I went in to get my 2020 Forester serviced and walked out with a new 2024 Wilderness! The service team is wonderful. I have worked with Essence the most and she's amazing, Cole too. Very friendly and helpful. The salesman, Rob, is who I worked with on this recent purchase along with his manager Keith and Chris in finance. They are all fantastic. Rob was a great communicator and followed up with several misc items that were needed after the sale. He actually left me a message recently checking in to make sure I like the car! This is a great team and I would highly recommend working with them if you need a new vehicle. I love my Subaru and never really thought I'd be a Subaru gal but here I am. Super happy with my purchase!

David made the process of buying my 2024 forester wilderness so simple and enjoyable. From the time I walked on the lot to driving my new car was less than 24 hours. This was my first brand new car purchase so I was a bit nervous, but I ended up being surprised at just how smooth the entire process was. 10/10 would recommend.

I am a big fan of this place. I worked with Essence and she s professional and very knowledgeable. However, my last service i left feeling frustrated and a bit disappointed. There was a few things that needed to get fixed but they had to other the parts which could take 2-3 days. I said not a problem I will leave the vehicle (2021 Ascent) and take a loaner (which I have done in the past). However, I was told they no longer give loaners to customers living on the island.I felt this is a discrimination to islanders. You cannot offer certain accommodation to only a selected group of customers and not to the others because of their geographical location.Even though I was frustrated and a bit upset, I felt the compassion, empathy of Essence. She listened and allowed me to express how I felt.I get it and understand about new owners or management changes but what about the customers that keep the business a float. I gave a 5 star rating based on my interaction with Essence.

George Costa our sales person whom we have dealt with five previous times when we bought or leased a Subaru, as usual, was great. The other staff members that we interacted with were also very professional and very helpful. The new dealer location is very convenient and the service staff have been great as well. Highly recommend George Costa and Copeland Subaru.

Max Martin at Subaru in Hyannis greeted us as we got out of our car and went over and above to get us the best deal. He was very professional, and answered all our questions. He even met me after I purchased the car to show me a few things I didn t know. All we can say isAwesome, awesome, awesome.

This was my first service at Copeland for my 2024 Crosstrek. I had my 12K mile check and service. I can't stress enough how swiftly they checked me in. My service appointment was swift and I was out in less than 90 min. Michelle Martin was very knowable and assisted me through the process. I will continue to use their service department in the future.

Overall very good. Only snare was contacting our insurance company. Their fax never went through so it extended the process. Dave, our salesman, is a very nice guy.

We recently purchased our second Subaru, an Outback, from Robert Wayburn. Our first experience with Robert was the purchase of my 2021 Crosstrek Sport. He was able to work a miracle finding me exactly what I wanted when cars were almost impossible to get.Tristan has been the service consultant on the Crosstrek and is one of the most knowledgeable I ve ever had on any vehicle I ve owned. He keeps me updated on my vehicle and I m in and out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Copeland Subaru, Hyannis for your purchase and service.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation@18,000miles. Tristan assisted me and when my car was ready answered a few questions I had regarding features on my car ie: maps, etc. He was very helpful, as he always is and that customer service is what keeps me coming back. SUGGESTION: Subaru needs to have a Q&A booklet, including with descriptions of the numerous symbols that seem to pop up on the dashboard... Like Cliff Notes/ hands on.Thank you

Patrick greeted me at the door and within minutes answered my questions about a new lease and found the Crosstrek I wanted! Walking into the service department bay was a joy. Michelle was super pleasant to deal with, and their Service Manager, Norman, was very warm and sincere. My shoulders relaxed knowing my best interests were being attended to. Thanks! I'm happy to know honesty is present here.

first i was told i could wait for my brake repair then at my appointment i was told it was a drop off only. i was told i would have my car by end of day (fri) my car was not complete until monday afternoon. i had to call fri and monday for updates and of course no one was ever available and i ended up waiting over an hour for both return calls. the customer service/service check in person i dealt with was very patronizing.

It was my first service since purchasing my Subaru Impreza and I was expecting your "run-of-the-mill dealership service department". I was wrong, I received a super friendly welcome, the two Customer Service Reps I interacted with couldn't have been nicer or more professional and I even recieved a photo of the cabin air filter they asked if I wanted to replace. Who does that? Obviously Copeland Subaru and they earned my business. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

I haven't had the opportunity .... in my life....to praise the car buying process at a dealer. But I guess I have to break my streak and praise Copeland Subaru Hyannis. I used TrueCar to purchase my new Subaru Forester and Copeland was one of 5 dealers who responded. They were speedy in responding to my "beat this price" request, asked all the right questions and were easily 36 hours ahead of all the other dealers. The car was ready right on time first thing in the morning, we took 30 minutes to review and sign documents and I would have been on my way except for my insurance company's snail like response to stamping the RTA.My only critique would be better snacks in the service area waiting room as I hung out there for a while. :)Thanks Max and Justin!

The sale and interactions were as expected in a car sales transaction. The sales mean was knowledgeable. It was an easy sell as it is my 5th Subaru so it was pretty much the paperwork. After some insurance and registration glitches I could get the car. I was told that I had to get the inspection sticker myself either go to Copeland (which I did and it was a poor experience due to poor customer service) or go to anywhere and I d be reimbursed when I submit the receipt. That changed the whole experience. And that is the time I found some old broken parts in the back of the car that I had to get rid of.My coworker purchased a car the next day and we share the same feelings.

If you want to buy a car from Copeland Subaru, make sure to ask for Robert Wayburn. From the first meeting and showing us the vehicles, to the moment we signed the paperwork, Robert was friendly, kind and very knowledgable. Not only was he a great car salesman, but quite the history buff and very entertaining. He also drove our new car all the way to Woodshole so we can make it to our ferry reservation. I had a nice experience with Copeland much better than dealing with the prior owner .George the salesman was a low key super nice man who knew his stuff , it was the first car I looked at didn t want to go any further with other dealers I ve owned a Subaru since I lived in Vermont 40 years ago I ve always had good luck with them . I thank them for all the attention to detail .

I had a great used car buying experience at Copeland Subaru Hyannis. Great price, service, and peace of mind. Sales agent, George, was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He followed through getting my Forester checked over, repaired, and cleaned. When I picked it up, it looked like a new car!My daughter had a similar experience buying a Crosstrek.Thank you George and Copeland Subaru, Hyannis.

This place is a straight scam. They will scam any unsuspecting person into more work then they need, charge them huge amounts of money, and act friendly as if that s the work that s needed. My girlfriend went in with her car that we know had brand new parts put in with less then 1500 miles on it. They check it out and then claim the parts were worn down and all needed to be replaced.. which was a flat out lie as we know they are brand new done by a different shop.Don t trust anything they say, if they are being extra friendly it s because they know they can squeeze every penny from your pocket by maximizing the amount of work done.Also the work they do is very questionable as we had major engine work done, to find out only a few months later that the problems arose once again. It s as if thousands of dollars just disappeared into pockets with claims of engine work being done.Shady business practices, shady people.. this may be a subaru dealer but they run a shady mechanic shop, and if a problem comes up.. they will charge you large amounts for diagnostic fees as well. Your better off going to ANY other subaru shop on Cape Cod. I m hoping this place goes out of business quickly as I ll be reporting them to Subaru HQ as well.

Had a great experience. I was greeted at the door and met George. He helped me with everything I was looking for he was very informative on all the features and add on accessories for the Crosstrek. I was lucky enough to be able to see and test drive a new Crosstrek that had been just delivered. Customer service here a was upbeat and friendly. So happy I went in.

If George hadn t brought up the idea of trading in my car as it approached 60,000 miles I would never have thought of it. But I looked into it and I pushed him to a good deal for both of us and I have a new car. I ve had Hondas and Toyotas but the Subaru is by far the best one. It was one of most prevalent cars in Sun Valley, ID because it was so reliable and beastly in the snow. So the fact that it is $10,000 cheaper than a Toyota and beats it on safety is just a bonus!!
