Friendly service, they got me in that day which was huge, and they took care of a few things that were urgent, I honestly just didn't feel it was necessary to pay the dealership rate for the rest of the work that was needed. With that said, IF I was in a situation where a dealership was absolutely necessary, they would be my first call

My experience was wonderful easy as can be , I am not a haggler so I was pleased to find something I could afford with out the whole back and forth people usually do with car dealers , Nick Grille was so professional and super easy to work with .Bill Sullivan made the financing easy as could be.I am so thrilled to have found this great car at a great dealership with a great team behind it!!Way to go Copeland!!

The experience was quick easy and painless . I made an online service pulled up at time i scheduled drive car in and took a seat . Few minutes later was in my way and everyone in the accommodating waiting room was friendly and part of my community giving me a chance to meet others in our great community. Oil Change and Tire rotation. All went well but if they rotate your tires and adjust air pressure on a tire with a missing valve stem cap coming in and it goes out the same way I just can t give 5 stars. Other than that I was happy.

Best car buying experience on Cape Cod!Fun, Friendly, Affordable & Fast - That was my experience at Copeland Chevrolet Hyannis. The guys are knowledgeable, and no pressure - plus, they gave me a really fair deal on my aging 2015 Chrysler 300 trade in. They worked quickly to get my payments exactly where I needed them to be, and I was in a hot new Silverado the next day. I appreciated their thoughtful and thorough explanation of the features included in my new truck, and they sat with me to make sure my phone was synched up to the wireless hands-free electronics. Most importantly, the guys have a sense of humor, and lightheartedness that is rare to find these days. If you re curious what your car might be worth, I would absolutely recommend swinging by. David, Andrew, and Bill will get you where you need to go. Five Stars!

This dealership has a huge gap in their communications dept. if in fact there is one. The workmanship on an accessory installation during the new truck purchase was poor to pathetic. The salesman Mr. Essa and the service writer performed their jobs very well. I really feel like a one star review is warranted but the two mentioned employees did a great job and shouldn t suffer for the failure of the others. The two previous owners before Copeland Chevrolet were great. I always received good service and great communications. In fact I am still waiting presently for the completion of all the problems created to get my money back from the original purchase price. For the life of me I have no clues how this dealership can survive in the future. Hope this helps others with questions about Copeland Chevrolet .

The experience was very nice. The only down side is when I brought the car in, the woman checking me in wanted to charge me $159.00 because her computer told her it was out of warranty. The care is a certified preowned that I had for only 3 months. I told her that it can't be. When I told her that it was certified, she looked again and saw it was under warranty. The need to work on their system. It should have come up automatically.

Nice dealership but The truck that I wanted to purchase was a 2019 dodge ram 3500 Cummins I do my research before hitting the dealership they do not want to be reasonable with you. They want to firmly stick to their guns no matter if family member use that dealership and recommended me there if they actually were working with me. I would ve never gave this company a two star The sales person I was dealing with wanted to just give me $500 for my trade-in When I have an aftermarket Ford f250 2008 The truck was advertised at $47,628 and they wanted $51,600 not even worth it The value of the 2019 ram 3500 was between 39,000 to 42,000 And the guy never wanted to be reasonable shame on this dealership because I thought this was actually a great dealership because my dad had good experience with this dealer

we arrived an hour early and your service advisor Hephzibah Harris took us right away... she supplied us with a rental as we were having the new chip installed, 2 recalls and an oil change. She was very gracious and professional and made our trip over from the Vineyard much easier with zero worries. The truck was ready within 3 hours and we were very satisfied. "H" is definately an asset to the entire team! We thank her and you very much for a great experience.

Nick (Sales), Andrew (General Manager), and Bill (Business Manager) provided an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience. They focused on my wants, needs, and budget which resulted in 3 possible options. My vehicle was in your shop for 9 days, and had l not have to leave the Cape for 2 months today, lm sure it would have been there a lot longer for an electrical issue. Every time l called to get an update l got a runaround without anyone ever calling me back. Right up to the point that l picked up my vehicle, l was given a very blunt non specific reason my brand new vehicle broke down, and had to PRY the reason from the staff.I realize you may be short staffed, but tell the customer you are from the beginning so they know to expect long wait times. If my vehicle were not under warranty, l highly doubt l would return to you for service.

