We've bought many vehicles over the years at Premier, each time the process seemed to be better than before. This is our first BMW purchase and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The staff, facilities and purchase process were 5 star. They run a tight ship! Thanks Paul and Harold!!

Where do I begin with another bad review about a car dealership that I m not sure actually wants to sell cars??? I had been waiting over a week and a half for the dealership to post photos of a car, they still hadn t posted photos but for some reason did a $2000 price drop on the car. Odd right?? I finally reached out to them asking for videos and photos of the car and a Carfax report and was told by Tim it was a one owner car and all the service had been done at their dealership and they would get me photos shortly. I received the photos and the video and then for a second time had to ask for the Carfax. The Carfax eventually came, but there s absolutely no record on the Carfax of anything being done at this dealership, in fact no record of service being done at any BMW dealer, which is also very odd, because BMW would keep track of all that very well. So then I began to question whether or not I could trust what this dealership was saying, and now whether it would be a good idea to even buy a car from them. After some back and forth, I think I ll keep looking elsewhere, the whole situation seems shady. I ve asked for their total price out the door so I can make a better decision, and now they aren t even replying. Disappointing to say the least.Update 1: now they ve added me to their mailing list and are sending me crap about cars I m not interested in Update 2: Salesperson Tim reached out to me asking questions that I d already answered by emails that he apparently never read on Saturday, still trying to see if I m interested in the car, which I am if this terrible dealership could actually do a better job and treat customers like they care. After some back-and-forth with additional questions, he said the car still has seen service, even though it s been on the lot over two weeks, and that he couldn t provide me details on when brakes or tires had been done last or any repairs it may need. Then I get an automated email 30 minutes later saying that the car has been sold, and nothing from Tim himself being the one to tell me that. This is the absolute worst customer service I ve ever experienced from a BMW dealership, I know BMW expects better for their customers, apparently this dealership doesn t live by that standard. Completely unacceptable

I recently purchased a used BMW X3 and truly had a premier experience!. My sales representative, Paul Capparella, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On the test drive I noted a vibration from the front of the car at highway speed. When the car was delivered BMWCC had balanced all four wheels and performed an alignment. They also delivered the car with a full tank of fuel. They also provided me with a $35 gift card to compensate for the Mass state inspection! Truly outstanding customer service.I highly recommend this dealership and Paul. I ll return the next time I m in the market for another vehicle.

I had the BEST experience, I am very satisfied!! Tim Muldoon (client advisor) was amazing and not pushy.. he always went way above and beyond for me. Alex Robbins (General Sales Manager) was magnificent as well. These two went above and beyond any other BMW dealership I went to (three others). They really wanted to make sure I was pleased and found me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had a terrible experience at a different BMW dealership. I quickly called Alex and expressed interest in one of their vehicles. Shortly after that I was driving one home!! I truly don t believe any of the negative reviews about the dealership. These two guys are a HUGE asset to Premier Companies and deserve this accolade. I will not be wasting time my next car purchase with other dealerships.. I will be contacting Tim and Alex. Can t forget the excellent BMW Genius that set up/informed me how to use all the cars features. Highly recommend. Thank you all!

As a BMW owner of 20 years and many different dealer experiences, good and bad, I wasn't sure what to expect when going to BMW of Cape Cod for a preowned X5M i came across.From the first interaction, James C. my client advisor was prompt and informative with his responses. He and the rest of the staff who i interacted with made this purchase easy, friendly and accommodating.Their excellent service did not stop there. After my purchase, I had some concerns with a driving issue of my vehicle. James promptly followed up and put me in touch with Madison in the service department who went through all means available to get my concerns addressed and in a timely manner.Although this dealership is an hour away, Ill be sure to return in the future and can confidently refer James, Madison and the rest of the BMW Cape cod team to other friends and family.

Fantastic car buying experience! Tim Muldoon was incredibly kind, efficient, and helped me find the exact car I wanted. He made sure the car fit my needs and even had one sent down from another dealer for me to purchase. Highly recommend BMW of Cape Cod and will be back for future car purchases.

The entire purchasing experience was so easy. Tim, our salesman, didn t use any high pressure sales tactics, and even though I purchased a pre owned vehicle, I was treated like I was buying the most expensive car in the show room. My car was detailed so it looked brand new, and they took care of my registration. If you want a positive shopping experience then I highly recommend BMW of Cape Cod.

