Great company. Given the holidays and everyone servicing their cars, I couldn't get any shop to address the screw in my tire for 100 miles around. Ralph answered the phone and agreed to plug the tire. Brought it over and was fixed in under 45 minutes, and for less than the competition. Everyone I met seemed pretty great! A friend accidentally backed into my car in a driveway and the tail light and bumper were smashed in. I called on a Tuesday, they took my car right away. I didn t want my car tied up for a long time. My friend was hoping to avoid insurance. Jeff offered us a whole range of options and repaired the car at an extremely fair rate. I couldn t believe how kind and honest he was. He took time to explain things to us, offered after-market stuff if we wanted or factory replacement parts. The repair was exactly what he promised and done within a day. I highly recommend Thomas Auto Body. It s the best.

Broke down, Truck came really quickly and the driver treated me a caring helping attitude and I was super happy to see him. Took it to my mechanic evrty thing went nice and smooth.

Had my car tow there after an accident it was in storage less then 24 hours their change me $202.00 per day customer service is terrible I ask wow 202.00 that's a lot for 12 hours storage the guy at the desk yell at me you keep complaining I'll rise it up more... Your lucky it's 202.00 I was going to add additional 50.00 to your bill. Wow my car was totaled and scared and in shock and this shop doesn't help!!!Told me what you worry about the insurance paid you after..... Wow these company are insurance fraud!!!!

We used them for the first time early this winter. It was a fiasco because we kept having blizzard after blizzard and with each blizzard they had to plow each vehicle out. So every time the insurance company came out, they couldn't seem to sync the visit with the car getting plowed out. It took a month to get the car back. The insurance company threatened me that they would not cover the rental. I was overwhelmed, but Steve helped us through the hole process, in our opinion, did a great job. He explained everything in detail, and helped work with the insurance company.

Everyone was very sweet and the communication was good. The repairs were inexpensive which was great. I'm definitely going to go back to the next time.

Female at office super helpful, the men at the office were horribly condescending. Tow truck driver urinated behind a car while I was there. Classy AF.

Do not make the same mistake as I made and trust your vehicle here - They will lose your key and hold you accountable for their shortcomings. Pathetic.
