I d give them 6 stars if I could!This was the smoothest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had.I spoke to Mike on Thursday 3/14. He answered the phone and was so friendly. Being in Hyannis and calling from Watertown I had to make sure the car was the one I wanted before taking a day off to go see it. Mike was helpful, transparent and honest. While speaking he provided me the car fax and everything checked out. I placed a $200 deposit on the vehicle.Yesterday, Friday 3/15, I drove down and was greeted by Ali. Also super friendly and helpful. The vehicle was out front ready to go. It drove beautifully and was exactly as advertised. When I returned Mike was there and we went through the car. He told me to take my time as I set up Bluetooth and checked the functionality of the heated seats, sunroof, etc. Mike pointed out that there a bulb out that I didn t notice and would take care of that. Ali helped me with the paperwork and I wired the money over. Mike called confirmed receipt, transferred the plates, fixed the bulb, got it inspected and detailed.This morning, Saturday 3/16, I m now the proud owner of a 2015 Porsche Mecan S! Mike left at 7:30am and delivered my car all the way to my house in Watertown as a courtesy and convenience. NOW THATS SERVICE! Mike and Ali treat people with respect, do things the RIGHT WAY and have earned my business and referrals for life. Can t say enough. Thank you Mike and Ali.

I just bought a car from Auto Cape and I can tell you they are the best in town. Very kind and always available to help with everything you need and very efficient. I come from Italy and I just moved here so I was a bit lost at first but they helped me understand everything and I am super happy with my car now. Thanks guys!

Bought a 2008 Scion XD from them in 2018 and am still driving it today! Transaction was excellent. All were friendly and helpful; would definitely buy from them again! Excellent team and vehicles.

While I did not purchase a car that belonged to Auto Cape, I did go through the entire process as they were covering for another local dealership (Exit Auto). I worked with Mike and he was extremely professional and friendly. They did not rush me on the test drive nor in the office after the fact. They helped me complete all the paperwork and drive off the lot without any stress. If you are looking for a used car in the area I can recommend Auto Cape!

Trust Anya and Mike to get you into a reliable car at a fair price. They handle all licenses and state inspections. My suv was delivered fully inspected with three quarters tank of gas. I would recommend Auto Cape to anyone. Thanks again Auto Cape!

Bought a truck that I had looked over before purchasing, on my way home I was pulled over because a tail light was out. Brought it back the very next business day and was told that I would have to leave it there for a few days. Unable to be without a vehicle at the moment I had to drive the truck home and try and set up an appointment. While on the way home all lights, chimes and gauges started going haywire. Was told that they will come pick up the truck and repair it, and give me a loaner. At the moment I am not too happy but if they fulfill their word I will update this reviewUPDATE: They picked up the truck and delivered a loaner. I got my truck back 2 days later fixed, inspected and ready to go. They kept their word. overall very satisfied. if it wasn't for the initial hiccup would definitely had 5 stars.

Wonderful experience! I am looking for used cars for my kids, and the people here, from sales to office staff, were so nice and did not pressure me or try to sell me something I didn't want. Believe me, I am learning that is hard to find when looking for a used car.Highly recommend this place!! Pleasant experience all around!

I bought a 2006 Hyundai Azera with 115,000 miles on it from the Armenian owner Mike. I told Mike that I was Greek and used to train for arm wrestling with Vazgen Soghoyan. Mike responded than u get a special deal because u are Greek and friends with Vazgen. So I took it for a test drive than took it to my mechanic. My mechanic said the car looks Great but the left lower control arm is completely rotted and needs to be replaced immediately. Mike already told me the absolute lowest that he would go is 6 Grand the new left lower control arm cost 600. So I told him I just had to put 600 Dollars into it and that I d settle on 5,400 dollars. He responded the absolute lowest I can go because ur Greek and with the Vazgen Soghoyan discount is 5,700 dollars and I said Deal! Thanks Mike the 2006 Hyundai Azera drives like a dream and in the four months that I ve owned the vehicle the only thing that I have had to have done on it is an oil change. I would definitely buy from Mike again and would encourage anyone to do the same. P.S. The secretary is a dime.

Mike & everyone we worked with here were great. My boyfriend and I went to so many dealerships looking for a 5-speed manual, and found nothing even at big name dealers. Found the car online and within two business days had loan approval within our range (and with an awesome interest rate) from a credit union. He made sure car was ready to go once loan was signed and that it had a new battery since old one had died after test driving. I would 100% go here again if I found another car I liked.

Great dealership ! I ve purchased 2 vehicles from them already, my current vehicle is great and I love it. I will definitely be coming here again in the future when I decide to upgrade. The owner, Mike, was super helpful with my first purchase, guided me throughout the process as it was my first time buying a car on my own and he made it very easy. Friendly staff and I totally recommend them!

Cannot say enough about these people! bought a car maybe 6 months ago from them. Everyone of the staff is so friendly, patient, and really tuned into their potential customers. Believe me i went to lots of shops dealerships included. They have all very nice clean cars. Still no problems with my car at all. They helped me pick the car i wanted, showed me tons but really helped me not get carried away either. Trustworthy Dealership for used cars. I will be going back to them when my car needs change.

Bought my first car here and they went the extra mile to help me choose the right start for me, paid for my car in cash, they even helped me with choosing the most affordable insurance for new drivers. They were honest and down to earth and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Definitely will get my second car here.

