I was told my synthetic oil had to be special ordered. Then after waiting for 30 min I asked why they couldn t use the same oil as last time. Then I was told they were. Needless to say they didn t have to order the oil because the guy was wrong about what kind of oil my car took. It s all there in the computer system! I also read on the paperwork that I declined car wash and vacuuming service. I was never told about this! Also it said my windshield washer fluid was topped off and it was not! Why lie ? I m not going back here as I feel like I was totally taken advantage of! I pay lots of money for a synthetic oil change in my BMW & expect better service! Do better !

When I got there, there was one person ahead of me and two technicians working. They got them out after ten minutes and for an oil change it took over an hour for them to complete. They tried to tell me I needed a new transmission and a ton of other issues wrong with my car. I told them I d like to have someone else look at it. I just brought it in to my old mechanics (who were too busy for an oil change that day) and all I need is new brakes. Absolutely awful. You guys should be ashamed taking advantage of people.

Horrible! I only put 1 star cause I had to. I've been a regular customer for years mostly the one in derry but I recently moved near this one. I'm literally worried that this guy even did the oil change. It was the longest oil change ever and their was no one else there. Spanish guy supposedly did it today. He didn't say one word to me he was too busy doing a personal video call with someone the whole time. Never saw him fill anything check fluids or check tires he didn't vacuum and the slip of paper he gave me said I declined windows being washed, he never mentioned cleaning windows. He was very rude being on the phone the whole time and he was miserable about being there. He checked off he did everything on the paper when he did nothing. I won't be back unless you get better help

I got a coupon for$15 dollars emailed to me via your website. I was told that it wasn't valid at that location but he could do $10 off for me. While the oil change was being done, I found another coupon for $16 dollars off an oil change. When I paid, I told him of the $16 dollar coupon. He said he didn't need to scan the code as he already knew the code. He flat out lied to me about only having the $10 dollar discount. My tires also weren't checked/inflated and wiper fluid wasn't topped off but not sure that is even done anymore. With your local competitors offering much steeper coupons, I will never go to jiffy lube ever again.

The mechanics spent more time talking to each other and joking than working in a clear attempt to extend their time and extract extra money.The WiFi signal prevented access to coupons and this forced me to contact friends for codes (all other websites and apps worked).One mechanic asked if i wanted to hear a bad joke, for which the punchline was that I need a new car.After determining that they were unable to make my car drivable, the manager asked if i still wanted an oil change.This is the least professional establishment I have ever used and the added humor was both hostile and demoralizing.

I normally use my mechanic for oil changes. Due to the staffs expedient and courteous service I'm considering using Jiffy Lube for all my oil change services.Thank You!

Came in for a oil change, empty as could be still thought why not give it a try did and the 3 guys there just kept looking at the car & looking back at me through the glass so I told them to pull my car out I ll take it somewhere else & they start laughing asked why an the white bald guy wants argue I m not arguing lol. I don t want to go into great detail. Didn t have the best experience here recently getting an oil change and tire rotation. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Trust me, you ll save yourself a headache.

JiffyLube��25 Plaistow Rd, Haverhill, MA 01830��12/14/21��It was a Tuesday morning, and I was looking to see where I could get my transmission oil changed. For starters, when I walked into the establishment five minutes after opening. I was not greeted, nor was I acknowledged. I tried to get the attention of the two workers, but I was rudely told that the desk was not ready for service. I sat down in the waiting area, but was then told to wait outside in the cold! I was shocked, but proceeded to go wait outside in the freezing cold. I was so confused as to why the establishment was not prepared for customers at the proper time, (8 a.m). After 5 minutes of waiting, I finally walk back into the building, as I see them getting prepared. Still, not being greeted, I ask one of the men for the services I wanted done, (a transmission oil flush). He abruptly answers, not even looking at me, and says yes as he walks out into the garage. I sit and wait for 25�minutes, assuming that my transmission oil is being changed. The worker comes back in and proceeds to ask what oil I want. I replied saying transmission oil. With a shocked face, he begins to tell me that he already drained my motor oil, which I did not need, and says that they are not able to change the transmission oil. I never asked for a motor oil change, and I am so confused as to why he could not have told me that from the beginning! Not only was I not welcomed as a customer, but was given unnecessary services and wasted time. Gladly, he knew it was his fault and gave me the oil change for free. As he hands me my keys, he says at least you got a free oil change!. Honestly, I am proud of myself for not exploding at this point.�In all, it was a waste of time and awful customer�service. �Valvoline on River St, Haverhill, had better customer service, let me know upfront that they could not service my transmission oil, and topped off my fluids for free.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Poor experience, I was charged the full amount for a synthetic oil change ($101 total) even when I gave them my coupon for $10 off. He let me know they forgot to apply the discount, so I wasnt really upset cause they were going to give me VIP card for my next visit to get 15% off, but after waiting 10 mins and still not having my CC back, he informed me that they ran out of VIP cards, so they would make a note in their system to discount me for my next visit and give me a VIP card when they are available, but yet I didnt receive anything written on my receipt to show this would happen. Overall a poor experience, after thr oild change was done I sat there for 15 mins while they had my CC. The excuse was that the crew working was having an issue with an assistant and forgot about the coupon. I might have to go elsewhereService: Oil change

