Never in my life we have faced scumbags like a top line. My daughter bought a car almost six months ago, and it still has not become a passion. Everyone went MIA. Stay away from these people. They are not honest or don t stand behind their word. One of their locations was shut down, and I m looking forward to seeing the others do the same.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there on a saturday and the new Sales Rep was great. Found a car that I loved and decided to purchase it. Sat down with Victor and we went over what was good about the car and the few things that was needed to be fixed before I picked it up in less than a week. Was told that I was going to get a call in the week to let me know the procgress, didnt get a call. I decided to call them and they say that its at the "mechanics" shop and that it will take another week to complete. We pick up the vehicle on the scheduled day and the car is in worse shape then when I purchased it. They put miss matched tires on a All Wheel drive vehicle, the tires were used and the wrong size. They did not fix any of the items on the list that they promised that they would fix. I sent 3 emails to the Manager and still have yet to get a message or call back. I was told that the original manager that I dealt with quit, but the new manager could care less about my concerns. Please save your money and stay away from this place.

Don t buy a car here. Save yourself the stress and the money. Your hard earned money will be wasted. If you re credit challenged, go to a renown dealership who will get you a nice car with peace of mind like a Toyota. Bought a car and didn t get it til a MONTH LATER. They gave me the runaround and never straight answers. Told me I didn t have to pay sales tax when I signed the paperwork and then when I had the police to come help me wonder where my car is, they told me I had to pay sales tax. I HAD THE CAR FOR A WEEK. Check engine light came on and never could turn off!!!! The cars here are alll trash and they came from auction so the reputable dealers know they won t be worth selling. They can t even get the car fixed properly and made me wait 5-6 weeks where they said they ll fix it but never did. JUST BECAUSE MY CREDIT IS BAD doesn t mean I do not deserve a decent vehicle to get by in life!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! En su pr�xima visita, por favor no venga aqu�.

Buyer beware, these are not honest business people. This place is an example of the used car salesman you don't want to deal with. I was in the market for a BMW and found one at this dealership. I put a $100 deposit to hold the car over the holiday wanting to have it looked at by my mechanic. Justin, a low-life salesman, told me that they only needed the check to hold the car and that I would get my deposit back. My finances changed and I wasn't able to go through with the purchase and asked for my deposit back. When I called to get my refund I kept getting the run around of needing to get a check from "corporate." Then all of a sudden they told me they have a firm no refund policy. Which was never brought up the first 4 times they talked to me. Why would an honest business need to steal $100?? Thank goodness I didn't give them the $1,000 deposit they initially asked for. These people are crooks and the reason why we need laws to protect consumers.

Saw a listing from Danny on 603 and messaged him, he answered promptly and guided us where to go and to see Rock. We made it right as they were already closing but he still took the time to talk with us and inform where to go from there and to call first thing Monday AM to work out all the details and get me in the car I wanted and best of all for the right price. Highly recommended so far. Honestly I have only had 1 other dealership, in Manchester for the record, that was willing to work with me and compromise, and even more importantly, took the time to treat me like a VALUED customer. I have a feeling that no matter who you see for help, they'll take good care of you. Good luck in your hunt and hope this helps!!!

It should not take weeks to get a car. The check engine light is already on . They did not have the title and they would not let the car be taken to a different mechanic.

It s been a month of drama with this people they wanted to sell me a faulty car I returned it now they can t let go refund to the bank so they can leave me alone I don t want the car or any other car from you people why is it too difficult to understand this you cannot force someone to buy anything from you by force . Has a horrible customer service. The man denese even threatened to call the police on me if I cum to pick up my car that I took there for trade in that it now belongs to him coz he has my title and my keys . Please refund western funding it s money they want to cancel my contract since 30 of May but you keep lying to them that I still want your car . My advice to every customer who believes in honesty and respect of your time and money run run run do not step at this door

Very unprofessional. The manager Dennis refused to refund my deposit even though I didn t sign any document on a specific vehicle. He made up a law claiming he didn t have to refund me. When I confronted him he was very unprofessional slammed his hat and raised his voice. Never do business with them. They sell overpriced cars that aren t reliable and they lie. After I threatened to take him to court he gave me my money back. I never write reviews but I had to with them because they were terrible.

