Josh Machado was very welcoming.He sent text messages throughout the day to let me know how things were going.When my Jeep was done, I received a very detailed video of my Jeep and everything that was done. Great Job Team!!

We were lied to the whole week by the manager. He told us they used our banks then came back with a quote from another bank with a higher rate than our bank albeit it was slight. He then asked us as a favor to use his bank. When I asked them to do us a favor and sell us a part at a discounted rate he said yes and then quoted us full price, I checked it with another dealer.They told us they would have all the work done on Saturday and he never brought it into the shop until Monday our pick up day. What should have been an exciting time was made stressful by the dealer.

So far so good! I have had positive experiences purchasing vehicles and having my vehicles serviced when needed. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and helpful! My salesman is the best, Jerrell! Thanks to all!!!

they're not great with communication. my car has been sitting on their lot since mid September waiting for a part to come in (due to the parts shortage). in the beginning they answered my questions, returned my calls, and gave me estimates of when the part might come in. it's been a few months now and the communication has completely dropped off. the service department never answers the phone, it takes multiple attempts to get anyone to call me back (just tried for the third time this week to get someone to call me back with no success), and they don't respond to messages through their text messaging system. again, it's been months at this point and I've been nothing but understanding about the delay but I'd expect at least a call back.

While my son's vehicle was being serviced, I asked the advisor the best way to get to a particular lunch spot that was sort of in the vicinity, but not especially close. He said, "Let me call you a shuttle. When you're ready to come back, just give me a call and I'll send the shuttle up to get you." It was painless, quick, and complimentary.This is, by far, the most customer-focused car dealership I've ever visited.

I arrived at the service entrance and I was greeted by Matthew Rondeau. He was prompt in checking me in and out, thorough in his explanation of the service and facility, and even helped get me some information about the Grand Cherokee L seating arrangement.I've yet to meet anyone in the auto service industry that does it better than Matthew! Kudos to Matthew and Colonial Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for making my visit exceptional and memorable!

Editing my review from my first visits to Colonial. I very rarely leave any reviews, but my trip to Colonial on 11/8 was my last visit for service and sales. I have no issues with the service team and the actual salesperson was ok, but the dealership manager needs an attitude check. He was very inappropriate in the showroom towards me(the way I could hear him speaking to the salesperson about my sales inquiry) and another person who was there/on the phone to the point where he was yelling and arguing with them so loud you could hear him throughout the entire showroom and in to service. I have experienced that many dealerships don't think woman coming in alone are serious buyers so this could have played a role but that is unfortunate if it did as I have bought or leased every car I've ever had by myself as a female. Not a good look, Colonial, and no way to sell cars. I look forward to returning to McGovern in Newton where I bought my last two Jeeps! They are professional actually want to sell or lease you a car!

Get high quality factory parts when they service your car-the proof is in the photos.Unfortunately went as predicted, told factory parts - they said I was not a victim of the parts scam the dealership was part of where the service department was installing non factory parts so the cheap parts they used are not considered a default of warranty, they will squeak and i have to clean my rims every month. I've never in all the brakes i've had replaced over the years dealt with a negotiation by omission tactic. I will never trust/recommend going here.I took my car in for brake work appx. 2 months ago. The last week or so they've been squeaking and my front rims are filthy. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion before calling the dealer because i did not think the car safe to drive. I found out that the dealership used cheap parts, organic vs. ceramic pads (blackened rims on the front of my car, squeaking - the calipers are fine-the rear brakes, that have ceramic pads, and this dealer did NOT work on -- are fine). I specifically asked service at the time i had the brake work done if they warranty their work and was told yes. I went to the dealership and asked them to fix and replace with ceramic pads, that they used cheap parts. They couldn't commit and called me back at end of day to schedule a service call, I'm going today. If they honor their work, and pricing, they'll fix at no cost ....or they'll tell me they used factory parts and that its normal to have to clean my rims monthly and for the car to squeak. I'll post an update when appointment completed.

The service was excellent the members of the service team including the service manager was The best team, my wife and I have delt with at Colonial Dodge Chrysler Jeep. They were courteous, polite and above all very understanding about our situation with our vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and service team they are hands down the best around. My wife and I thank you.

We did business with this dealership. We had a deal/agreement. They didn t follow through on their end of the deal. Stephen Egeland the GSM ignored me for over a week and blamed the owner for not holding up their end of the bargain. Deceitful. False promises. Liars. Do not recommend.

I pulled in the parking lot on a Sunday having just arrived from out of town & the general manager Mike was there on his day off, he told me what to do & I was out the door on Monday afternoon with service done! The staff was nice and everyone from the parts department to service, to check out seemed happy to be working there! Great job everyone!

Jack Pender was very professional during the entire process of getting my new Jeep. He listened to what I wanted and got me in the exact Jeep I was looking for. Very polite and answered all of my questions. He commented every day during the process either by phone,texting or emailing. Great experience buying my new Jeep. My first time ever at that dealership and would recommend that every one go here for a vehicle. Eddie Bhatty the finance man was very great to deal with. Brought my car in because of vibrations at higher speed while under load.I was told the front brakes needed replacement and it was almost metal on metal(even tho I had been there a couple months prior and nothing was mentioned).I told them that while that may be the case the vibration I was experiencing was not when the brakes were on. Their response: you have aggressive tires; they do that. I told them I didn't think that was the case but they would not look into it any further.Today I went to an independent tire shop and found out that all 4 wheels were out of balance. Around an hour later for 85 dollars the problem was solved.I wonder if I even needed the front brakes this stealership charged 1000 bucks for!

I drove 60 miles to Colonial CDJR of Hudson to replace our 2020 Ram and couldn t be happier. With the limited inventory I wasn t sure if we were going to be able to get another Ram. Very grateful for GSM Stephen who was very prompt and professional getting the deal done over the phone, GM Michael for flexibility putting a deal together in a challenging climate, business manager Eddie for being thorough and making sure I understand my options, as well as my sales professional Nick for being on top of delivery. I was in and out with a new registration same day and Nick called me on the way home to follow up. These gentlemen have been here for a while and the reason being, they are the real deal! Thank you gentlemen!( can t wait to transfer my reserved plate man did we draw a strange one!)

Had a very good experience. I had a bulb out on my Jeep Renegade. I was able to get a same day appointment, it was quick, and the price was great. My car was left in great condition, and when I got home I had an email for a car wash at a local location.

I had absolutely great service from the moment I walked through the doors, I will say it had alot to do with what I did before walking through the doors, I knew what I wanted, I did all of my own research, on the vehicle I wanted, and I looked at all of the reviews for the dealership, all of them good, bad, and the whatever ones, so I wasn't there to leave mad, because I wanted them to do all of the selling, it's alot when it's a big ticket item, I felt like I knew, Victor, Ed, and the ones that worked behind the scenes made the process quick, and easy, 100% satisfied, with the service i received at Colonial Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dealer Hudson Ma,