I contacted them on a vehicle we were hoping to purchase for my mother. Mike went above and beyond for us. We live over an hour away, and was able to go there and complete everything needed in one day. Because we were not trading in anything Mike and his team graciously offered to deliver the car to us when it was registered.There was some damage that happened to the car before we saw it, they were 100% honest about it not being there in the photos and immediately sent the car to have the scratches removed. The car was delivered by a lovely woman, and it being Massachusetts in the winter she apologized for the dirt on the outside.. but after driving it all the way to us after a snow storm there is no way for a car to be sparkling outside. The car was IMMACULATE on the inside!When we showed my mom her new car she was the happiest I think I have ever seen her! She loves it! I'm so thankful for this small business and will 100% recommend anyone check them out.We even had an issue after delivery with a tire during inspection and Mike hooked us up with a new tire from a local business right away. Stand up guy.We will keep our eyes on then when we look for another car for the kids this dinner!If you are still reading my review, please note that other poor reviews truly do not have anything to do with the owner of the business itself. I read all the reviews here and those low star reviews are due to financing problems, which is not anything to do with Auto Cape.. it has to do with personal credit levels. They are the dealership, they offer help for bank financing but are not the bank.Wonderful company. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Called and Mike answered phone about a car I was interested in,was straight up and honest.Flying from Chicago to Massachusetts to buy car he insured it was exactly what I was looking for and condition was excellent shape. Left deposit and booked airfare.He drove down to Boston and picked me up from airport.Got to dealership and WOW what a car,exactly how he described it.Bought car and drive over 1000 miles home.THANKS for being an honest person..LOVE THE CAR,PRICE AND WHOLE DEAL. THANK YOU for the honesty.See ya this summer when I come back to vacation in your awesome little town. Rich

Do not buy from these guys! They absolutely play you. I bought a vehicle that would no pass inspection for broken e brake. Showed them the the paperwork that said it needed to be replaced and they didn t. They tried to tighten it and it snapped a week or two later. And then say it s my fault! And make sure you read that paperwork carefully! They added another 1k to the price of the car when I bought it. I overlooked it at signing time. Scam artists.

Just bought a Nissan Juke from them. I'm from RI about a 2 hour drive one way so usually I don't go so far looking at cars but they had the exact car I needed. After my experience with them I plan on going back when I need another car because I feel it would be well worth my time and effort to travel even if it takes a full half day or more.Mike was really nice and up front about the deal and the deal was very fair. I'll also mention I had to have 2 tires put on the car trusting he would be good to his word. He absolutely was trustworthy and met his promise without any excuses or exceptions.If your looking make sure to see him. You can look up the huge number of ratings I've put on this website and see I rarely give 5 star reviews like I give Mike and his company.

If I could give negative stars than I would. While test driving the Hummer 3 the transmission started slipping and making a whining noise. We brought it back to the lot and informed the manager that he had a serious problem with that car. He said he would have it checked out right away but it is still parked in the lot for sale. We then test drove a 2007 Fj cruiser that we liked. I applied for a loan and got approved for it at a very high payment. I told the woman that I wanted to call my bank and I would call her back in a little while to give her my answer. I called way before the end of the day and left a message that I would take the car. I then called this morning and was told by the manager that they sold the car to a cash buyer. I never told them that I would not take that car. Customer service is horrible and they do not honor their word

This is a great place to buy a vehicle from. Mike is a good guy, honest and a straight shooter! Don t let these other reviews stir you away cause there s a ton of scammers who tried to tarnish this businesses reputation but I know for a fact he will take care of you!

I stopped in there this afternoon a couple of hours before they closed to check out a few cars I was interested in that I had noticed on their website. I spoke with a man named Levon, one of the owners, who took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. I never felt like he was rushing me or trying to BS me with any of his answers.I spent almost 2 hours there looking at 4 different cars. I test drove each car alone. Levon handed me the keys and told me to take my time. I left without buying a car and Levon never once tried to pressure me into any sort of purchase. It was a great and helpful experience. If I do decide on one of the cars I looked at there, I wouldn't feel the least bit hesitant about buying it from him.Thanks, Levon!Chris-

Avoid at all cost, I bought a car here almost 2 months ago, I was sold a car with An over heating issue and it took them over a month in total to fix. Although the workers here were friendly, they are nothing but a bunch of scam artists, I was told different stories daily and could never get any answers about my car. I just got the car back a day ago and fingers crossed it's actually fixed this time around. I would not recommend these guys to ANYONE

Following an unpleasant experience at a local car dealership and a thorough search of just about every used car business on the Cape, I recently returned to Used Auto Cape, where I had previously test-driven a car I thought was decently priced. Although that car wasn't right for me, I was now interested in a 2013 Mazda 3i Touring with low miles and a great price.The crew at Used Auto Cape--Mike, Levon, and Fabiola--are very pleasant, personable, and honest. They helped to quell my fears about the car-buying process. Levon really went above and beyond to secure a great loan rate for me, which allowed me to buy an amazing car. By refusing to resort to aggressive hard sell tactics, Mike and Levon defy the used car salesman stereotype. Instead, they were transparent and patient, addressing my barrage of nervous questions with honesty and humor. They also offer, in my opinion, the best selection of reasonably priced used cars on the Cape.I'm really happy with my purchase and highly recommend Used Auto Cape to anyone who is searching for a new car!

They skip over various clause in the contract upon signing and when you try to ask questions they make up lies and try to make it seem as if you do not know what you are talking about. After presenting several evidence he began to change his story and saying oh this is actually what it means. Their contracts have different prices and interest rates that what you agree to and they tend to increase the price of the car when it is begin sold differently from what it is being advertised for. I would not recommend doing business as we had caught him red handed trying to rip us off and only when he got frustrated he did want to give back some cash, however that was not the issue. The problem was he was stealing and didn t expect us to bring up the law and that we knew what he was doing was wrong and illegal.
