That is review for service department! I'm own santa cruz 2022 and on my last visit I just asked if it was possible to check something with my fuel consumption, I travel 6 times a year for 800 miles to Quebec Canada. and my expenses increased after I updated the software. I didn t specify which one because I completely trust the dealer, believing that professionals work here! but I haven t seen such smart managers who joke that car owners are stupid anywhere. I was insulted and will never return to Belis again! I made it clear that before, when I went on the highway, I drove 450 miles, not kilometers. I know what the imperial and metric systems are. but the woman from the service department, raising her voice, proved to me the opposite. thank you for your terrible service! By the way, the car still can t travel more than 250 miles on one tank! This not normal. My 2003 Toyota 4Runner with a V8 engine gets 300 miles on 17 gallons!Update:22/03/2024 we are change the spark plug. the old one looked bad and the insulator was cracked, thanks to the fact that the dealership on Cape Code is staffed by non-professionals who cannot do basic diagnostics. Why are you even here? After which my fuel economy was restored and I can drive almost 450 miles on a full tank. And a special greeting to the head of the service, that woman who made a fool out of me. and good luck in her professional growth.

My first time using the service department at Balise Hyundai and I was extremely happy with the whole process. Fast, efficient, friendly and very honest. During my 30k service I was told the serpentine belt was in such good shape and there was no need to replace it. Wow, an honest dealership who cared more about customer service than profit. They now have a customer for life. Thank you so much. A great surprise.

Just drive to Hyundai of Plymouth. Didn't have any good experiences there the 2 years I had my Hyundai. When I sold it Hyannis Hyundai offered me 23k, got 10 different offers and they were the lowest. Hyundai of Plymouth offered me KBB value and I got 29k.

I had a fantastic experience buying a used car from here. Firstly, they offered me a great deal on the used car without much negotiation, which was a relief compared to other car dealerships where haggling can be tiring and time-consuming. Additionally, I was facing some difficulties with my car insurance, and they helped me resolve that issue as well. Lastly, they even delivered the car to my doorstep.This was by far the best car buying experience I've had, and the dealership staff were the friendliest.

It's sort of a clich� that buying a car can be difficult. I have to say, I was a bit intimidated entering the market as I know cars salesmen can be... well a bit biased working off commission. At Balise Hyundai Of Cape Cod, I felt at home. The staff understood my concerns and did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable with my purchase. Jonathan was extremely patient and detailed as he answered all my questions throughout the process. I would also like to thank the GM Jimmy. They really have a great crew over there. I ended up with a 2014 Jeep Patriot and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I'm loving my new Jeep. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle on Cape Cod.

We have been looking for a car for 3 werks both on and off cape . We would tell the sales rep what we can afford and it was very frustrating when we were shown cars over and above our price range. When we went to balise we met with JV he immediately showed us what he had in stock that would be in our price range . Not $100 above! We bought the first car we drove. He was genuine and transparent. No wheeling and dealing . A smooth transition. Jonathan his sales rep helped us tremendously and spent time after we purchased the car showing us how to access all of the features in the car. I highly recommend balise Hyundai.

I recently visited the showroom with the intention of purchasing a certified 2023 Elantra Hybrid. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite assurances, it became apparent that the car's sensors and wiring were not adequately addressed prior to sale.It was disheartening to discover that essential safety features, such as the blind spot sensors, were malfunctioning. Even more concerning was the lack of transparency regarding the issue. Initially, there was no mention of the problem until I brought it up. Subsequent discussions revealed that attempts had been made to rectify the issue, but without success. The uncertainty surrounding whether they could resolve it was deeply unsettling.This experience has undoubtedly left me disillusioned, particularly considering the significant time and effort invested in visiting the showroom. The inconvenience of taking a day off from work and enduring a lengthy commute only adds to my disappointment.In light of these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing from this establishment. The unresolved issues with the vehicle and the lack of confidence in its reliability are major red flags. It pains me to say that this has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life.While I am inclined to rate my experience poorly, I regret to note that there is no option to give a rating lower than zero out of five.

I bought a 2023 Hyundai Kona yesterday, and if I could rate it MORE than five stars, I would. I saw Felipe Silva, and he made the usually unbearable dealership process, so very comfortable. I was quite dissatisfied in the state of my trade-in, but he never made me feel like he felt the same. He reassured me that it wasn t that bad, and it made me feel very comfortable. The conversation flowed beautifully, and I would recommend Mr. Silva specifically to anyone that is looking to buy.

