I brought my car here to get fixed after getting into a car accident and getting rear ended. The ladies at the front desk were both so lovely and helpful on the phone and while I was there. I was able to get in the same week! They got the job done quickly and my car looks amazing. Couldn t be more happier. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing to get their car fixed.

F- My grade for your customer service. Flash/Balise car wash in Hyannis wrecked my wiper in December, a week before Christmas. I was promised prompt restitution, and sent to Balise. They sent me on to you. This was December! My repeated in person attempts at the car wash, Balise Hyannis and your place to get restitution gave me lots of lip service and buck passing. The car wash manager manager assured me he would make things right, even if I ended up going somewhere else for service. You guys told me you couldn t do anything until after the new year, but you didn t even call me until last week to set up an appointment! Damage done in December and a call for service in the last week of March?? Did you really think I could go without a windshield wiper for that long? I went to Falmouth Toyota got prompt, courteous service, and of course had to pay for it myself. The manager of Flash car wash is a liar. He lied to my face saying it would be covered no matter where I went for repairs. When I brought the bill in he was never there ( 4 in person attempts after numerous phonecalls when I was told he would be in). The workers refuded to accept the paperwork with. I never heard anything from anybody else higher up, so yeah, my grade is an F minus on your customer service . F on the whole experience. F for Flash for lack of integrity. The only reason there s one star is that was the only way I could post this comment.

Staff in the main office are AWESOME and went above and beyond!!The folks who did the work on the car did a great job! My beach plum is back and all pretty again after some damage to the door and from side.

The girl in the front desk by the name of Sarah tried charging me when I should ve not been charged in the first place. The other girl that works at the front counter. She was very helpful. Overall anchor collision did a good job repairing my vehicle.Just brought my vehicle back to anchor collision to get serviced. Kayla did an amazing job. The guys do really good high-quality work there. You ll be very happy.

Anchor collision repair was excellent with all aspects of their services, their staff members were extremely kind and accommodating, their work was very professional, they even vacuumed and washed our vehicle, I highly recommend this company.

Brand new state of the art facility. Easy process for dealing with insurance claims. My vehicle was repaired and expert paint match. They even cleaned and vacuumed it out. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I highly recommend Anchor collision .

It took you over six weeks to repair my car, realistically you should have totaled the car. Never got the final invoice. ARX is not good with communication. No one actually took accountability of the mistakes. It would have been fine if someone took accountability for the ball being dropped.

Everyone was great Answer all my questions, was called when more time needed and why. When I picked up my car. It wouldn't start because we had a lot of cold weather. They were right there to help me get it going. And they cleaned the inside and outside beautiful, great place thank you for fixing my car.

Really not sure what to rate this place. When I could get a hold of someone they were very nice. However, my car was there for a little over a month and between myself and my insurance provider trying to contact this place was basically a nightmare. Only three times did anyone ever pick up when I called and my insurance provider had tons of trouble getting in contact with this place too. Every single update we got was last minute making this entire month a huge headache for us both.I'm hoping the car is truly and honestly repaired but the lack of communication is worrisome.In short, communication really goes a long way.

Kayla is the best. She really gets customer service. It was fixed before I knew it. She was willing to deliver it wherever I needed. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience it was in a good way. Especially having had a very bad experience at Balise Hyundai. Luckily I have my insurance on a $500 deductible. But Kayla and Anchor Collision You Rock!Service: Body & Trim

Kayla and Sarah were delightful to work with. The car was done exactly on time. It looks perfect. I appreciated Nick double checking that they did not leaving any masking tape, etc.. car was in great shape! Thanks!!!

Honestly, the best service I have received. From the phone call to schedule an appointment, to the really helpful girls working there and the car repair coming out great. Not only did it come out great, they also did an incredible job detailing the car. I recommend them.

The work on my car looks great. New trunk and a beautiful paint job. Highly recommend Anchor.In my case Hyundai was involved. The girls in the office are very informative, kind and worked well with Hyundai and Enterprise, my rental company.

Anchor Collision Repair did a wonderful job. They handled everything, from arranging the rental car, establishing a timeline for completion, notifying me of any issues, being the liaison between me and the insurance company, and just making me feel comfortable with the whole process. I am very pleased with Anchor, and although I hope to never have to do this again, if I did, I would return to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very very nice people who answer phones, and whereas my shop in Falmouth gave me an eta of st Patrick's day, anchor gave me an eta of new years day. That did not happen but it was due to Kia, not anchor.,.not one single negative comment I can say about anchor. God knows I don't want another car accident but if I do, anchor would be my first choice to get my car fixed. I especially like that they used all new parts.

They were amazing, above and beyond, from setting me up with a renal to even cleaning the inside of my car when they finished. They made my experience hassle free. I would totally recommend them. Awesome job guys

My 90 yo mom drove in because her sunroof had leaked all over her floors. The nice man took care of her right away and because it was a quick fix, he didn t even charge her! Thank you first, for taking her right away- Volvo was a 3 week wait for an appointment- and for diagnosing and fixing her problem right away and treating her so nicely! Your kindness did not go unnoticed. She said she was beaming all day!

Fantastic experience from initial call with the two amazing customer care representatives, to the work which was done as expected with a lifetime warranty on their work. On the cape this is best auto body repair shop, honest and fair pricing worked easily with my insurance company and had a rental car as I dropped my car off. They took care of all logistics. Overall a great experience dealing with an inconvenient accident.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

5 stars isn t enough for this team! They were so helpful and responsive throughout the time my car was being fixed (even though it was a week of insane weather and I could tell they were swamped) Sarah was on top of it, coordinating with my insurance and the rental company too. With my own busy schedule she made the extra hassle so easy and stress free. Then when I picked it up, Kayla made it seamless and I was in and out! Good communication and service is so hard to come by and these two are like a dream team. Plus, the part of my car that was repaired now looks better than the rest of my car! I brought my car to Balise Collision in Hyannis to get my door fixed. Being a female I am leery of auto body shops, but Alex and his team put me at ease. Alex went over all my options and gave me quotes on everything. As unpleasant as it is having to take my car for collision repair, I have to say the reception/clerical staff at Anchor Collision made the experience much better.