Just Purchased a 2007 Lexus is250 on 0ctober 17th. If you looking for a luxury or just a car with Bad/good credit I strongly recommend this used auto dealership. From day one they took excellent care of me and giving me all the different options I have according to my budget. They work with me find the car that fit with my needs and financial possibilities. I found what I wanted and they got the car for me with the price meeting my request. I love it and I Thank Julian and Dennis for their friendliness, patience and honesty. Their attitude, kindness, generous and honesty motivates me so much I bought the car and love the car. Everyone there are very helpful, kind, friendly. I will buy from these guys again.

It s 2020 and clearly the other reviews are correct. I didn t waste much time here, and I hope you don t either. They will basically bounce you between their Haverhill and Methuen location with little to no information. They conveniently say they cannot discuss anything over the phone, and will waste your time in person.Also, do not put any type of deposit down unless you are buying the car that day. I didn t make that mistake, but I have noticed others here have and even witnessed a new couple do it. They will also print out a false credit report that they won t let you have. Be careful.

Absolutely horrible. I bought a car almost six months ago and it still hasn't passed inspection. They keep patching it with poor work, and it keeps failing. Their incompetent employees caused me to not be able to get the car inspected for weeks because they couldn't find my registration. I've taken it twice to a reputable mechanic who has verified not all the work was done, and what was done was sub-standard work. The continue to tell me they have fixed the car and it keeps breaking down. I have to go there to get someone to respond to me, and when I do they always say "I was just about to call you back". I wish I could give them negative stars.

Christine and Dennis worked creatively to get me into the car I wanted. Even with a lot of medical debt but with good payment history from the car I bought from Topline and Dennis three years ago, this was not easy. They did not give up and made the deal happen. Christine was real with me while remaining positive and working efficiently at crunch time to get the items needed to make it happen. She made herself available via text, email or phone and whichever method was convenient for me at that time. I am grateful that they continued to work on my behalf to make it work, others may have given up. Thank you to Dennis, Christine and the Topline team for making this happen.

This dealership was a good and bad experience they worked with me and helped me get a used car the timing couldnt have came any better. I would recommend this dealership to people with bad credit looking for a car.At the same time I've had my problems which has caused me to change this review the communication is poor here if you want them to keep there word I advise you writing it down and having both people sign it. They were already aware of a problem and didnt even tell me about it before purchasing the vehicle.Is this dealership good yes for people with bad credit in need of a car you are guaranteed to get a vehicle 100%. But to play it safe make sure everything is taken care of before leaving. My car wasnt even serviced before I took it car had low oil they said they would clean the car for me before I left and yet the car was still dirty. Yes I could of complained about this at the dealership but after waiting 2 weeks to get a vehicle and living an hour an half away I just wanted to go home and deal with Boston traffic before it got worse.

It s A SCAM, they take people deposit to Hold a car once they know you do not qualify for a loan unless you put more money as they say. They ll scam you and say you still weren t approve. They ll give you the run around so that you won t get the money back you put down. It took me more that 14 days and a police report to get $200 back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dennis and co get it done. I just moved to MA, and these guys have worked with me every step of the way in a very unique buying process to put me in my dream car.. no other dealership would have had the patience or expertise to navigate all of the bumps and hurdles that come with financing a car without established residency. I'm sure I haven't been the easiest customer to deal with, but like I said, Dennis got it done!I'll be doing business with Top Line Import for many years to come - very satisfied!

Great place to finance a car. They take pretty much anyone despite credit score. My friend bought a brand new Mercedes-Benz from there and the owners fixed whatever he asked them to fix before he took it home. I personally got a Chrysler 300 from here and I'm thoroughly satisfied! I would recommend this place to anyone thanks guys!

Worst possible service ive ever experienced. Do not go to this place they will take advanrage of you any chance they get. Ive been dealing witb them for 5 months and my car still isnt inspected. I dont even have a sales rep to deal with. You can never get a hold of anyone and if they say they will call you back forget it. I have been blown off by the managers twice now with meetings. Im trying to get a refund at this point.

I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase Christine was awesome to work with. She helped me out with all of my questions and concerns even after the sale was completed. I will be referring my son here to buy a car as well!

