Ross is easily the best car salesman I have ever had. He was incredibly well-informed and had no problem answering each and every one of my questions. He was polite and courteous, and walked me completely through each of my options. I ve never been a person who s enjoyed going to car dealerships, but Ross made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. Because of him I was able to find a car that was in my budget and suited all my needs. If I were ever to recommend anyone to help you find a car, it would definitely be him! Will be back to this dealership in the future solely because of Ross.

The entire experience was excellent. Ross was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable each time we communicated. I really enjoyed working with him. The car was spotless when I picked it up and the price was great!

Matt is always professional and he takes the time to listen and explain things in detail. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable with complimentary services. We ve bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and always had great customer service!

I called Durand Chevy because I already had my car scanned by 2 different mechanics that read (cat convertor) however the mechanic also told me that there was a technical bulletin out on my year and make vehicle that clearly stated it s giving off catalytic converter codes or exhaust leak codes or rattle noises. I was told that I should bring it to the dealership to see if they could do a flashing I clearly stated that I already had my car scanned by 2 mechanics so that I did not want that done again by Durand however Matt went ahead and hooked my car up and told me it was the catalytic converter and then charged me $182.91 for that information that I already had even know I specifically asked him not to do that. My visit to Durand Chevy was a complete waste of my time and money. I feel as though Matt completely ignored what I said and then charged me for a service that I specifically asked him not to do. I think he is incompetent and or disloyal neither of which I will ever do business with or recommend. I will be leaving reviews about my experience with Durand Chevy and I will be sharing this experience with any and everyone who will listen.

Brian Butka, our salesperson, was such a delight to work with. He understood the situation we were in and helped put us in a new vehicle while getting rid of a problem vehicle with very little hassle. There seemed to be zero pressure to buy right away - but we did anyway - and Brian was such a personable guy that we were very comfortable working with him and very happy with the price and the deal we were offered. His knowledge of the vehicle and its functions was top notch. I think we sat in the car with him for at least 20 mins, maybe more, before we drove off to make sure we knew what every button did and what every feature offered. Mike was also easy to work with and pretty generous on the trade - which he ultimately decided would be an auction vehicle. Joe was also a pleasure to work with as well to sign the paperwork and finalize options we had money-wise and with the financing - he made sure we understood every line item and everything that was included in the sales contract and the impact of what we chose. There was no steering in one direction or the other - the focus was all on what we felt comfortable with. All around, this was a great purchasing experience. We won t (shouldn t) be in the market for another vehicle for a very long time for my wife or myself, however we will recommend anyone considering a Chevy (or other non-Chevy trade they might have that they are interested in) to go to Durand.

Simply....The Best of the Best!!! A return to the good 'old days' of a top automotive sales experience. I have known the principal Rick Durand for 11 years....Durand Chevrolet depicts the 'Poster Child' of what the Customer Experience' should be (and is)!! Also, sales Executive Brian Butka is the best!!!

Car buying experience was fine. The communication and service from the Service department is laughable. Had car in for repair of a known Chevy issue. Part had to be ordered, was told it would "be in in a day or two." Two weeks later and no word, I had to call (multiple times because their "phones are down and being fixed", which happens every time I call), was transferred four times between service and parts, then on hold for 20 minutes while they looked for and eventually found my parts that were apparently just sitting there for who knows how long. Call for updates on day of service, nothing, more phone issues, assigned tech had to leave so "almost done, 2 hours." Then had to call 10 minutes before closing to find out it was ready. Go somewhere else for your Chevy

I called to buy a part for my truck and they answered the phone after few calls then the guy on the phone said i will transfer your call to the parts department then I thought he did transfer the call after waiting for few minutes someone answered the phone again i started talking to him and asking if they have the parts I'm looking for, he started yelling at me in very disrespectful way and saying yo, yo hello stop instead of explaining in a professional manner, I figure out the first guy. who answered the phone he transferred me to another sales guy. then this guy also said he will transfer my call to the parts department i waited again for few minutes and they just hanged up in my face. I believe they like to sell cars more than selling car parts which is very arrogance and rude hopefully they will learn how to be professional and respectful with their customers needs

Had car for 24 of 31 days of January. Told them numerous times what the issues were and every time it wasn t taken care of. Zero communication about how much it would cost and when it would be ready. Had to call every time was told they were busy and it would be taken care of the next day. Will never return to Durand was going to buy 2025 Tahoe High Country, not anymore done with Chevy after 2 Suburbans and. a Tahoe.

Our salesman, Mark Sacco, did an excellent job explaining the two different vehicles we were looking at. Very patient as we ended up driving 4 cars! Before we made our final decision. The entire team went above and beyond to be sure we got the vehicle we wanted.We have always found buying a new or used vehicle very stressful. I can say that the whole experience with Durand and Mark Sacco was 100% stress free.We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend our friends to Durand. We found out after the sale that this was Mark's first sale. He did an amazing job and if he hadn't mentioned it we never would have known. Thank you Mark!!!!We have since been in touch with Mark again as we would like to purchase a 2024 blue Trax. Hoping that one can be located that works for us.

The entire experience was pleasant. Stephen provided excellent friendly service. I never felt pressured. He made the whole process so simple. He explained all the new features in my Trax and made sure they were working properly before I left. Ask for Salesman Marc Sacco... we just purchased a Chevy Blazer from Durand and are extremely pleased with the attention that he paid to us ... we test drove several models to determine which was right for us ... Marc was very helpful providing information and answering questions, over the week it took us to select a vehicle ... he was very personable and transparent ... we kept in touch via text in between visits ... he made the process smooth ... ask for Marc... when it comes to negotiating with the business manager, be aware of the dealer add-on window sticker (next to the manufacturer's window sticker) for unneeded/unwanted pricey items like VIN window etching($200), paint protection($200), rear light blinker($300...way over priced $5 module 5min install), etc ... insist on having these costs remove from invoice before signing ... they will remove all or most ...