Came in on a Sunday and the gentlemen whom I dealt with (Angelo, Bryan, and Tim) were very knowledgeable and informative about my car s needs. They delivered this information without an agenda and never tried to persuade me to do anything that I didn t want to do, they merely wanted to inform me. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Just had my car's oil change here. They were upfront with pricing and fairly quick. Didn't try and sell me a filter or any other fluff, just in and out, no fuss.I will change my review if I see not full pour or oil leaking like others have in other reviews

Great location. Bryan and Angelo were both super helpful, professional and they respected 6 feet distance. They weren't pushy about upcharges or replacements. Fast and friendly service. Just be careful when taking a left out of the parking lot!

Needed an oil change, arrived around 2:40PM. The place was empty as expected. Was quickly greater by Bruce the assistant manager, who told me he could not get to me for another 30 minutes . He must have scene the quizzical look on my face and explained that he had not yet had lunch and needed his 30 minutes. As he and his trainee were the only ones of staff . I personally identify as being a human and said is it ok if I just wait here until your finished with lunch. I made some work calls etc.. I watched Bruce walk next door to Wendy s and grab a lunch, go to the break room and consume only what I can imagine being half his lunch .. Within 10 minutes he was back telling me to pull in so they can start the oil change. During this time an older classic vehicle pulled in and the woman wanted the works Bruce told her that her vehicle with such high milage should not get the transmission / radiator change as it it s running at 400k miles simply change the motor oil and let it run until something is broken.. While the internet can argue about that being right/wrong advice it speaks volumes to the ethics of Bruce He felt the service was not needed and turned down the works package Rather than taking easy work/cash while the place was empty he used his experience to make a judgement call. For that alone I will be returning each and every time my vehicle needs general maintenance. I also must add I spent a few years as a youth as pitman in a place like this It s hard work and with few benefits. These folks work hard to perform under pressure and within expected time lines.

On June 27, 2017, my wife took her 2016 Honda Pilot for an oil change. For the next 3 days it leaked oil all over the floor of our garage. Not sure if something was leaking or if they just did a sloppy job.The dripping has stopped but the bottom of the skid plate and pan are covered in oil. It appears they didn't care where the oil dumped when they removed the oil filter. If it dumps all over the undercarriage of the car...not their problem. The oil on my floor was residue from where they dumped it all over the place. I called the 800 number but no chance of speaking with an actual person. Left a message with corporate and with the local Jiffy Lube and they could not be bothered to call back.I have changed oil on probably 40 different cars hundreds of times. I have never spilled oil all over the car, have never overtightended an oil filter, have never stripped a drain plug. And any little messes are cleaned up. These people are trusted with other people's vehicles and don't really care how they treat you. Take some pride in your work.

Went in for a $29.99 "signature service" oil change, which the coupon said for synthetic blend or full synthetic would be additional. Chose the full synthetic which is originally $90 for a 2012 Ford focus hatch and only was reduced by $12. However, when all said and done, I was not given the "Signature Service" as the company promises. My tires were not looked at, my fluids were not inspected, and no vacuuming or cleaning was done. On top of that, my battery cover was left in my engine bay which they forgot to put back on. Next time I'll go to Monro Muffler and get the full synthetic oil change for $45.

Make sure you ask for the price before you go in. They charge an absurd amount for an OIL CHANGE. You're better off going to a dealership or Valvoline. I will not be going back for an $100 oil change.

I could not have been more disappointed with a jiffy lube service than I was today! I SPECIFICALLY asked if I could do the mid grade blend oil and the guy told me my 2015 Honda Civic only takes the full grade, he talked 90 miles a minute and was hard to understand, and it cost me $76! So, after paying and leaving, I called the Honda dealership and they said my car doesn't even take the full synthetic ! It only needs the synthetic blend! And it's $39.99!! So the jiffy lube guy lied directly to my face and charged me double the cost of what it should have been, thinking that I was just a dumb girl who didn't know what I was talking about! And when I called the store to resolve the issue, they claimed it was a "misunderstanding" (which is a bold faced lie, as I directly asked him for the synthetic blend) and they offered me a coupon for my next service. Needless to say, I will not be back and quite frankly am disgusted with this jiffy lube location, and their management.

These guy s are crooks caught then using stage dirty filters to talk me into buying more stuff. this is not the first time either. when i use to take my cars there 5 years from my transport company my drivers caught them so i stopped going. gave then another chance because i got a coupon. big mistake.i have spent more than $1000 on garage work before and have never worrief because they were s good shop these scum bags make me feel sick after spending $50.
