If I could give Best Collision 10 stars I would! I dealt with another body shop who had my car for 5 weeks, and then the paint chipped off right when I got it back. The team at Best was the BEST- pleasant, knowledgeable and so efficient! Thanks to you all!

After being in a car accident , that was not our fault, we were very upset with the damage done to our new BMW. We didn't know where to go to make sure our car was fixed properly. Our insurance company suggested we go for an estimate at Best Collision in Hingham, Ma. This was the best advice we could have received. From start to finish everything went seamlessly. Chip, the collision center appraiser and Jennifer, the office manager, were exceptional. Everything was done in a timely manner. They were professional and easy to work with. They coordinated every detail with our insurance company and car rental while our car was in the shop. We ended up with our car being just like new. We highly recommend Best Collision. I typically don't write reviews. BUT, This establishment is great and I wanted to share my experience. The staff is friendly and ready to assist you when you come in. I was greet immediately upon entering the building. I love the fact that they had an associate from Enterprise there waiting for me so I could get into a rental right away. I would recommend this place to anyone. They went above and beyond, not only did they repair my vehicle but they washed it and had it looking shiny. I hardly recognized it when I went to pick it up lol overall just a great experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I was hit 2 separate time a month apart. Best Collision took care of my car both times.They were quick, professional, kind and thorough.

The repair they did on my truck was immaculate! The customer service was even better. A part for my truck was back ordered for a couple weeks while i was without a vehicle. I let nancy know about my situation and she called back within the hour to let me know they were going to set me up with a loaner until my vehicle was finished. Truly a life saver. Mitch was also great. Would highly recommend and use again.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit and the side curtain airbags deployed. The airbag modules were not available due to the chip shortage, and Best (through Christie) gave me a beautiful loaner and persisted in getting the part. The car looks great and I'm so pleased. Dropped my car off for a small $2k worth of work: new hitch and frame rework from a hit and run 8/25/2021. Didn t get my car back until 9/9/2021. The whole time they had my car, they did everything to avoid calling me to update me on when my cars gonna be done, how much it ll be total, and what to expect to be done. Three times they told me my car would be ready and it WAS NOT. The fourth day they said it would be ready it was finally. And on top of that my car almost got damaged more by one of the techs. I understand setbacks and delays but the professionalism from this shop was mediocre, working in a timely manner looks to be unknown, and overall I didn t feel like a valued customer. Could have done all this myself in 10% of the time they took.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

Very very bad shop. Ripped apart my 2019 Corvette because of a factory DEFECT and were not skilled enough to put it back together properly. Twice have given it back to me with misaligned body parts and overspray and now will not talk to me. Fough t me on a rental every time, Then gave me the worse rental they could even though I was making a Corvette payment. Had my car for 10 days at one time and it came back worse. I bought it at Best Chevrolet brand new and have regretted it everyday. They do not value their customers. I deal with other dealerships. This place is horrible 0 Stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a new 2021 CX5 that was hit and I wanted it repaired asap. Due to it being a new car, we ran into big delays in gaining parts. Mitch in customer service took care of me in communication and even got lyft home for me due to no rentals being available .Work looks to be high quality for sure. 5 days ago I started getting phone calls to pick my car up it was ready. I don't have a car, altho I could have had one today! A NEW LEXUS! 5 days worth of calls with me telling them everytime YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER!then started the texts and then a survey, I love surveys so off we go .I hope that in the end Christopher actually got his car. Great work. I brought my vehicle in for some minor repairs after a fender-bender. Not only did they fix the damage, the detailed my vehicle. I looks better now than it did when I bought it.
