I love the old school business practice of this place. From my first phone call with Creighton, I was treated with honesty about the vehicle and respect. A handshake or a verbal agreement still means something here, that is rare. I live out of state, and they were kind enough to give me a "first crack" at the vehicle so to speak. I requested specific photos and details of the truck I was interested in (as I'm 4+ hours away) and Creighton gave me nice detailed photos and accurate descriptions of it's condition. It matched up when I viewed it in person. Every dealer has a different opinion of the condition of a vehicle. Some embellish, some downright lie and a few are honest. Creighton is an honest dealer, he sells (from my experience) quality used vehicles that don't break the bank. Don't expect an older used vehicle to be new and perfect in every respect. Do expect one that will run be reliably for a good while before needing general repairs, as all used cars eventually need. A good dealer will sell you that and stand by it. I had a comfortable experience @ Cape Motors. My Salesman was pleasant , experienced , helpful , accommodating & worked with me understanding knowing I am disabled and required a dependable used car. I personally highly recommend them & will return when it is time . They put 4 brand new tires on which is great with Winter approaching. An oil change was done & ALL fluids were filled @ no charge to me. They have been in business a long time & are genuinely nice people. Nadine

Cape Motors is a great used auto dealership. Creighton is honest and very knowledgable about used cars and their values/needs.. Bought a car for my daughter there recently and it had a problem right at end of 30 day coverage and Creighton said no problem. They fixed the issue at no cost when he could have said too late. I highly recommend this used car dealership and will use again when the need arises.

I bought a Nissan NV 2500 3 months ago. I bought this vehicle from out of town(Buffalo, NY) so I wasnt able to look at it prior to purchasing. When I received it, it was exactly what they told me it was. They also made the shipping super easy and were more than accommodating. Great people to work with and very straightforward. Thanks

I bought a truck from Cape Motors 6 months ago. I waited until now to leave a review and I am pleased to write that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and all around service from Cape Motors and Creighton. When I think of buying a used car from a dealer in Hyannis, my mind always goes straight to one of the shady dealers on Willow Street. Buying a car from them will inevitably end up filling you with regret. I bought this truck though, it needed a U-Joint which I was notified of before buying it. Other than that the truck was, and still is good to go. The Check Engine light hasn't come on. The undercarriage hasn't started rusting thru the paint job that most of the dealers slap on to cover rust and rot. I will certainly be returning to Cape Motors in the future. Over the years I have purchased 4 cars here. All reliable and fair buys. These guys know what they are doing. They purchase the right cars in the first place. They don't present junk. The cars all lasted longer than expected. One I drove for a year and sold at a 1,500 profit. They stand by their cars. Any problems are taken care of asap. You can't go wrong at Cape Motors.

Seem nice to your face but will rip you off. They don't even have half the car checked before selling them. Complete trash. Needed 2500 dollars of repairs a little over thirty days after I bought it.