I traded in my lease here a couple weeks ago somewhat unexpectedly. I d gone in for regular maintenance and asked about increasing the allowable mileage to my annual lease agreement. They told me that trading in might be a better option, but of course I was hesitant at first; however, they explained it clearly and I agreed. After agreeing to trade in my lease, I had a big issue come up with my insurance toward the end of the deal and they helped me work through it to resolve it even though it took us past their closing time. They advocated for me and they were incredibly flexible with my schedule, fitting me in when they had an opening and making sure I had a quiet place to work when I came by for my inspection in the middle of my workday. I truly couldn t have asked for better customer service. I felt like they really cared about my personal experience. I ve been facing many struggles in my life recently, and it was nice to have a really positive experience with something that could have been the opposite. Very grateful.

After having a new car for a week, the paint started to peel. After speaking with service and having them deny it was anything but from a rock, I went to their own certified auto body shop and sure enough was told the paint was messed up all over the vehicle with bubbles and chips and the alignment of the car was off too. At this point management agreed to go through warranty to have it fixed. Weeks went by with no word so I stopped by and now they are refusing to help again saying I am just unhappy with their product and have to go through Hyundai myself. Now I put in a claim through Hyundai and all I ve gotten back is an unhelpful generic email, and in the meantime the paint has chipped in more places.

Having to make the decision to buy a new car is an extremely tough one, especially these days. What's even harder is trying to find the right dealership and car that fits all your needs and budget without any pressure. After looking into many different local Hyundai dealerships, I was not impressed with their inventory or sales people. My husband and I decided to make the hour plus trip down to Balise and don't regret one second of it. It was late in the day on a Saturday, so we knew we would not be driving away in a new car so we went with little to no expectations. We knew we wanted to buy a newer Santa Fe so we immediately went and looked at the ones they had on the lot. They had a great selection of used vehicles with very low miles. After having some time to browse on our own, we were nicely greeted by salesman Michael. He was incredibly friendly and honest and did not pressure us in any way to buy a vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience with this purchase. After having such a smooth experience with Michael as well as the sales manager, we returned on Monday and completed the purchase of our new to us 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe! We found the process to be a lot easier than expected and couldn't be happier with deciding to choose Balise. Thanks again to Michael Peninger, his sales manager, and the finance manager for making this such a positive experience for us! We couldn't be any happier with our car and will be recommending Balise to any one of our friends or family in the market for buying a new car!

I recently purchased the 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy at Balise Hyundai of Cape Cod. My salesperson Jeremy Mann was very professional, friendly and helpful in answering all my questions on this new purchase. The sales manager JV and the business manager Mark too were very helpful and professional in navigating the final paperwork to complete the sale. It was a great buying experience for a change compared to the other dealerships high pressure sales tactics in the past. I highly recommend Balise Hyundai of Cape Cod for your next vehicle purchase.

I bought my 2024 Hyundai Tucson about a week ago and love it. The experience from test driving it right to the end of purchasing it, and driving it off the lot, was a hassle-free, friendly environment. I must say, I was a little leery about going to look around the dealership. I didn't want to feel pressured into anything before I'm ready. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with John V, who not only didn't try to pressure me into something I did not want, he was patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable about what it was that I was looking for. When the time comes, I am definitely going back to this dealership and John V to get me into the perfect car for me!!UPDATE!!!Two years later I was ready for a new car. John V is still exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and just fun to work with during the car buying process. He really knows his cars and suggested the perfect car for me. Within 24 hours of test driving a car, I was taking it home! This whole experience was amazingly quick and easy. John V really did have my best interests in mind. No wonder he is now Sales Manager! I recommend Balise Hyundai in Hyannis to anyone who is looking for an uncomplicated, speedy car buying experience! I wish I had done this sooner! Mike P was also a great help and fun to talk to! Great overall experience! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Had to leave our 23 Palisades with 1800 miles on it for the day to diagnose a programming problem. Then had to make another appointment and leave the vehicle for another day to repair. At the time I asked the tech how far in advance do I need to make an oil change appt., he said a couple of days. I called today and the soonest they could take me in was over two weeks. I was given no other options. Called another dealer and was able to get in the next day. This dealer plays games because oil changes are to free to the customer and will do their best to inconvenience the customer.

Jeremy Mann was great to work with. We completed the entire buying process from several states away. He was very responsive to our inquiry and quickly provided more photos, videos, and information on the vehicle we were interested in - all without ever being pushy. He answered our many questions and went above and beyond. The entire process was painless and he and the rest of the team provided excellent customer service all the way through. They recommended a shipping company and Jeremy made sure the car was delivered with a full tank of gas. Having had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, one can forget there are quality people out there who truly want to see their customers happy and taken care of.
