I just had a very bad experience with BTA. The transmission went out on my 2011 F350 so I took the truck to them. They gave me a price to get it rebuilt to take 800hp and then I waited over 4 months. With supply chain issues I can understand. They also went over their quote by about 1k or more. Also somewhat understandable. 1000 miles later it began to leak engine oil. I thought the rear main engine seal was leaking. Took it to another mechanic and they pulled the transmission and found out that the studs and nuts in the torque converter had backed out and chewed a hole in the engine block. They claimed it was abuse but my other mechanic said he never saw abuse loosen nuts. They were finger tight when he took it apart and some had already fallen off. Also none of the internals were damaged .Obviously somebody didn t torque them or else didn t locktite them. I think the latter. So I waited on BTA again to get the parts to fix it, but after another 4 months they still didn t have them, so I told my other mechanic to find the parts which he did in about a week. I can understand long timelines and cost overruns and mistakes but they claimed it wasn t their fault that it failed and only stood good for half the bill. They do not have the integrity they claim and don t back up their work when things really go wrong. And to top it off when I went back in to settle the bill I was as polite and respectful as can be and he ended up cussing because I thought he should pay at least 3/4 of the bill. Mistakes happen but I won t bring my business to someone who won t stand behind them and make them right. Honesty and reliability only goes so far with them. I won t be coming back.

I have used BTA over the years and have found them to be fair and honest. They currently are working on my 2010 Lincoln MKT I purchased only a year ago (not from them). They have been so very helpful. Thank you guys.

BTA Auto had excellent service. I went in for an oil change and opinion on an oil leak and was given an honest solution and options to my problem. Very refeshing to not be scared into a spur of the moment decision like most repair shops. I will be coming back in the future!

Bta is awesome go there get vehicle done and please remember to pay right away they have bills to pay also they don't deserve getting stiffed by customer who never paid for work done and removed there plates it's awful that Nissan pickup is still there no plate cust took it off never paid 3000.00 they borrowed from poor guys
