LA Automotive is by far the best place in Central MA! We've been using them for over 5 years for 7 different vehicles. Their prices are very reasonable, they never suggest work that is not needed, and they know how to keep a vehicle, with over 300k miles, safely on the road. LA Auto is the absolute BEST!!! Holden is so lucky to have such an AMAZING repair shop in town!!! I won't ever use anyone else again!!!Lars is wonderful, and his crew is especially knowledgeable (Scott)!! Stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday morning. Lars checked out my car and fixed it so I could drive until my appointment on Wednesday morning. Highly recommend!

The guys up here are awesome, nothing short of amazing. I ve gone up here twice for work on my truck and these guys get it done quick. I can t say enough good things. This is the only place I ll bring my trucks.

Top notch mechanics, they did a great job on my 2002 Dodge Full conversion vans engine, if i ever need any kind of engine work again on any vehicle i own, i'll be sure to go to this shop guaranteed. Excellent work, and Great price.

I have been a loyal customer of LA Auto for the past 14 years. They have always accommodated my needs of emergency fixes or oil changes to get me back on the road as soon as possible. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my vehicles there.

All the positive reviews are the real deal. Lars and his guys saved me a ton of time and money. Absolutely awesome people.I had an issue with my clutch and transmission in my 70 Skylark. The linkage hit the headers and no matter how much I adjusted, it was never right. It got to the point where I basically couldn t drive it. I tried everything I could do which was extremely frustrating, time consuming and getting pricey.Lars re-engineered the clutch linkage and tuned the engine a little bit. This is the car I ve been wanting to drive since I bought it. The big block rips and shifts like it should! Absolutely amazing job and even better people. Plus they took the time to talk cars and future mods.I m so glad I found them!

I called them in the evening, looking to get my AC recharged and they were able to squeeze me in. The price was very reasonable and I will go back here again. The service is fantastic.

I have been going to Lars and Tony for a few years now and ALWAYS have had a good experience. As an example I had a car that developed a leak in the break lining and I was able to get it into the shop where Tony stayed late that night to get to my car. In another case there was a problem with part they installed and I loved the way they handled the situation -- getting the car back in the replacing the part with no hassles. Sometimes it is when things do always go right that you see how a place runs, and based on my experiences this place is top notch. I highly recommend them.

After driving by and seeing classic cars in the lot, I decided to bring in my '66 Cadillac for some engine work. Lars always tells me what needs to be done and why, and is always honest in his opinion of what is necessary. They never try to make me do more than I need to have done. The car always comes back better than when I left it, and I'm now bringing in my daily driver. Great group of folks. Highly recommend!

So I just had the Lars experience and with a badass name like Lars you better be living it and he is!With that said he fixed up my 2500 suburban replaced my front hubs and tuned my front suspension to get my ride height perfect!Overall experience was exceptional and priced very well.Will be coming back and referring others in the future

Just had my break pads done . Truly fast reasonable. I wouldn't go anyplace else. What great guys working hard to get the job done right. Highly recommend 5 star all the way

Met Lars after talking to him on the phone so decided to give them a shot at working on my 1939 Ford Gasser CoupeLars took the time to come to my shop and bring my Coup back to his shop, You can't ask for better then that , All the work was done just as good if not better as I would have done it in my own shop being handicapped now From Bike Crash. I can no longer work on my own Cars So I talked to some friends and they pointed me in the right direction LA. Automotive in Holden Mass The owners are just the kind of people you can trust with any carLars(owner) went the extra mile on the car and did some tweaking on it, Delivered the Car Back to me and After I looked at it Was over Joyed With his Work, Going to send Him my Pro Street 56 F100 Pickup to do some work on it for Me. I trust Lars And his Wife With anything I own,There great people and with there passion for Hot Rods and Drag Cars I think I found A new Home To Take care of my high dollar toys 2. I don't just trust anyone with My Hot Rods But Seeing there Cars I knew I made the right decision to trust them and send the cars to LA Automotive In Holden Mass..THANK you Lars For Doing such Great work on my Coupe, Looking forward to sending my Cars to you From Now On. Very friendly staff, which is rare for a repair shop. They offer fair prices and are honest. Can't really go wrong with them so I go there often.
