Honest and helpful. I had a puzzling problem with an older model Chevrolet and the service department was honest enough to speculate that parts would be difficult if not impossible to get and that I would be better off going to a local body shop to have this particular problem addressed potentially, and they gave me the name of one that they trusted where I actually did go and was treated beautifully. I appreciate the reliability of this dealership, service department and will bring my business there when it s appropriate.
