Jake, Devin and Hercules were outstanding! Stand up company and they did a phenomenal job on my floor. Jake walked me through the process, clearly explaining every step and what to expect and was a great guy. Devin and Hercules are truly experts in the field. Very pleased with the Custom Coatings team for our recent residential garage epoxy floor project. From the reasonable quote, flexible scheduling, timely project updates and ultimately the finish product, the Custom Coatings team was great to work with. Devin and his team did an amazing job on my truck! Went with the Boss Wax product from NHOU. With all the salt and different chemicals they put on the roads these days I wanted the best protection from rust. Very impressed with the work and definitely recommend!

The whole experience was so easy. Jake was on time for our meeting, polite and knowledgeable. Brandi in the office was quick to respond to my questions and very nice. Devin and his partner who did the floors were professional, clean and did a wonderful job! I absolutely love my new basement floor and highly recommend Custom Coatings.

Jake was very helpful in explaining the whole process that needed to be done to get a professional job. His quote was excellent.We set a date for installation and everything was done as he had explained to me, no surprises. Jake and his crew were excellent. They accommodated my work schedule and performed a large scale project after hours, while my operations were not functioning, I had asked custom coatings if they would be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays possibly throughout the night they did all three to get a large scale project done. Jake and his crew came down and provided samples before we actually did the job to figure out which combination would work the best for our situation.I would recommend them for any project large or small, residential or commercial very professional crew..A++Service: Install flooring

We randomly called this company along with three others, to get quotes on a commercial job at our dog kennel. Of the 4, only two ever responded. And of the two responders, Custom Coatings blew the other out of the water with their stellar communication, pricing, plan of action, and professionalism. Job was performed on time and at our convenience, to minimize the amount of time our business would need to be closed. After the job, we had some minor issues with how things had been put back together . Jake and his brother Devin immediately resolved the issue and continued the good customer service and communication throughout. This is a family run business that utilizes old school, family pride, the result being a fantastic job and great looking end product. Even the men s aunt, Brandi, is involved with some of the office work and handled our concerns with professionalism. We have no regrets with our finished product. The floors look fantastic, this company stuck to their original quote, and always made us feel like we were the customer and their job was to make us happy. You know .the way businesses used to be! At 63years of age I must admit that I hate when companies make me feel like they re doing me a favor by providing a service. These young men understand the old fashioned way of doing business, that the customer is always right. I was very much impressed by their maturity and business acumen for such young men. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Custom Coatings to anyone looking for a great epoxy flooring job. Thrilled with the results and thrilled with the communication throughout. Custom Coatings did an incredible job! From start to finish, they were very professional and attentive. The were diligent in coming out for the estimate and knowledgeable in providing me with answers and options. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and they efficiently executed the job in 3-day s time for a two car garage. The space looks brand new and better than ever. I have been wanting to have my garage floor done for a while and fortunately found Custom on Instagram. They quickly responded with a visit, inspection and quote. Within a few weeks my project was underway. Great selection of colors were available. The project required me to clean up my garage space and throw out not needed items.The crew was timely and professional. The process requires a three day period to apply the different stages of work.The final result was outstanding. A perfect job. It will change the way you use the garage space.

This was really just the easiest, best experience. I emailed Jake, he called back right away and I told him I was considering metallic epoxy or self-installed vinyl wood planking. He did not pressure me at all, just explained how it worked. He went over, gave me a quote, and was in and out in a few days, and the floors are soooo beautiful. It was just stress-free with gorgeous results. Couldn t recommend them enough.Service: Epoxy floor coating

We signed a contract on September 1 with the schedule to be at our home on October 11, 12 and 13 to do the work. Their workers showed up on the 11th, 12th and 13th. How great is that?! The guys were polite and professional. The communication of everyone at Custom Coating with whom we interfaced was timely and accurate. The floor looks great! Generally, as a consumer, the unknown is the quality of the company and its employees you select to do the work. The quality of Custom Coating is exemplary.

I'm a usually a "hard marker" when it comes to evaluating services for which I pay my hard earned money. In this case, I am very pleased to provide an extremely positive report on my engagement with Custom Coatings to repair my garage floor. Firstly, they were very easy to deal with and accommodating when dealing with my schedule. Each of their employees (5-7) who rotated through this engagement, were thoroughly competent and respectful of my home and surrounding property. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after each phase of the job. The work is now complete and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. My new garage floor looks fantastic. Thanks to all the Custom Coatings people involved.

I cannot say enough about the quality of their workmanship and their product. Their knowledge and attention to detail is exceptional. Our cellar is finally completely water sealed after years of wasting money on contractors who delivered results that failed miserably. I have now contracted Custom Coatings to refinish my deck. If I had used Custom Coatings years ago instead of local painters I would have saved thousands of dollars. Their rates are good. Jake is a professional in every sense of the word. I first used Custom Coatings for a construction project that required a specialized waterproofing. They did a great job quickly, the engineers were happy. Jake is reasonably priced, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I asked him to install an epoxy floor in my finished basement, even though I live 2 hours each way from them. Even with travel expenses he was cheaper, faster, and better to deal with than any subcontractor I've used. I get nothing but compliments when people see the floor.Service: Install flooring

I just had my garage floor resurfaced with an epoxy flake coating. Jake and crew did an amazing job. Prep work is always the most important part of any job for a long lasting result and this company goes above and beyond to do it right. He is such a nice guy and great to work with. He is extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and most importantly, meticulous. I couldn t be happier with the outcome of the work he and his crew performed.
