New store is great, Jake took the time to to help me solve a brake line issue I was having. Found me the correct line and fittings. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help. That is hard to find these days. Thank you!

The customer service at this place is unbelievable. Shawn was amazing and so helpful. I was in desperate need of a power steering pump right before they closed and he was able to get me everything I needed and did it so quickly I was out of there in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for all your Auto parts needs!

Ordered for pickup 8 sparkplug for my Mustang, only 6 were picked from stock. They cross referenced another in stock that was higher price and only charged me for the lower cost plugs. Great service, and very polite! Customer care was number 1! They know how to keep customers returning!

Needed to replace two bulbs for my low beams. I already had one from a previous two pack purchase so I went to O Reilly s in Haverhill to get the other and hopefully help installing. Not only did the visiting manager (I didn t catch his name) install the light he sold me, he also did the one I brought in. And he did all this with a kind and generous attitude. I really wish they took tips, but since they don t, here s my tip to you go here for your auto parts needs. Thank you, Canadian man! Really appreciate you!

It is a nice clean place. They have a lot of items in stock and for the stuff that is not in stock it can be in same day. I have seen the price is higher on some stuff. But when you are broken down and they have it in stock. The little extra does not matter.

Easily accessible, a lot of parking space, clean building inside and out and they had a unique product other auto parts stores did not.
