I decided hogan tire in hudson for 4 brand new tires. I was greeted with experience and great service.. competitive pricing and done in a timely manner.. no more waiting all day at those other tire stores.I will definitely stay with Hogan Tire

Had an issue and hogan tire in Hudson mass and they got me in right away. Let me know everything they were doing and the prices as they went. We were very happy with the service at Hogan. Having had a couple of not-great experiences at another local franchise, we switched over to Hogan and the difference was immediately noticeable. The staff at Hogan were attentive and thorough, and our requested maintenance was completed in a timely fashion. I also very much appreciated the digital maintenance and service report that was sent at the conclusion of our appointment. We will be back!

Our go to for any tire issue including purchase or repair. Greg and the team are simply great to deal with. Case in point, I got a nail in my sidewall (usually means a new tire). I brought the truck in, they looked at it removed the nail, checked to make sure the tire was retaining air and sent me on my way in under 15-minutes. Oh and they didn't charge me!

I ve been a customer of Hogan Tire in Hudson for 9 years. They are the only ones I trust to work on my car. I bought my civic new in 2014 and thanks to them it still runs great with 153,000 miles! Their estimates are always accurate, they communicate well, and don t try to sell products or services I don t need. Ed and the whole team at Hogan are professional and personable. I highly recommend them.

I purchased new tires and asked if they could also do an oil change. Ed said they would try. The customer service I received was outstanding. Text messages with status and a report on a full check of the car. Then a phone call to ask if I wanted filters changed. Very impressed. They did quality work, were committed and friendly. Highly recommend them. Thank you all! Car rides beautiful.

I drove to Hudson from PA for work and my tire pressure light came on indicating the tire pressure was low. My tires are relatively new and I have not had any issues with them. I wanted to get them checked before i drove back. I dropped my car off in the morning and spoke to Ed and explained the situation. After a very thorough inspection, they could not find anything wrong with my tires. They added some air and sent me on my way home and did not charge me anything. A big thank you to Ed for helping me and making sure my car was safe to drive.

I'm very picky about where I bring my vehicle for servicing, but I have been using Hogan Tire since I moved to MA. They are very knowledgable, professional, can get the tires you want, and most importantly, they torque your lugs to spec! I greatly appreciate that last part as not all places do that, and it keeps us safe. I will definitely keep going to Hogan Tire for my vehicle's servicing.

I can t say enough about my experience at Hogan Tire. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and helpful. They fixed my flat tire very quickly and was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Hogan Tire.

Hogan tire and auto is the best!!! I moved to Hudson 2 years ago and use them for all my auto care needs. Everyone there is super friendly and they do amazing work (even expedited!!) for a fair price!!! Needed my car fixed before a long road trip for a wedding and they were super helpful and accommodating for my tight schedule. 10/10 recommend.

I had a brake caliper lock up and started smoking the rear brake. I could only get a mile home that night. I called Hogan Tire first thing the next morning and explained the situation and they got me in right away. They checked out what was wrong and did a comprehensive vehicle inspection and got back to me with what they recommended needed to be done. They were able to fix the brakes and fix the front struts that they also discovered had a serious problem all in one day and I had my car back by 4:30 that afternoon. All in all I have been very happy with their service!!Bill St.John!

This is a great place to get both tires and service! The assistant manager, Leo, was outstanding and so helpful. His customer service skills were some of the best I ve ever seen. I got in and out in not even two hours, that s great for tires! I will definitely being going back.

Hogan tire is one of those places that feels professional the minute you walk in the door. They charge a fair price and have above average service. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my car serviced at Hogan Tire. I brought it in for front brakes and manufacturer scheduled service. They also found a number of other issues. I appreciated the honest and clear explanation of both the work that needed to be done and the associated costs. I ended up deciding not to have all the work done at this time, only the major safety repairs. There was no pressure to complete the other recommendations which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent, and Ed and Greg kept me well-informed while my car was in the shop. The technicians who worked on my car also went above and beyond by cleaning up a scratch on the side of my car that had been bothering me for years! I will keep returning to Hogan for future work.

I had a very disappointing experience this morning at Hogan Tire in Hudson, MA this morning. I made an appointmentwith them online and received a confirmation. The confirmation stated the date and time of my appointment in black and white. He told me that it was only a request and not a confirmation and I should have received an e-mail let me know that I in fact did not have an appointment. Then why was that day/time made available to me for selection? I received no e-mail and in fact I chose text as my preferred method of communication. No text either. I took the morning off from work for this appointment. The individual behind the desk suggested I leave my car for the day and he might be able to get to it. Considering its the day before Thanksgiving, this was not an option. I probably could have gotten over it if he was somewhat friendly and reasonably accommodating given the circumstances. Neither was the case as the individual behind the counter had about as much personality as a bag of rocks. I still believe that Hogan Tire is a solid outfit but steer clear of this location.

Went online and booked an appointment, as well as picked out 4 new tires, alingment and oil change. When I dropped it off, I casually asked the service coordinator about my choices. He asked several questions and made recommendations that for $20 more were a better tire and explained the benefits off a better tire.Had a great experience, and feel very comfortable entrusting him with the safety of my family of 5. I couldn't be more pleased with service, and the results!!

