Ernie s Auto Body is the best around! I ve been to see Ernie for 2 car accidents and my mother as well. His customer service is great! He is honest and very professional! We needed a rental car and he called one for us and helped with our insurance company. His staff is great! They are very nice and do AMAZING work! Our cars always looked beautiful when they left his shop! We never had any issues. He always gets the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ernie!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately during a recent storm a tree branch fell on my Lexus causing close to 10k in damage. The Lexus dealership couldn't get me in for months. So I started looking around for a trusted auto body shop. I randomly came across Ernie's Auto Body and let me tell you, I'm glad I did!!!! Ernie's authentic and honest character almost sold me immediately. And to top it off his staff is just as good. My car was fixed very quick and it came out 100% absolutely AMAZING!!! I refuse to take my car anywhere else now. Thank you to Ernie and his team. You guys really are rockstars!!!!

I went here for some repairs after someone hit my car. They did an amazing job. The car looks brand new. They also detailed tf out of it so it even smelled new. They do a great job.While my car was being repaired, Ernie called with updates, and let me know what was going on with my insurance company and the parts supplier. I received another quote from a competitor and Ernie's quote was inline with the other quote. But - during the repair process, Ernie found a way to save a couple hundred dollars, and passed those savings along to me. I was thankful for that.This is an honest business that has great customer service and has outstanding quality of work.

Had my new truck keyed across two doors. I stopped by Ernie's and they immediately provided a written estimate, fit me into their schedule quickly, worked with insurance directly, and most importantly, did a fantastic job on restoring my truck to its bran new look. The team was great. Highly recommend them

Brought my car to Ernie with 2 individual claims, he handled my insurance company throughout the entire claim process and exceeded my expectations and brought my car back to better than factory conditions. Ernie's Auto Body Shop on Lincoln St in Hingham, MA does excellent work and the staff are courteous, responsive and friendly. The morning that I arrived, Mary helped me fill out the paperwork. Ernie stopped into the office to introduce himself to me. They had a Verc rental car waiting for me.Victim of a hit-and-run in the West Hingham MBTA parking lot, my Toyota Sienna needed a brand new driver's side door. When Ernie's determined that the adjacent door also needed replacement, they worked it out with my insurance company, Quincy Mutual, and the adjuster; I didn't have to lift a finger there.When my car was ready, Skip showed me the work that was done. Better than new! After paying the deductible to Mary, I was able to just leave the rental car and drive home in my completely repaired Sienna!I hope never to need auto body work done again. But if I do, I will absolutely return to Ernie's Auto Body Shop. Outstanding workmanship by people I completely trust.

Everything about my experience was positive. The staff was courteous and helpful. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs bodywork done on their vehicle.
