Meineke was highly recommended to me by my son Victor Jr. I brought my 2002 Ford escape to have ball joints replaced and it was done the same day. Guy was very friendly and knowledgeable and even suggested getting other mechanical issues fixed. Price was affordable and I will be bringing my truck back for other repairs soon. I always schedule my oil changes and tire rotations at Meineke!! They are very thorough and I m usually always in and out of there! I ve been taking my Subaru here for a couple years now! Guy and his team are great!

Guy is exceptional. He always listens to our concerns and manages to schedule us even last minute. He is knowledgeable about cars and makes suggestions that are very helpful. This time around my car would not start and I had to get it towed prior to opening hours. Guy was able to fit our vehicle in to target the problem that day and your technicians fixed it the next day. They were even quick to realize that the wrong part was delivered. Thanks all around!

We just moved to Holyoke, and this was my first visit to Meineke for brake work and oil change. What a superb experience! Guy, at the front desk, was very friendly and excelled at communicating what was going on with the car. He was sensitive to costs and made me feel like they were really on my side. We discussed scheduling some work further out to be sensitive to our budgeting/finances. I highly recommend them for your car maintenance.

Took my car in for an oil change and a check to my brakes. I didn t realize how bad they were until they were fixed and the car now drives like a queen. So glad I got Meineke to fix them and it was all 4 and the cost was decent and Guy is a sweet person. Very intuitive and polite. Thanks Meineke team. I recommend them all day. Happy Holidays!

Guy is courteous and keeps me updated on my car's progress. Don't love paying for car repairs but feel comfortable with Meineke handling my car and their honest assessment.

Very good , I appreciate the hospitality and efficiency of getting me in quickly for something minor. I do wish Meineke would reevaluate what they are Choosing to charge. $60 is a ridiculously expensive labor rate.

My first time bringing my car to Meineke, they were friendly, fast service, took my car in the morning and they were done with it early afternoon. Reasonable price. Great service overall! Will go back again!

I needed my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced and they did it in a timely manner. I got an appointment very quickly, and they were very reasonable as opposed to the dealership.

owner is very nice and straightforward with what is going on with my vehicle. he's a teacher too so time may be limited, but do give a call to schedule something. No car inspectionsat this location last i heard.

The guys at the shop are great! Easy to talk to and very straightforward. If you need work done, they leave it up to you as far as what you d like done. The work gets done as soon as possible and I ve never had an issue with any repairs done. And Guy at the front desk is cool! Always answers when you call and reaches out to you with updates. Very reliable mechanic shop. I had work done is a different location and was still having issue. The owner Jeff and Manager Guy went above and beyond to reach out to the original location to ensure all work was covered u set warranty. They knew I would be driving and hour to them and they did their absolute best to work with me on my timeline. Good customer service service is hard to come by nowadays but this Holyoke location has no issue helping their customers. Couldn t be happier with their work and communication!! Thank you guys!!

I got my car towed here when it broke down over the weekend. They called me first thing on Monday with a diagnosis and quote.
