We used Countryside through a roadside service. Brandon was great. He got here in about 20 minutes. He was professional, friendly and quick. It was tough going in our yard after rain and snow, but he navigated it easily. I would definitely call them again!

My car wasn t starting so I had to get it towed a few towns over. AAA said it would take Brandon 1-2 hours to get here and it only took him 20. Great service and very fast.

Just had THE BEST experience with Brandon from Countryside Towing! Not only did he tow my van from Littleton to North Attleboro, but he was super nice throughout the experience. I know who to call if I'm ever in need again! Thank you!

I m a sales man , my car broke down 99 miles from home so I called triple a . Triple a sends out the request , this company picked it up , the driver literally pulled in the parking lot I was in , pulled behind my vehicle saw I was with the vehicle and pulled away . I got out and tried to flag him down , he ignores me .He than pulls in another parking lot , I walk over and let him know he was behind the right car from the beginning . He immediately starts screaming and spitting while he yelled at me to get back in my car . That I was wrong and he wasn t here for me . There were two witnesses to this . He than invaded my space while screaming at me. All I was trying to do was get home . It s unnerving to be broke down so far from home . I than call dispatch and ask for the drivers name , the company dispatch for this tow service , the dispatch wouldn t give me his name. I informed him I wanted to call the police . He than directs me to the owner who basically brushes me off .I ask him if becuse of how I was treated could he at least send a truck out to get me home , he declines .As I type I ve been stranded for over 3.5. Hours and one of their trucks just drove by and kept going .How do you own a tow business and leave a motorist stranded ???, thanks !

Not many people like being stuck on the highway with a damaged vehicle. However a great towing company can be a blessing when your world comes to a complete stop thankful for the entire crew at Countryside towing for your help and patience

Brandon towed my daughters dodge today after a no start issue. He was very respectful, and able to answer all of our questions. Very knowledgeable on getting it out of its tight parking spot without damaging any other vehicles next to it. Communication was great! Informed us that he was dropping a car off and gave us an ETA. Definitely glad AAA set us up with this guy!Service: Car towing

Last night I needed to call AAA. Brandon responded and was AWESOME! He called to say when he would arrive and was great making the whole process stress free. Probably the most positive experience when having to have a vehicle towed (and his personality and kindness really helped my husband's attitude calm down also) Really appreciate Brandon!!!

Needed a 35 mile tow yesterday evening, Anthony was the driver, got there super quick, hooked the car up and got us home, he unloaded it perfectly in the exact spot no other tow guy has been able to do in my driveway. Give this kid a raise and make sure you keep him. I will definitely call countryside for any needs I have now and would highly highly recommend. Their prices also beat out multiple other companies in the area by a few hundred!Service: Car towing

Had to get my car towed from Harvard, MA to Webster, MA through AAA yesterday. Ronald showed up, was very transparent and communicative about my car. He was careful with the install and deinstall of the tow. Super accommodating. And as a young woman, I felt incredibly supported and safe getting my car towed and getting a ride with a stranger. Countryside helped me out after a fender bender. One employee gave me a lift safely away from the crash site and told me where I could kill some time (free concierge service lol, hope he didn t mind). Then Tyson and co. got my car safely to the collision center for repair which involved crossing state lines. Great guys, great experience all around. Hope I don t need their services again lol, but if I do I know who to call.

Broke down at 11pm with cargo in car. Had to wait for coworker to unload my vehicle I was 80 miles from home. Ronnie went above and beyond and got my car home safe and allowed time to get cargo swapped. Saved me, my night and my car . Thank youuuuuu. Yeah called AAA to tow my car, and they broke the back bumper on my car when I got it back, do not call these guys to tow you!!!!

My family ended up having a flat tire on Saturday afternoon and called AAA. They linked them up to Countryside Towing and these guys really pulled through for us. Despite the fact that my new-relocated mom gave them the wrong address, they went out of their way to go pick up my mom and son. We really appreciate these guys helping us out! The driver of one of these tow trucks was so overly aggressive to me, that I would never feel safe having them tow my car. On a detour I hesitated for a moment, and the driver beeped his horn so loudly that it scared me, he then followed me to the next intersection, and beeped again as he drove by totally unnecessary. Does he think that s a way to create business? The business name is plastered all over the truck.

I will never deal with these people again. Rude, unprofessional, and allowed hudson police to conduct AN ILLEGAL SEARCH OF MY VEHICLE. Not to mention they aren't cheap. The location is in disrepair, and their lot is small but lots of junk everywhere. They don't accept anything but cash also, raising my level of suspicion if they conduct illegal activity there often.

A worker from this company responded to a AAA call for a tire change. He was aggressive, rude, and clueless. He tore the stitching from my floor mat while looking for a way to release the spare. I sent him on his way and requested that AAA send someone else.
