I can't believe I haven't written this review sooner, but the Audi service team, especially Matthew, truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service. The team at Audi showcase an exceptional level of knowledge, professionalism, and assistance. From sharing informative videos about oil changes and personalized messages from a mechanic to providing inspection stickers, overall maintenance, and complimentary car washes, they consistently go above and beyond.In my years of owning cars from various renowned brands like Toyota, Acura, Ford, and Mercedes, I have never encountered a service team as dedicated and capable as Audi's. Not only is the Audi vehicle itself top-notch, but the service team elevates the ownership experience to another level. They have truly set a gold standard in customer service. A resounding five stars for this remarkable team!

Brought my A6 in for a couple of recalls. Very quick & easy to drop car off & get loaner, which was ready & also running to warm up. Staff is friendly, efficient, helpful & offered to put new batteries in my key pad. Car was ready sooner than expected.

I bought a used car, and it ended up needing some minor repairs. The service center was extremely helpful when hearing about my problems with the car. They covered all expenses and provided me with a loaner vehicle for the time my car was in the shop. Service team is again consistently professional and courteous. Was taken in right away, and told to expect tire repair to be 2 hours. Matt was terrific in getting problem diagnosed and repaired while I happened to be away. Sent video of problem area so I could see the issue. Needed a defective tail light fixed. Have had an issue with air conditioning for over a year, was told by another Audi department that everything was fine. At first had problems setting up an appointment with their new phone system. Convertible top repair good . Was told that any excess oil from filter change was cleaned. Got home and had 2 spots thesize of a dime . At 75 years old had to get on floor with a towel to clean cover. Mechanic has to be careful in removing filter and clean any spills on the cover. Oil filter is in a tough spot. Service people are always pleasant and accommodating.Service: Oil change

When our daughter s car was damaged, we immediately called Audi to set up a time for it to be examined. Matt was wonderful once again! He worked us into the schedule within 24 hrs. Our car was thoroughly inspected and the portions that could be fixed by Audi was done immediately. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, but it is within the service department that you learn how much a company appreciates its customers. Audi Cape Cod values its customers and goes above and beyond every time!

Had a recall on my Q5. I called earlier in the year when I heard about it - and they took my name and said they would call me back when the parts were available. True to their word - they did and I got in right away. Service was very good - staff courteous. Would have been nice to have a loaner car while the recall work was done. Despite this they did drop me off and picked me up promptly.

Had to visit Cape Cod Audi twice in a two week period for two Audis. The guy at the service desk was great. He listened to what I had to say. He said it would take about an hour to tell exactly was was wrong. Which was correct. The work was done. He explained clearly to me what transpired. I sat behind him for quite a while in the waiting area and was able to hear him interact with people on the phone and in person. He handles people very well. Unfortunately I did not get his name. In her preowned Audi A3, my daughter (17 years old) drove over/into a rock touching the side of the road with her right front tire. Although the car looked fine, it would not drive. The services manager at Audi was the kindest, most reasonable, empathetic person we dealt with during the whole experience and aftermath of the accident.

I was able to get a quick appointment. The technician diagnosed and corrected the problem promptly and I was back on the road shortly. I had a previous experience here that was below average. I talked with the service manager after that, and decided, 6 months later, to give them another try. I'm glad I did! I love the service center at Audi cape acid. Matt, my service rep, is always ready snd waiting for me. The waiting area and bathrooms are spotless and I love that my car gets washed and vacuumed. I m not a local customer, and my car had to be towed to this dealer for a tire replacement. Matt in service was very helpful, and easy to reach. I was on the road again the next business day. My only small gripe was that they forgot to reset the tire pressure monitoring system after the new tire was installed, so my tire warning light was lit. Other than that, thank you!Service: Tires

My 2018 Q5 mysteriously kept draining the battery . Car was on Vineyard and we could get no one qualified to work on Audis. Had car transported to this dealer. They were great about communicating with me and effectively identifying the problem & fixing it. Plus they washed and spiffed up the car.
