I purchased a car from exit auto. I must say the service was outstanding every individual I met in that office sales people, mechanics they were extremely professional. The owner should be very proud of himself for providing phenomenal service to his customers. I am very satisfied with my car and I get compliments All the time. Went to test drive an Acadia, they were very easy to deal with , were even going to let me take the car to my mechanic off cape to be checked out, however I decided to look for a newer vehicle with less mileage. They even refunded the deposit I had given them to hold the car for me. Overall seems like a very reputable place and I would definitely recommend them

Can t say enough good about them. Rodrigo was awesome!! Most dealers won t discuss your payment options without running your credit. He spent plenty of time explaining it to me. I bought a great vehicle from them highly recommended.

I can t say enough good things about this place. First off I bought a lemon from Coastal Motors in Buzzards Bay, MA that I had to deal with for over a month. So I needed a second car. That s when I found Exit Auto. Not only did Kyle and Rodrigo put me in a great car (had it inspected by the Kia dealership who even told me the car was a good car) but they went above and beyond to help me with my lemon car that Ralph MacDougall sold me and wouldn t make the deal right. I had the best experience with Exit Auto. Very honest, helpful, and fixed anything that came up along the way to ultimately put me in a great car. Highly recommend them. It s where I d look first for a good and solid used car. Thanks again!

While looking for a car with my Granddaughter and encountering the usual used car sales people, Exit Auto turned out to be a delightful surprise. We experienced a hassle free test drive and all our questions were answered without attitude. Both Kyle and Rodrigo were friendly, courteous, and professional through the whole purchasing process. Exit Auto took care of all the paper work including RMV which made it a really hassle free process.They also followed up with phone calls to make sure they had satisfied all concerns we might have had. Next time I'm looking for a quality used vehicle, Exit Auto will be my 1st stop!

Had an excellent experience at Exit Auto! Communication was great from the second I showed interest, answering all my questions/concerns very patiently. I also traded in my car at the time of purchase, and was offered a fair value which everyone was happy with. Additionally, they are looking to actually sell the cars on their lot instead of pricing high and waiting until the "right" customer comes along. To anyone in the Boston / MA area looking for a used car I highly recommend Exit Auto!

I had the pleasure of working with Rodrigo. I inquired about a vehicle and he responded within the same day. I test drove the vehicle the same week and he was very accommodating with my schedule. I decided to purchase a vehicle with exit auto and had all the paperwork and financial aspect of the transaction done within an hour. There was one very minor mechanical issue with a windshield wiper (there was very heavy rain the day I test drove) and it was replaced the same day I test drove car. I am very satisfied with the purchase and every was very hassle free and easy. I was able to pick up the vehicle within 5 days of purchase. I would 100% recommend

After weeks of searching for a new car, I discovered Exit Auto. What an wonderful experience. No sales pressure. Instead, Kyle listened carefully to what I was looking for, answered my many questions and encouraged me to test drive several cars. One of those cars is now sitting in my driveway. It's the perfect car for me. I love it.Rodrigo (Exit Auto's general manager) made the buying process easy and efficient. All paperwork and registration and inspection of the car was done very quickly. Thank you Rodrigo, Kyle and everyone at Exit Auto!

Rodrigo did a phenomenal job of helping me make the car purchasing process go smoothly. No pushy salespeople here and nothing but honesty in what can or cannot be done. When I was looking to finance he was straightforward about the dismal chance of getting a rate any lower with them than what I got approved for elsewhere and he wanted to make sure to not cause a dip in my score. On top of that, I had some issues with a license reinstatement issue I needed to take care of and he was patient while I took care of it (I had of course already purchased the vehicle). He got it registered the same day I wrapped up my stuff and got the inspection and plates the following morning. It was a pleasure doing business and appreciate the help in every step of my first car purchase. I would highly recommend.

I dont normally write reviews, and i have been putting off on writing this one. But hopefully, this saves someone from going through the same experience that i did.Bought my vehicle, 2013 mitsubishi outlander from these guys. Received it December 2, 2022. It is now July 2023, and I am now forced to trade the vehicle because of so many issues with it. These guys patched this car up and sold it to me, an already struggling mother of 2. I am faced with issues such as a leaking gas tank to the entire undercarriage being rotten. There are too many issues to list here. While I understand that it is an old vehicle and there will be some wear and tear, there is just too much for the price that was paid for this vehicle.2 months after purchasing this vehicle, I had to spend $400 on it. When I called them I got the attitude "Oh I can't help you. Outside of the measly 30-day warranty" that they gave.Don't get me wrong, I never expected this car to last me my entire lifetime, but not even a year?Buyer beware.