Amazing pre-sale information, follow up, attention to detail, and customer service. From start to finish BMW of Cape Cod was amazing. This is the third BMW we have purchased but this one was totally virtual. They had an X7 with the color combinations we wanted so I reached out and, fortunately, connected with Tim Muldoon. Tim is THE VERY BEST. From the initial phone call to follow up videos, explanations of the process for buying remote, to how his team would take care of a CPO vehicle - way better than I even could have hoped - Tim was outstanding.I have purchased CPO before, but BMW of Cape Cod and Tim Muldoon went above and beyond. If you are thinking of buying a car virtually, call Tim. You won t regret it. Tim was in contact all the way through delivery making sure things were right.BMW of Cape Cod is first class all the way.THANK YOU!

Mike, Tony and Christophe did a great job selling us our BMW X1. We researched for almost 2 months, seeing many cars, talking to many people. They were very professional, friendly, kind throughout the whole process. The process was very smooth and easy. My wife's first car came out of this store as a gift, and we couldn't be happier. I have just purchased my 18th car (since 1992) from Premier BMW and I am extremely pleased. Paul Caparella, Nick Laham, and the entire team at Premier made the experience among the easiest and most pleasant of any of these transactions. Despite the fact that I am currently overseas, they accommodated a six-hour time zone gap and ensured no unnecessary steps got in the way. Of the now 18 automobiles I have purchased, six came from the Premier family of dealerships. Each time the experience was modern, pleasant, fast, and easy - and superior to the others. Whether you are looking for a car from Cape Cod, Boston, Massachusetts, or even Paris, France, I highly recommend you give these folks a call.

I recently purchased a black 2017 Chevy Impala with low miles from BMW of Hyannis (Cape Cod).If it wasn't for Brandi and Tony, I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle.They made me comfortable and at ease, not pushy.Tony worked with me on my trade in and with that being said....My girlfriend AnnaMaria and I drove away on 12/14/23 in a shiny black Impala!Thank you again Brandi AND Tony.

Top notch service! Tim Muldoon and Chris Spence made the process of purchasing my new car smooth and easy! There were a few things that needed to be taken care of on the car and Tim was on top of it all and extremely responsive with any questions I had. Sitting down with Chris to finalize all my paperwork was a breeze, not only was he great to chat with but he made everything super easy to understand leaving me with no unanswered questions. I purchased a 7 Series from Joe today. He was phenomenal to deal with and made the experience quick and easy. This dealership does not push unwanted fees, or pressure you into the sale! I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market for a new or used BMW, the facilities are top notch and the entire staff is great. Also, the general manager was very accommodating and swapped the wheels from my old car (that I couldn't let go) to the new one. They even had a very cool Alpina XB7 in the showroom that was worth the trip alone!

Our experience was with James, although everyone we came in contact with was the same way! Not pushy, and very easy to work with, we ended up getting both cars from them! X1 and a 540 very pleased! Definitely recommend!

This is the third car I have purchased from them!! The moment you walk in you are greeted by Bella the most wonderful greeter always has a smile always can answer any question you need! Mike in sales literally found the car with the exact specifications I wanted within five minutes the price was fair easy experience pleasant! With the bottom line pricing there is no haggling no back-and-forth you know you re getting the best price and the best service on Cape Cod and beyond! I would go nowhere else to buy a car!

There were some complications in the process, not due to the dealership, and BMW was extremely proactive in helping us through the procedure. The car is great. Excellent car but it was a terrible experience from a customer service standpoint. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but the GM and salesman I interacted with were very confrontational over their own mistake. My family and I will not be back.

I've bought two BMWs from them so far. Aside from loving both cars, the crew is absolutely amazing! I have worked with Rich and Umut on both cars. Both are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Buying a car can be stressful but not here. Just being real all through the process! I highly recommend the BMW Cape Cod!There is a huge team working there and thank you to each and every one of them.It was a great pleasure working with you guys.

Aside from loving my new car, the sales team are unbelievably nice; absolutely no pressure and I appreciated the Pure Price so buying my car was such a pleasant experience. This is my second car purchased with the help of Paul C. who I have recommended to friends, he and everyone I met here were extremely helpful. Lastly, I want to give a special shout-out to the young man who explained everything about the car to me, thank you you were awesome.

Very helpful.Paul held the car I wanted for me and waited for me to arrive despite someone else wanting the car.Edit ^The car was garbage. 90 days later the engine blew conveniently after the 60day warranty and they refused to do anything for me 2016 x5 was doctored up just to sell. I had my family in the car when it blew on the highway not even a 1/2 a year of buying it. The financial advisor from BMW told me not to get the extended warranty because "it's not worth it" and now they tell me it will cost $20,000 to fix which is worth more than the car is now. These guys are crooks and swindlers
