I can t speak highly enough for the superb care, knowledge and excellent work that European Motor Works have done over the years with my cars. They have maintained and serviced my last two, 911, gt3 s for multiple years now. Mark is one of the best and brightest Mechanics, I highly recommend their services, European Motor Works is the best there is.

I trust my car to European Motor Works, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I'm always professionalism and earnestness that immediately put me at ease. The team there really knows their stuff, and it's evident in the way they handle every aspect of the service. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my car and wanted to ensure it was running its best. They're not out to price gouge you or take advantage. They are the real deal and what you hope to get out of an auto service. I can't recommend them enough to anyone in need of top-quality automotive care. They've earned my trust and loyalty, and I'll definitely be returning for all my future needs!

We love Mark & Scott, and would trust them with anything. I have been bringing my dad s very cherished car to them for years, which requires particular and specific care, as well as our regular, everyday BMW automobiles. As my father is no longer alive, I was in search of someone I could entrust for expert car opinions and vehicle care.Simply stated, they are the most sincere, intelligent and respectable professionals; I would recommend them without reservation to any individual who loves their car and desires the best, most honest care possible for it. They go above and beyond every time.I drive out of my way to take our vehicles to them from the Boston/Cambridge area (even for regular service checks) and actively seek out their expert opinions. I would never go anywhere else and feel so lucky we found them. As an added bonus, they are just really good people we genuinely like hanging around them and value their friendship, too, after all of these years!

Mark and his employee Scott are good people. It s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but Mark s actions speak louder than his words. I ve owned two German cars and Mark has always kept them in the best condition without breaking the bank. If you want to work with someone that will do right by you and your wallet then this is the place to go. I would give him multiple five star reviews if I could!

Mark and Scott keep my 17 year old BMWs X5 and 328xi in top shape and are the reason they're both still on the road. They know my cars and they know their stuff. The shop is clean and organized. Mark has clearly made an investment in the equipment to accurately diagnose a problem and the tools to make the fix, which they do in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They both always take the time to fully explain what's ailing the vehicle, options for resolving the issue and point out future maintenance we should keep an eye on. I very much appreciate how I can expect an honest assessment of things that require immediate attention versus those that can wait a bit. I get appointments ASAP. I feel like we have a partnership to keep my BMWs running and reliable.

Do you know how you're dying to find an independent mechanic who just 'gets it'? A trustworthy, talented shop that will treat your car as if it were their own? A shop that performs great work, won't cut corners, but won't rip you off (three things that typically don't go together), while treating you with the kind of professionalism that clearly demonstrates an understanding of the power of long-term relationships? EMW is that needle in a haystack mechanic shop. Scott and Mark are best in class, as good as it gets (and yes, chances are they've seen and worked on it all). I've now had three fantastic experiences with them servicing my late model Audi, and each visit has (1) an excellent execution of the primary reason for the visit, (2) a real-talk, "this is what I'd do if it were my car" diagnostic of anything else going on with the vehicle, and (3) visibility into the next 1-2 years of services and expected repairs, and (4) pricing that's superb value; as fair as it gets. EMW is part excellent mechanic, part vehicle service advisory. Your car will be in excellent hands and you will not regret taking your business to them.

We cannot say enough good things about Scott and Mark & European Motor Works. They did a pre-inspection of a car we were buying. They saved us from Purchasing a Lemon, is the short story. I recently started bring my 2016 BMW here for maintenance and I couldn't be happier with the service. After having made the appointment my radio stopped working (no sound) so I had them look at that also. In addition to the regular maintenance they diagnosed the radio problem and went above and beyond trying to get it fixed and, when it couldn't be, trying to find a replacement part. Unfortunately they couldn't find the part through BMW or the radio manufacturer, but it wasn't a lack of effort (they had 4 amps shipped to them, all the wrong part from the dealer). I also did my own search and couldn't find one. I then traded the car and had them do an inspection on the new(er) vehicle. I expected an oral report, but they sent me a thorough report explaining what they checked and Scott went over the error codes they found (some warnings, some user error) and I feel much better about my purchase knowing it was checked by an expert and passed with no significant issues. I would highly recommend European Motor Works.

I have been going to European Motor Works for years and have had great experiences all around. Very professional, well priced and always gets the work done on time. I will continue going back, as Mark is very straight forward with what needs to be done and doesn't push you to do any work that is unnecessary. Brought my 2012 GTI in for a clutch upgrade. Needed timing work done to replace a faulty part while it was there. Nothing but good to come from it! We have used this business on a regular basis for many of our cars. They have always been upfront and honest and also have made it a point to recommend against repair if they feel it will lead me down a rabbit hole. I have dealt with many auto repair facilities in the past but have never felt full trust in one until we used them. I would have to agree with all the other reviews on here. I have brought a few different vehicles to Mark and his team. He is the most detailed oriented and meticulous mechanic I have ever met. He is very thorough with his explanations which is nice because I always know exactly why and how something needs to be fixed. He comes highly recommended to all of my family members as well.

Mark first worked on my GTI and had that thing built from exhaust to clutch, and never had one problem with it, always professional and straight forward with anything that may arise with modifying a car. I now bring my BMW here and i know it couldn't be in better hands. Looking forward to the next build with him and his staff!

I've owned BMWs for the last 20 years and Mark is by far the nicest and best mechanic I've encountered. He's honest, meticulous, explains the issue ahead of time, doesn't surprise you with charges at the end, and knows these cars inside out. I don't trust anyone other than Mark to work on my family's cars and the peace of mind is worth the trip from Needham to Holliston.

My Honda suddenly stopped moving in traffic. I was able to pull over, thankfully. I was sure it was the transmission. Mark and his team determined it to be a broken front axle. They replaced both front axles, for safety. I found them to be honest, professional, fair, and to do excellent work. I highly recommend them. Thank you European Motor Works!

Mark is the only guy I trust with my Porsches. He s even fixed some mistakes a dealer made on an air-cooled 911.This isn t even a close call: if you need some work done on any vehicle, European or otherwise, without being taken for a ride, go see Mark.I truck out from Newton. Totally worth it.

The gentlemen at European motor works have saved me thousands off dealer services and repairs. They also do warranty work for 3rd party agreements post dealer. I brought in my vehicle for a wire failure im my ECM and Scott and Mark figured it out very quickly and saved me a ton of money instead of replacing an ECM unit! Just one faulty wire. Highly recommend for car repairs!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair
