Where do I start? I have taken my car to 3 mechanics to figure out an ongoing issue and have spent a fortune each time to be told there s no issue. Last night I had my car towed to Auto Hospital 2 in Hingham after hours and shorty got a call from Freddie (I believe the owner). Not only did he actually listen to me without dismissing my concerns but he was polite and personable. This morning I got a call with an actual diagnosis within 1 minute of him running a test! He called me right away and even sent a video of the problem. I cant even express how happy I am with the service they have given me. He didn t take advantage of the fact that I don t have a mechanical background, and he didn t dismiss my concerns like the other places did. If you have an issue or need assistant GO SEE THEM! I m telling you this is the nicest most efficient mechanic I ve ever talked to. I ve had so many people recommend him. First timer with Auto Hospital 2. Had a LOT of repair work done to the vehicle to make it road worthy again. Fred did an awesome job bringing it back to life at a very reasonable cost. Car is solid once again.No question I will bring it back to them again. Excellent service and at a very fair price. Saved the day for me. Provided mobile service and could not have been more helpful and efficient. Went out of their way to help me in a tough situation. Anyone in the Hingham area would have to be crazy to go anywhere else. Drove by them everyday and never knew what a great auto shop they are. 5 StarsService: Battery

A few days before a long trip, I decided to get the brakes in my car done. Called and made an appointment, and not only did they give me the best price of all the places I called, while doing the brakes they noticed I needed a new axle, and did it THE SAME DAY, also for an excellent cost. I will definitely be bringing my cars here from now on, 10/10Service: Brakes

Both the mechanics are Horrible! we paid $400.00 twice could not drive the car one of the cars is sitting in our parking lot. ...Prices are sky high used to be good NOT ANYMORE! I took my business some where else because they tried to soak us for extra money! Was told they couldn't replace the starter without removing the radiator. Had it done elsewhere no problem!

Efficient�service, honest�prices, best customer service, I highly recommend to anyone. Sam is an awesome, honest guy to work with and so is the�rest�of the�staff.I take my car only to Auto Hospital 2, because they are just amazing. Now whenever I call, they know exactly who I am. They simply know their customers. When I call about any issue, they let me bring the car in right away. They have the resources and talent to get the job done.

Been a customer for 20 years always 5 star service and customer service. They always give you your options and recommend your best that fits your needs. 7 days a wk fast repairs fair pricess for great quality fuel and related products. Freddy is the owner and also still turns wrenches his attention to detail is second to none.

Needed some work done as well as replace 2 sensors ($200 a piece) the work was done astonishingly quick but they didn't replace the missing sensors.. why??? Didn't have to...The sensors were found in the bumper of the car!!! Reliable and undeniably honest. 10 stars

This place is touch and go. The people are really nice, but the service is inconsistent. The last oil change I got resulted in dirty mechanic paws all over the interior of my car. Kind of gross. They mean well but the original owner is not there all of the time. I would use their services selectively.

This is a great place to bring your vehicle for any work you need done. They are very honest and very affordable. I highly recommend them. Freddie is a very fair and honest man.

Used to be the best place to bring your car, back when the owner worked on them. Now he leaves everything up to his grease monkeys. Unless you have lots of money and a new vehicle, you're going to be ignored! We paid $500 for repairs on one vehicle -- that is still undriveable -- and $400 for another, which is in WORSE condition now!

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Auto Hospital 2. They fit me in at a moment's notice, communicated very clearly with me throughout the process, and acted with openness and honesty.The mechanic I spoke to, Sam, walked me through the issue with my older car, explaining the technicalities of why and how certain options and avenues were or weren't available. He was helpful, informed, and respectful. When I mentioned I had done some of my own research on the problem, he wasn't defensive or dismissive, instead listening to what I had to say.They wound up fixing my car quickly, and I feel great about my experience with Auto Hospital 2.

Freddy and the Auto Hospital 2 staff advised me on the best course of action to take on my European beater car (my words not theirs haha) and show courtsey and are knowledgeable each time I visit.