I did all the preliminary work while the suburban was on its way back to your dealership. 2 weeks, I took the day off to purchase and drive the truck home that day.Your team was not prepared and made critical errors. I had to pick up the slack to be able drive my 75k truck home. I'm sorry but if you make a mistake you stopWhat your doing and fix it.I met with you Brian and you offered nothing to compensate, arrange, or toMend multiple issues. You apologized for your staff. While meeting you that day I noticed my trade in on your Lott. Your staff stated how much my vehicle has lost value since I purchased it. How that the last dealership over charged me but I payed 22k on 2019 , you gave me 11.5k and you listed my trade for 20.5k. Don't lie to me, don't take advantage of your customers , and never double dip. Your made all your extra money on a vehicle I payed full price for to which the next day you put a sale on ALL YOUR suburbans. You didn't mention any sale the day before while I was buying mine.I took a huge lose on my trade , payed full price on my new vehicle , did all the work, my family got all the stress at the dealership, you unnecessarily hurt my credit, but you know there will be another sucker right around the corner. When you are bought out again for bad management remember it is not because of the economy , it's because if you bad business practices caught up to you.

Bought a Ford f150 here today and really enjoyed my overall experience. Have been in the market for a used truck for a while now but never felt completely ready and confident to make the purchase at other dealerships. I had driven a decently long way to get there and don t regret the long hike one bit. I personally worked with a salesman by the name of David and he did a terrific job from start to finish and I was never once pressured into making a decision that wouldn t be beneficial to me. He was very personable and calm and not once did I feel like they were trying too hard to make a sale. I ve been to multiple dealerships recently and this was undoubtedly the most comforting and professional one I ve been to as of late. Extremely satisfied with my experience here and would recommend to anyone I know. All of the staff I was in contact with was very nice and helpful and I m super grateful and impressed with the experience I had today.

In 2020 I went off Cape to Lease a truck. A 4 yr lease. During those 4 yrs i learned you do not have to turn your lease in at the dealership you leased from, nor do you to buy it. You can shop it around. Furthermore, you can get something for it. The equity between the "residual value" (buyout price) and the market value. I had been looking at new vehicles from Cape Cod to Norwood for the last 6-8 months closely as my lease was coming to an end. Only 2 dealerships stood out on pricing; Both Copeland Chevrolet: Brockton and Hyannis. Living in Yarmouthport I chose to go to Hyannis first because I only wanted to drive to Brockton once. . Unfortunately for Brockton, I never made it there. Starting with Caitin online and then Nick in person, Copeland Hyannis gave my everything I wanted. First by giving me precisely the value I had calculated (what I really wanted) I should get for my vehicle. And 2nd by making the entire process really easy. Satisfied with everything they presented to me, and of course like any good closer, Nick asks for me to sign... and I said well I'm still going to keep my appointment with Copeland in Brockton for the very next morning. And that's when he says, "what else can we do" so you skip the appointment? Umm..... step rails and a cover for the bed. Done! DEAL!2024 Chevy Colorado Z71. Gorgeous! Thank you Nick and everyone at Copeland Hyannis. Outstanding experience. Highly recommended and appreciated!

Copeland Chevrolet of Hyannis was a very pleasant place to purchase a new vehicle. They were soft spoken and not pushy. They were well versed in the products and explained everything so that we could understand without difficulty. George our salesman was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. Chris who helped us with the paper work and explained all of our warrantee options was also very Pleasent to work with. It was great that the Bolt EUV was able to be reserved while it was in shipment. With the dealer being one hundred miles away it was good to be sure everything was ready when I arrived with my trade-in to pick the new car up.

This last visit was for oil change and tire rotation in preparation for a cross country road trip. While there, they checked the brakes and found that the pads were down to 3 mm, and the rotors were also worn down. If they hadn t of checked for these safety issues, I could be on the road now with bad brakes. I m grateful for their efficiency. We always have them do the service on our truck and this is a very good example of why we do. As a point of interest, we had also bought the truck (Silverado f150) from them when she was new. We like these guys, we trust them.

We had to bring our 2022 Acadia in to be diagnosed for a shuddering problem and a wheel sensor that was not working. They could not have been nicer and took care of the cars issues in one day. My service advisor, Tristan, was extremely polite and such a pleasure to work with. Even when I missed my initial Friday appointment time because my car wouldn t start that morning, he could not have been more accommodating and told me just to get it there when I could. I was able to drop it off late Friday and by Monday afternoon, the problem was diagnosed and the car ready on Tuesday morning. He even printed out details on mice repellent (I had a nest in my engine) as a courtesy. From top to bottom, the service was easy and efficient!
