After trying a few other dealerships, and feeling pretty exhausted, i went to audi cape cod. I m grateful i did. Allen was the first to greet me and was wonderfully pleasant and attentive, not at all pushy or aggressive and made me feel very welcome. I was then connected with Drew who listened respectfully and matched me with ease to the vehicle i ultimately leased. The entire experience was the polar opposite of what i had experienced at the other dealerships i had gone to and i am now definitely audi cape cod for life. The whole team was so knowledgable, patient and willing to work with my every notion or question along the way all without pressuring me or making me feel like i d miss out if i didn t sign 10 minutes ago. Just wonderful. HIGHLY suggest.

Excellent purchase experience, start to finish. Knowledgable personnel, transparency, and a quick and easy process. Might be the easiest and smoothest purchase process I've ever had in 30+ car deals.The only downside was that the dealership keeps banker's hours 9-6, so if you're working this can present some logistical challenges. However, the sales and business staff were all very accommodating to stay late after hours, and even come in on their days off to make sure that they were available to help me through the process. I appreciated that very much.All of the deal paperwork was easy to understand and the process was very simple. Everything was e-sign electronic documents, and all information and options were clearly laid out in a way that was easy to process mentally.Prior to delivery, all titling and registration was handled, and vehicle was prepped for delivery.I was equally delighted that they took the time to personalize all of the setup and configurations in the car, including activating multiple subscription services, etc. This was a very pleasant change from my typical car purchase experience.Post closing, sales staff gave a thorough orientation to me so that I understood the new vehicle capabilities. It was a relief to not have to RTFM for everything, and have someone personally explain the unique features of a highly complex vehicle.Sales followed up with me 2 days later to see if I had any questions, and to make sure that I knew that they and the dealership were available to answer any questions or assist in any way possible.Sales - AllenBusiness Manager - JohnWell done, Team.Thank you.

Audi Cape Cod and specifically Allen Parsons are exceptional. Allen's knowledge and patience with the learning of new technology is outstanding! I would rate Allen and the dealership with a 10 star rating if possible. Special shout out to the finance manager, John Wilkinson, who also made this purchase easy and smooth.

A car buying experience that was a total pleasure? Yes, really. Allen was an excellent, relationship oriented salesman. John, the finance manager, was also outstanding and clearly focused on building a relationship, not simply selling. The entire facility is first class. The maintenance area was spotless! And, the private delivery room with the rapid-opening door - very cool!

Easy transaction, no high pressure. Willing to work with me on price which I appreciated. Went to pickup the car and they told me during reconditioning they found the rear sunroof was completely cracked, they are replacing it no questions asked. Did not finance this vehicle but had a pleasant experience with that dept too. Would recommend them.

I called Audi Cape Cod Tuesday morning and Rob got back to me that day. I told him what I was looking for and within a short period of time he sent me several great options. I met him the following morning and within a half hour he had me in my new Q7. Outstanding experience!

We purchased an Etron this past Nov. from this dealer. The sales team and the manager were all great. They emphasized that we now have a TEAM of Audi specialist backing us and our vehicle including what we pitched as a great service department. We live in Wayland so the drive to this dealer from my house is an hour and a half without traffic.I made an appointment more than a week ago online and noted the issues that needed to be addressed. Our Audi remote had not been properly cleared and therefore we could not personalize both remotes to the drivers. We cannot fully register for our Audi app which in nearly a necessity. Our driver setting are also affected by this and memory of our driver settings are inconsistent whereby one of the most attractive features of this car were not being offered fully. IThere were other small issues with the car that needed to be addressed under warranty. We also requested a service vehicle given that it's a three hour drive roundtrip and Uber-ing or paying for a rental car ourselves on warranty work of an Audi is just preposterous.I spoke to Matt in the service dept. prior to the day of my appointment just in case. A team player he was not and referred my issue with the remote to sales and told me that they should have taken care of it and told me to speak to someone in sale. He then told me that he has no service vehicles. Again, I made the appointment a week ago specifically requesting a loaner car, an offering that was pitched to me during the sales pitch back in Nov.I don't know what sort of a team the people at Audi at Cape Cod are used to, but when the fault was from your side, don't pass the buck and blame someone else. Don't pass the buck and make the owner team with it again. I have already contacted your sales team several times and contracted Audi America to resolve the issue without success. My so-called TEAM of Audi experts at Cape Cod Audi refuses to help me with an issue on the vehicle they sold me and I can't even get a courtesy vehicle. We did NOT buy a Dodge. We bought an Audi Etron.My previous Audi was bought from the Westwood dealer. I have never been denied a service vehicle even on an oil change.

We are very happy after our purchase from Premier Audi of Cape Cod. This is our third purchase and we are very satisfied. We had another exceptional sales experience for this purchase, Drew Boli was our Sales professional and he was great. I have been using Audi Cape Cod for service for several years and have been very happy. I recently purchased a new Audi. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. My experience at Audi CC was a positive one, which isn t always the case when shopping for a car. I would definitely recommend!

I have purchased several Audi vehicles from this dealership. Both used and new. I have found the sales department to be pleasant. There was not a lot of negotiation or haggling, which I think made the overall experience enjoyable.However, I think it is in the service department where this dealership really shines. They are very responsive, professional, always have a reasonable availability window, communicate through texting, and always get the job done in their estimated time frame. Recently, my Audi had a horn malfunction, they gave me a new car to use for several days.The service waiting area is clean and there have been times where I have got some work done while drinking a coffee.I think in this particular case, you get what you pay for. And the premium that you may pay for an Audi is well worth it with respect to this dealership, and in particular the service department.

Rob Serdy and the team at Audi were great, no pressure sales tactics just honest friendly willing to help service. My wife and I purchased the car on Saturday and they delivered it that Monday an hour away. They gave me fair money for my trade and worked with me on a monthly payment I could not regret. Worth the drive amazing atmosphere with friendly people I recommend purchasing a car with them you ll drive away happy!

My experience at Audi was excellent. Allen Parsons was professional and went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. Joey went over all the details of the car which was extremely helpful and John was very patient went going over all the paperwork.
