My visit to Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham was to address a little bit of a concern about my 2016 IS 300 performance as of lately. I was greeted by service representative Kevin, who took time to listen and did his due diligenceto have the whole process go as smooth as possible. I'm a satisfied customer and looking forward to work with him again in the future.

Service as usual was exceptional. Very thorough. James attended to all my needs and questions and was not at all pushy when I was told that I would need new tires. Explained why I would need them and options that I would have.The only thing I do miss at Lexus is what I call the Lexus experience. The ability to drive my car in and have a car wash when ever I choose. That s one thing that puts them above other dealers. Could someone please tell me when this is coming back? Covid has long passed ind this service needs to return.

I had a great experience yesterday with Elijah, a Service Advisor and Eric, the Service Manager. Both were very accommodating in getting me in quickly for a re-programming issue with my newest Lexus. I felt a real genuineness "to please" about them that made me feel special and that isn't always the case when I've dealt with other automobile service people. Thank you Elijah and Eric!

The oil change service exceeded all my expectations. The service was not only fast but also incredibly efficient.Upon arrival Kevin promptly attended to my car ensuring minimal wait times and hassle free experienceNot only was the oil change completed fast but the complimentary car wash and interior vacuuming left my Lexus looking pristine. I will definitely be back in the near future. .

I was well pleased with the service, especially the valet driver service. She was very courteous and professional. I was little disappointed with the vacuuming could ve used more vacuuming in the car, but everything else was pretty good.

Had my 10,000 miles service completed in Hingham. Tom was my service advisor and as he always does did a great job.He told me what would be involved and when the car would be ready. He was right on the money and I drove my freshly washed RX home. I m glad I bought my Lexus at Herb Chambers and will rely on Tom and to keep my new car in premium condition.

Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham Staff are always very professional and attentive to your needs. I went in for a tire rotation and fluid top ups but ended up doing a 30k mile service since I was already at 27k, saving me a double trip. I was given a rental car for the day too!!! Thank you, Talisa!! You are such a breath of fresh air each time I see you. Keep the good work.

Before I long trip, I needed to pop in to have my tire light checked. Elijah and team found me an appointment within hours, found a nail in the tire, and fixed it for free. Extremely grateful for their communicative and customer-centric style! It's why I value this dealership!

I am very happy with the service from Kevin and Hingham Lexus. He was very professional. My appointment was timely and I was advised of all testing on my car. I went to Hingham Lexus because I had a recall. Luckily my car was fine. There was no charge and they kindly washed my car. My son-in-law says why do you go there, they re going to rip you off . I haven t experienced that. The prices seem fair. Also, I am sure my car is being serviced correctly. My car is old - a 2012 IS 250 with 31,000 miles - that I love. I tried a dealership nearer to me but they are snooty. Not sure why, but I will not return there. When I buy a new Lexus, it will be here in Hingham.

Prompt, courteous, and professional is what comes to mind every time I come here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, bright, and modern. I like the fact that they wash your car even when you come in for an oil change. Highly recommend this location.

Service fine.Loaner fine.Communications - very poor. Why can t Lexus use the contact number they were given??!! Instead of calling and texting the wrong person in the wrong time zone!! Terrible snd NOT the first time. We report this problem and it never gets better.

Always a pleasure to deal with Thomas in Service at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. Went in for tire rotation and received a video demonstrating that 1 tire needed replacement and why. Happy to hear my brakes did not need replacement just yet. This made me feel more comfortable with using the dealership. Appreciated not being upsold.

This is my third time using your service department for issues with my vehicle, each time working with Kevin your service advisor who has been great! I so appreciate the prompt service appointment as my vehicle was inoperable. As previously they figured out and repaired the problem quickly. I am so pleased with the excellent service provided by Lexus of Hingham that I will certainly be back to purchase my next vehicle which will of course be a Lexus!

Very happy with both sales and service. My pre-owned certified vehicle has been reliable for 6+ years. Exceptional service, with a loaner car any time I need it. I do wish they would restore unlimited free car washes as that was part of the sales pitch, but I understand it s tough to find and keep staff these days.

Talisa is extremely polite and professional. She makes each service visit easy and stress-free. Recently she took care of an unexpected need for tire replacement on a routine service visit. She made sure the proper tire was in stock, and had me out the door in less than the promised time. The service team at Lexus of Hingham has has exceeded my expectations so far.

Got my maintenance service on Tuesday at Herb Chambers Lexus and as usual they don t disappoint. Kevin was great. Got me comfortable, assessed my needs, got the work done, the car washed and I was out the door in an hour.This is a 5 star dealership with a 5 star team!!Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham delivers every time. From the moment you arrive they attend to every need. A service professional is assigned to you ( in my case Tom M.)and they speak to you not at you. They listen and perform what you need them to do. It s comfortable and appealing to spend time waiting and they expedite the service. Yesterday I had my 20,000 mile check up on my Lexus. From the moment I drove into the bay, until the moment I left, the customer service was exceptional. My granddaughter got to do her homework in a nice working environment With chocolate chip cookies, and snacks And the girls at the desk provided her with a pencil which they made sure they had this time since they didn t have any last time! They even texted me with a video of them working on my car and how things were going. I was very impressed. They washed and vacuumed the car before I left leaving us very happy we drove the extra miles from the Cape to have our car serviced.

My experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham was GREAT. THOMAS MCCARTHY WAS ATTENTIVE, HADOUTSTANDING LISTENING SKILLS, ANXIOUS TO HEAR MY PROBLEM AND to repair my car. All work was done timely and as promised. Thomas even followed up with a phone call the next day. It was a pleasure to meet an automobile professional like Thomas. Thanks to all who was involved. This was the first time in fifteen years that I was disappointed in Herb Chambers service area. It took almost twenty minutes to be seen by the service representative when I arrived. The representative told me that my service would take 90 minutes. After two hours without a word I couldn t find him and his phone number didn t work. I did receive a video of the inspection of my car with recommendations for repairs. However, there was no mention of the cost or time it would take to repair or whether I could defer the repairs and still drive the car safely. My car is fifteen years old with 250,000 miles. When I asked about how much longer the car could be driven, the service reps response was a glib it s probably time. The repairs could not be completed and I had to leave the car for service. The service rep did arrange for a loaner and said he would call me in the morning then the repairs were done. I never received a call back and when I called to check on my car at 1:00 the service representative said he would check and call me back in five minutes. He never called me back. A half hour later when I called back I couldn t reach the rep. This is the worst services I ever received at Herb Chambers which in the past has always been exceptional.

Went in for my 1 year complimentary service + fixing some alerts I had. Kevin the service advisor was very helpful and attentive. He explained everything I needed to know and listened patiently to some of the concerns I had with my car. When my service was done, he called and explained to me what was done and addressed all my questions. 5 stars overall experience!Service: Oil change