TOPLINE IMPORTS helped me get a car w/ no problem! The price was decent! The service was great! Christine, Dennis, and Victor were all very helpful! They got me great insurance quotes! All I had to do was sign and pick up the car! Thanks guys!

The worst dealer in new england. Read the story below. DO NOT buy a vehicle from them.Put a $300 deposit on a car there. I was told by Anthony. If i didnt get a vehicle with them they would refund it and that they arent in the business of keeping peoples money.I didnt get the vehicle with thw. Becuase after i rushed to get Anthony my info to get finacing and made the payment. Anthony called back with three business hours left and said i have bad credit and he would not be able to secure financing and that hed see me on Friday and then hung up... It was so fast after the payment was made he didnt have time to even try and call any loan or finance companies.I called Husson motors of Salem NH and he was able to take my info and get me financing within an hour. And to a place that would help me build credit.I finally go back through to topline on Friday night and spoke with Dennis. He told me he would take care of it the next day and would send me a receipt showing that it was pending,but only if i changed my origninal bad review to a good one on google. (This is blackmail). I knew it. but agreed to do it anyway. hoping i would get my refund sooner.So my father, who is a police officer and a lawyer in his off time has helped me build a theft case with essex county civil court we will be submitting that this week.I will be showing up with Haverhill mass. pd on thursday if the refund is not made in 2 business days, to see if they will give it back on the spot. Otherwise im suing for theft and blackmail and retribution for the the losses this has cuased.This is seems to be a trend for them. I wish id have read the reveiws on this place before i tried conducting business with them.

Great service from quality people. Jimmy really went above and beyond to help us get into a 2013 Nissan Sentra at a price we're able to afford. I would recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends of they were looking to purchase a vehicle. Stop in and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

They are not worth a damn star. So many issues. Buyer beware!!! They have the attention for the consumer bureau, BBB "Better Business Bureau and DCU Fraud Dept. I kinda made a little noise.IF you are going to buy a car from these people know they only care about making a sale, they only want the buck. I made and kept ALL records even from body cam.

Be careful, they will tell you to lie to the bank to get the loan and it's over, they lied to me about the sales tax was being added into the price of the car , then when they get the money from the bank they told me they never said that. They drive clients cars and run up miles before you pick the car up, etc... Bad business, and dishonesty is their Moto , be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from them and never lie to the bank because it shortens you time to apply the lemon law..

Buyer beware. My nephew recently purchased a car at this dealership and is going on 3 weeks now without having been able to take delivery of the vehicle. Between delays in the dealership getting the title and incompetence on the dealerships end with getting signatures on all the paper work. Never in all my years have I seen such incompetence. At a maximum it should be no more than a week between signing the loan docs and taking delivery of the vehicle.

Its a scam dont come here to buy a vehicle they keep the deposit $300 to be exact and then give you the run around to give it back once you decide you no longer want the vehicle. Its a rip off right in your face thats what I get for not reading the reviews you live and learn.

Do not buy a car from here i repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !! i bought my 2008 honda accord in December of last year and the very next day my check engine light turned on ! It turned out the engine air filter had never been replaced. Also my air bag light turns on and off all the time. The car had a bad wobble at highway speeds and my mechanic told me that the axles had to be replaced and i told them about it and they sent me to their mechanic which told me nothing was wrong so i had to pay to get my axles replaced and the problem was resolved . They dis not want to refund me the money for the axles . And the list goes on with the problems i had replace the struts because those were bad aswell and the car was not even cleaned when i received it .

This place is a joke... Ive had my car for 7 months...since week one there's been nothing but issues with the car...ive replaced the coils the thermostat the waterpump the Overflow tank the radiator hose...and now the car continues to overheat... Checked the fuse box today hoping the cooling fan fuse may just need to be changed... Found out the car is missing nunerous fuses all of which for the check engine light...everything i have fixed on the car was missing its fuse.. After tryibg to reach outto the owner(A friend) he. Completely blocked my calls and ignores the situation... My lawyer Will have a fieldday

MY HUSBAND and I bought a car from there it would not pass state inspection and HE even got a letter from the state given him an amount of time to get it inspected or they will suspend my husband license. But to top it off this car was so UNSAFE that I almost LOST my life in it had a TERRIBLE ACCIDENT ON HIGHWAY due it...IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILY PLEASE DON'T GET A CAR FROM HERE....