Great car buying experience. I arrived half an hour before closing. Felipe encouraged me to take the test drive and not to be concerned about the time. Took the test drive came back and bought the vehicle. 2014 Ford Explorer Limited. Truck was in excellent shape, nice and clean. I was impressed with the inventory available. I highly recommend checking out Exit Auto for your next vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Exit Auto remotely. Despite my desire to push things quicker Felipe held me intact and made sure everything was done in order and courteously. He took time out of his day to take the vehicle to a local maintenance shop to have it inspected for me.He also arranged for transportation to have the vehicle shiped to me in Atlanta. This is what I call a top-notch customer service. Thanks Felipe and Marat...Updated review:Just because you purchase an-is vehicle from these guys, that means nothing. They stood by me as I navigated an issue with my purchase. I recommend these guys 100%...

As a woman in her 80's, friends accompanied me to find a 'new' car! How lucky I was that we found Exit Auto. Felipe was the salesman who encourage me to drive the 2011 Nissan Rouge and I fell in love with it.Everything about this Car dealer was done with efficiency, professionalism, honesty, and patience! My friends and I had never bought a used car from a used car dealer before but this experience made us want to recommend Exit Auto to everyone we know. Thank you, Felipe, Rodrigo, Kyle and Liza! Great value, easy sales process, and very ammendable on all aspects of the purchase and trade in. I strongly recommend this dealership. I'm not a fan of buying cars, but exit auto makes it easy and painless. Definitely went the extra mile!

Felipe was the best auto sales person I have worked with to date. There was no nonsense, no unnecessary back and forth... just a straight forward guy with a good attitude making a fair deal on a great car. Next time I need to buy a car I will come here first.

Nobody likes shopping for a car. No matter how friendly they advertise that their experience is, once involved it seems so familiar. Exit Auto is a rare exception. My college age son initiated the purchase of a Prius C so I naturally went to check it out. The inventory is impressive for both condition and variety. The prices are below market for their mileage which is in a comfortable range for the year of each car. Just as important is that the lead rep Matt and the owner are straight forward and comfortable to work with in all respects. When I had the car out for review by a service tech (mostly for extra piece of mind) someone backed into it. Fortunately I was not at fault and the damage minimal. Matt was very nice about it. it took longer but the car was repaired splendidly and we purchased it. The car is great. I would say go to Exit Auto first. Depending on your research you may just pick a vehicle but if continue your search It will give you a very good reference point to work from.

First time financing a vehicle by myself & Jonathan was incredible ! So helpful & informative . Made sure every angle and Avenue was gone through & I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend Exit Auto to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle & looking to receive excellent customer service . I am more than satisfied.Also just came back for a shake in my steering wheel when I braked on the highway, got me in the next day and pads and rotors are being replaced right now. No charge .. most amazing customer service I ve ever had. Nicest people. Jonathan never fails to make sure I m taken care of. I Appreciate all of you at Exit Auto in Hyannis!!

Got my Toyota Camry 2013 SE from this place about a month ago, I'm very satisfied so far, no issues with the car, interior in excellent condition. Marat was very professional, found me a requested car within a week or so. Price is very reasonable, i was looking for a new car about a month, went to. It's my second car, had a bad experience with first car (engine got bad and i had to sell it for cheap) because i bought it from private party. But I'm glad i went to dealership for my second car. Would definitely recommend this place.

Although I found a different vehicle somewhere else last minute I wanted to take the time to leave a review because a lot of my purchases are based on reviews. These guys were excellent on their customer service skills and very responsive when asking questions even sending me a video of the truck I was interested in because I could come down to see it in person living 3hrs away. I would recommend Exit Auto to anyone.

Found one car on line, but came in and talked things over with Matt. Showed me the car I was looking for, at a price I could live with. Everyone in the showroom was friendly, and easy going. Never felt pressured in the least. I left the showroom on Saturday with a 2012 Ford Escape, and I am more than happy to refer these folks to anyone looking to get a used, car!

Crooks! Don't deal with them. I bought a 2010 Mini Cooper in March, at the start of Covid 19, drove 1200 miles between then and August 6th, the engine BLEW! Their remedy, SPEND 3000 more dollars on another engine! The car is only worth the $6000.00 I financed. Now I'm stuck with a $6000 paper weight. Best buds when you're buying the epitome of a used car salesman when you have an issue. Not interested in keeping happy customers. Please don't get screwed like I did! Fortunately, I have spoken to a couple other used car dealership owners since who have told me, NEVER, would they treat A customer this way! This post in no way is meant to insult any of the many dealerships who have much better morals.

Went and picked up a very clean Ford Mustang, absolutely stunning, and low mileage aswell. Customer support was great and hooked me up on a great price for such a nice car. Would recommend to friends and family! Look for Matt Batista when going by.