I had a wonderful experience with Ray buying my new 2017 Chevy Silverado; he was respectful and very pleasant; first smiling face that greeted me when I walked into showroom, answered all my questions and assisted me thru the complete buying / finance process with ease. Durand Chevy is a great place to buy a new car or truck! I am a repeat customer at this dealership and salesman Ray khan Is a big reason in my opinion that I would buy again from this dealership!

Salesman Ross was great to work with and he really went above and beyond to secure our desired car. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and the next steps. He brought us drinks and made us feel comfortable with our decision. It was a pleasure working with him and my husband and I would highly recommend him and this car dealership!

The staff are nice which is why I gave an extra star but the experience overall was disappointing. My vehicle was towed in via Chevrolet roadside assistance on Oct. 9 after shutting down completely on the road. The vehicle was kept for over a week with no updates. I was finally told they couldn t find anything wrong with the engine but there was a faulty sensor that would cost me $2000 to repair. This is the same sensor which has given me trouble in the past and was never fully repaired. After keeping my vehicle a week and doing nothing, I was charged $183 and told there was a need for more work on the sensor. I am disappointed in Chevrolet and would not recommend this dealer for roadside assistance if you need your vehicle for daily use. The manufacturers warranty has seemingly never been applicable for any issues. This will be the last Chevrolet my family purchases.

I worked with Brian a once I knew I wanted he made it happen. The process went quickly and I absolutely love my vehicle that I have purchased. This has been the first positive car dealership experience in my 17 years of driving THAT IS A RARITY! 100% highly recommend this dealership. Year is 2021 under 8,000 miles warranty included 5 year or 100k miles which ever comes first and is still covered under a handful of manufacturers warranty literally couldn t be happier and to have the peace of mind knowing my investment is protected by a good warranty. All with in my budget !

Greeted by Brian B he was excellent in all parts of the sales process he is a huge asset for Durand . Visited the service dept yesterday had a small issue with car but was remedied in a two hour fix which they took care of, that day did not need to return. This service process was as elite as the sales process. I have been around dealerships for more than 35 years and they all could learn something on how to do it right like Durand Chevrolet. Thank again to Brian and my service writer he was great!

We want to recognize salesman Brian for the excellent customer service we received when we recently purchased a full size van from Durand. In the process of shopping online for a van we discovered very quickly that most salespeople do not know much about big vans, which are basically trucks. Brian was able to answer all our questions and even got us some close up pictures of the underside of the vehicle, which was very important to us, since we were coming from over 2 hours away. Our experience with Durand was overall one of the best experiences we have ever had with a dealership.

From out of state and I called to inquire about a vehicle on Saturday and was ready to purchase same day. Spoke with Rob and everything seemed to be going well. He was able to price out the vehicle for me and send me photos of the car. I thought everything was all set. They wanted to get some more info on a vehicle I was turning in at lease end and had me wait until Monday to get in touch with there used car department. Waited for a call back for an update. When Rob called me Monday morning he asked if I was interested in the Camaro (like a new customer). I was confused and said yes I talked to you on Saturday, he paused and realized he was talking to me he said he's waiting for info on the trade and would call me back in 30 minutes. At that time I told him that I am ready to purchase the car whether or not the trade would be sufficient. No call back until 4PM when someone else from the dealership called me and told me they would not want to proceed with the sale. I understand these places want to make money, but the fact that they wouldn't be upfront about it is very upsetting. Spending time on my end talking to the dealership with everything going well, ready to pay (deposit to hold or even wiring full amount), even with Rob saying that coming in on Friday (4 hour drive for me) shouldn't be a problem, and it seeming like it was a done deal just to get blindsided is ridiculous.

Overall Durand Chevrolet met all of my expectations and more. I was able to search for the exact vehicle I was looking for online and scheduled an appoint to test drive. Joe Belanger was wonderful to deal with. He went over all of the numbers and we were able to make a deal for my trade in that benefited me. During the process there was never any high pressure or "must buy now" to get this deal tactics.Start to finish Durand handled all of the transfers of registration, and new inspection stickers. I really can't say enough about this dealership. I look forward to future business together.

My First time buying a truck from MA. I was expecting more difficulty than what I experienced. It was all good. Brian and Gary walked me through the process without any pressure. Dan and Charlie delivered my Truck to New Hampshire and communicated everything without any snags. I have to say Next Year when my wife needs to replace her car I'm going to go back. Some of these NH dealerships need to take a page out of the Durand play book and start acting professional like these guys. You get 5 stars because you deserve it.

Great experience! I worked with Steve in sales. He was very nice, got me right in to see the car that day and I was in and out with papers signed within 2 hours! That is a lot quicker than other dealerships I have bought from. The car was ready the next day with a full tank of gas, registration and sticker all set! My husband bought a car the same day as me from another dealership, not Chevy, and he waited almost a week for registration and he had to get the inspection sticker himself, so the fact that this was all done and my car was ready the next day was nice. I have already recommended Steve to a friend that is looking to get a new car.

My service advisor was helpful to get my ext warranty contract to cover the repairs. Which was the reason we purchased the plan. Service was timely and our vehicle is running fine thanks to the staff at Durand Chevrolet!

The on the phone a guy at the service deck was very rude to me. Gave me 1 word answers. Seemed like he just wanted our conversation to end. I was just looking for my engine code. He did not care to help. When I came in the lady was a sweetheart and was very caring and understanding. If you did not buy a truck here don t get it serviced here because they won t work on it.
