they were professional they would see this review and reach out to help, but I doubt it.

Bought my 2nd car there in February, Moya(hope I got her name right) made the process very easy, it was like went in today came out tomorrow with a car. 4 months and car is still running like a champ :) Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting a new car, with the staff and reasonable deals you will not leave without a car! :)

Bought a junk car from them back in December 2018, I've owned it for over 2 years and it's falling apart. They said they'd fix problems with the car but played phone tag and kept switching times to get it fixed when I initially bought the car. Never returned my phone calls. The problem wasn't even what they said it was, it was a leaking rear differential which I had to pay a mechanic $1300 to fix. My front ball joint gave out while I was driving and almost caused a major accident. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HARBOR AUTO! I overlooked the bad reviews they had because I fell in love with a particular make and model. I should've listened to the rest of the reviewers and NEVER CONTACT THEM.N�o compre aqui!�No compres aqu�!

Called for a lincoln town car center console (which has associated seat belt, buckle, and vent tube) communicated I needed all of them since I was retrofitting this into another vehicle and was quoted $77.38.I was made to pay for the item over the phone, but then I never received a phone call from them.When I called to check if the part was available, they told me they had the center console, great. I asked them what about the seat belt, buckle, and vent tube? They told me they wanted to charge me an additional $115 on top of the original $77.38.This is clearly a tactic to extort more money out of the customer by means of deceptive business practices. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and they denied my dispute saying my order was fulfilled and services were rendered.I still have never been to this establishment, nor have I received any service, items, or goods from them. Now I have to mail a physical letter as a response and watch this issue take over half a year of my life.Simply, do not do business with this merchant.

It was the worst. The transmission failed 2 months in. They did not want to be held responsible. Wasting almost 1600$. The fuel meter needed work. The brakes needed changing. The list goes on and on. The customer service was horrible after i brought it in when problems started to arise, very rude front desk lady. It was definitely a lemon.

I bought a car 2 years ago from them. I always had problems with passenger side headlight. I brought it back to them several times for the same problem. They told me a switch inside the assembly needed to be turned on ( I don't know anything about cars but that didn't make sense.) I paid 300 dollars for a new assembly...it was not a new assembly it was taped haha. I chose to never go back there after the run around. I have taken my car to 2 other mechanics none could fix my light. They also said that they thought my car had been in an accident even though Carfax said it wasn't.Well someone hit my car in a parking lot this March and I had to take it to Hyannis auto collision to get it repaired. When they were fixing my car they saw that the entire front end was put on with carpenter screws. They almost junked my car because of this.Harbour Auto sold me a car that had been in an accident. Do Not buy a car from them!! Please go elsewhere.

Shadiest experience ever. Avoid at all costs.I would never buy a vehicle from them after what happened to me.. This mechanic that works here took my car that I wrecked into a pole saying he could fix it in a week or two no problem. After telling me repeatedly that it would be finished that saturday, over... And over... And over again. 3 months go by!!! At that point he's told me every story possible for why he hasn't finished it yet... Every single part that he had to order over the course of 3 months had come wrong and he supposedly had to send them back for the right part!!! Of course not realizing that until he was about to put it on my car!... But that's not the only excuse. He told me all kinds of things like too cold to work, too humid to paint, EVERY EXCUSE. When I finally get the car back it's running TERRIBLY. CHECK engine flashing, car idling like crazy, weird smells and sounds. So I instanly take it over to the dealer for them to find out what's going on with it.... Turns out the guy had no idea what he was doing with my car. He used the wrong tools and stripped a ton of bolts, he put the timing belt on wrong and ran the car and potentially bent the valves and then pulled the guides off to hide his mistake. Which on top of that were the WRONG PARTS! They were for the automatic version of my car which is a MANUAL! To fix my car at the dealer is going to be from $2000-$3000. I can't even believe this man is allowed to work on vehicles. The body work was fine( minor problems with the paint and hood fitting on right) but he should never touch a vehicles engine. Do NOT HAVE WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