My mother has been a loyal customer for many years but recently was treated very rudely when dropping by for a scheduled appointment by a new younger kid at the front desk. She received the car back and later discovered that the lug nuts were not all the same oem lug nuts. Only 2 oem chrome lug nuts remained on the vehicle. When confronted, Hogan tire denied responsibility. When the tires were later removed by a different shop it was discovered that multiple lug nuts were cross threaded when previously installed and lug studs needed to be replaced. Although there is no real proof it was hogan tires fault I do believe it is obvious who is responsible. This place is in my opinion the McDonald s version of fine dining when it comes to tire repair. It probably boils down to whoever was working that day but regardless she will not be a returning customer for obvious reasons. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to know how to properly use an impact gun and keep track of a customers lug nuts.

Greg over at Hogan Tire in Hudson was super helpful. I get pretty nervous when I have to have any kind of work done on my car because I have such limited knowledge about cars in general. I always feel like I ll get taken for a ride ha ha anyways but seriously Greg was so nice and helpful. I got 4 new tires and they were able to get my car back to me within an hour or two. Super convenient!! I will definitely be going to these guys from now on for tires, rotation, oil changes etc.

I had gotten a slash in my tire, there was no leaking air but I got nervous about driving on it so I had called hogan to see if they could get me a new tire. I made an appointment and they checked out the tire and said I definitely needed a new one. They had checked if the tire was in stock, and a couple days later they called me back saying they can change it for me. I brought my car in and within 30 minutes I had a new tire. Everyone at Hogan tire is so nice and transparent with what needs to be done and is very helpful when it comes to things I don t know haha.

Called Hogan Tire in Hudson MA and spoke to Ed. We discussed the tires and scheduled a time for the installation. Everything went perfect. Thanks Ed, I know we ll be back.

10 or 11 times, over 6ish minutes, their voice mail message told me how important my call was to them.My opinion is that if the calls are really important it shouldn't take that long to answer them and that it's insulting to be told over and over how important my call is when it's not being answered.Your quote for an all-wheel alignment wasn't bad...$10 more than Town Fair Tire and you are closer to me, in the same town where I live...but I canceled Xfinity cable 6 or more years ago because they answered their phones the exact way with the exact same message. And I'm not going to get involved with a company that shares that attitude.I suggest you either change message, add a "call back without losing our place in line" feature or answer your phones quicker.

Update: if I could give 10 stars, I would. I cannot say how amazing Hogan has been! I just replaced my tires a couple of months ago at Hogan (fast service and great prices!), and unfortunately, I found myself with a nail in my tire, on my way to a wedding two hours away. They accommodated me immediately, and though the tire wasn't repairable, they replaced the tire for free (thanks to lifetime road hazard guarantee) - I only had to pay for labor. In and out, and on my way to the wedding. Definitely would recommend 10/10.Original review:I recently had a flat and called around to a few large chain tire places that guaranteed free flat repair, but on a weekend with impending snow on the way, everyone was booked and refused to see me. Finally I resolved that I'd have to pay for flat repair because I just needed to get it fixed, so I called Hogan. They were incredibly polite, and I didn't need to make an appointment - they just told me to bring it in and they'd see me ASAP. They fixed it in record time, and the best part? No charge. Looks like I'll be using Hogan from now on!

I went in a year ago after I had gotten a flat tire and thought my tires were in rough shape and was willing to front the money for new tires if they said so; however, they gave me an honest opinion that I should just get a used tire for that one flat tire and wear out the remainder of my 3 other tires. They had me as customer at that point.I went in today as my tires wouldn t pass a vehicle inspection and waited on premise for the service work. They were very professional and kept me posted on the progress of the service work (tires are on - now we re doing the alignment). They set my exceptions for 2 hours and had me out the door in 1.5 hours.They have my highest recommendation for honesty and just all around old fashion, simple quality service.I hope they deliver you the same experience.

We have taken our vehicles to this Hogan Tire location for a few years now, and each service was always as exceptional as the last. I've had tires replaced, brakes changed, and fluids flushed, and have never once felt ripped off or "up-sold" on unnecessary services. I would highly recommend anyone looking for quality service to check out Hogan Tire in Hudson. A big "thanks" to Ed and the rest of the guys there for always taking care of my car!

I had my new tires put on and I went for a ride on the highway. The tire were slightly out of balance so I contacted Ed. He said to bring the car in and they rebalanced the tires right away. The tires rides so much better. Because of Ed s professional attitude I went ahead and had my all four wheel brakes and rotors replaced on my car. Car now rides like it just came out of the showroom. Ed contacted me few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the service. It was a very positive experience, and because of that I would do all of my future car services at this location. Ed will make sure you re happy with your car. Well done Hogan Tire - Hudson and thank you Ed!!

I couldn t be more satisfied with my recent experience with Hogan Tire. The job was done right, on time, and at a fair price. The Customer Service agent at the Hudson, MA store, Joel, was knowledgeable and very personable. It was a painless and pleasurable experience.
