I have bought a lot of vehicles at different dealerships in New England, but Jaffarian Toyota is by far the best. The sales team is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain every detail of the vehicle you are purchasing. If you re looking to purchase a new Toyota, I highly recommend Jaffarian.

Recently bought a brand new Toyota Camry hybrid from these guys because my old car was having too many problems. Greg was amazing in letting me know that the car I wanted was available and I went in for an appointment right away. Met with Fernando one of the salesmen I expressed great interest in that car. The buying and signing process went great, and I picked up the car in under two weeks from my first phone call! Fernando was professional and friendly through every step. Could not be happier with the new car and the peace of mind it brought

I was involved in a deer accident I expectedly 3 days before Thanksgiving and the deer totalled my car. I was completely in a crunch time trying to find a new car within a week and this was my last last dealership I went to because every where else eathier didn't have cars on the lot or they were already spoken for. I had a sales man named Gustavo Siva. He was absolutely phenomenal!!! He had patience and understanding in my current situation. He took the time and went above and beyond my difficult situation and made it a very positive experience and I am thrilled to have him as my salesman. In addition to this I had Mike who works in the financial department and he was phenomenal as well. He explained everything very slowly to me because I was very overwhelmed and made it much easier for me to understand with my learning disability. I highly recommend Gustavo Siva to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I give him a five-star because he was so good. I had an excellent experience buying a RAV4 Prime from Jaffarian, at a great price! My salesperson, Ronnie, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire car purchase process. Ivan from finance was also very knowledgeable and accommodating of our time constraints. I would highly recommend coming out here to purchase a car (even if you have to drive far out of the city to get here!)

I've bought a lot of cars, but I've never had a better experience than the one my daughter and I enjoyed today. Ronnie, Ivan and the whole team treated us wonderfully. They were straight shooters in every way: they worked with us to the extent they could on price, they fit our schedule, they taught us all we needed to know about the RAV4, and they even gave us recommendations where to grab a bite while the paperwork got done. We'll be back.

Recently serviced my vehicle here. The service rep Chris, gave the vibe that he doesn't want to deal with me. He texted me the car's problem while I was still there, which was very strange. Why can't he come tell me in person? He claimed they were very busy when I first showed up. Yet, Jose had the time to come talk to his customers. I have had my car serviced here before, and Jose was wonderful. This guy Chris, not so much. Very non personable. The words "the sooner you sign, the sooner we can start" came out of his mouth. Again, seemed like he didn't want to deal with me. There are markings on the floor mat that were not there before. Very unprofessional. Chris didn't update me once, in over 24 hours of having my vehicle, they kept it overnight. An update would have been nice and courteous. Thinking about not going to Jaffarian Toyota for servicing again.

Thanks to the help of Andrew I was able to leave with a new car in less than 24 hours! He clearly explained the whole process to me so there was no confusion or post buy anger. He worked with my budget and driving needs to help find something I would love. I will be going back to him for my next purchase and suggest everyone does the same. Andrew went above and beyond his role and made my experience easy, fast, and enjoyable.

I had a great experience buying my new Toyota grand highlander at Jaffarian Toyota. Andrew and Greg were very helpful in the sales process and did a great job of explaining the cars features. I forgot a couple of items in my trade in car and Andrew was quickly able to grab those items and hold them for me till I came to pick them up.Overall I d recommend this dealership and would recommend working with Andrew and Greg.

Bought my first car here, was easy and everything was handled in about 2 days. The sales rep Gustavo did a great job a getting the information I needed. They all had great customer service and assuaged any worry I might have had about maintenance or getting a good deal. Will probably do a trade in after a few years at the same place.

Gus and Greg are the best in business! Went in on Friday morning with a general idea of what I wanted and they were able to get me in a brand new car by Monday. They made the process seamless, thoughtful, and the most pleasant car buying experience to date.Will definitely be headed back their way in the future should I need another car!

I recently had to make a decision to either buy out my old lease or get a new one. Andrew (my sales rep) and Greg (one of the managers) were both so incredibly patient with me, as I flip flopped back and forth, taking up way too much of Andrew's time as I debated my options. They did all they could to get me into a vehicle that fit my budget, and that I'd also love. They didn't play games with the price like some other dealerships do, and I felt like I could not only trust them, but they truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Andrew kept me updated throughout the process as I waited for my new vehicle to arrive, and took the time to help me set everything up with the Toyota app and my phone. Highly recommend!!

If I could rate this dealership 10 stars, I would. I had the absolute best experience in this dealer. My salesman was Andrew! He was so awesome and helping me get the best price (due to not having the best credit) he was super supportive. He made sure we were welcome, comfortable and understanding with everything about the car had. For example what has been done and so much more. Also shout out to my financial person Narick!! He made sure to keep me update in every single update I needed he reach out as much as he could to keep me posted while waiting on the lenders. Lastly, Gil he was covering while Andrew and Narick were out to make sure he help me with finalizing everything I could. Although Andrew ( my salesman) was out he still made sure to text me and keep me posted on anything he could. I can t take these three people enough. I m super happy with my car, and thankful for them supporting me through the process!

My experience of purchasing a 2024 Highlander Hybrid from Jaffarian Toyota could not have been better thanks to the over-the-top customer service extended to me by the sales manager, Ronnie. Ronnie provided me with honest, straightforward information starting with our initial conversation and continuing through every subsequent phone call and meeting. I had been very interested in purchasing a Highlander Hybrid for nearly 2 years but had given up hope of that happening until I walked into Jaffarian. During those 2 years other dealerships north of Boston told me it would take 9 to 12 months to get a Hybrid. One dealership said they could get me a Hybrid in 8-12 weeks if I was agreeable to paying $5,000.00 over MSRP, and could not promise it would be my color choices. All the marketing rhetoric and price gouging sales approaches disappeared when I took my business to Jaffarian and was introduced to Ronnie. He is a skilled professional with extensive knowledge of Toyota vehicles and business practices. Ronnie was a major contributor in turning my consumer nightmare into a very happy car buying experience. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

Bought a brand new 2023 Tacoma. The sales manager Greg and his sales associate Gus took the best care of me at Jaffarian. They are truly professionals at what they do who bring the utmost of expertise and knowledge to the table. I couldn t give a stronger recommendation when deciding where to get a car and who you want to take care of you. Couldn t be happier with my experience and you won t find better service.

Our pre-order experience went much better than expected.Since our intention and decision had been planned out prior, there wasn't much to do, honestly. Some paperwork and to pay of course. We were handed off a few times which is annoying, but is to be expected. We never met our initial point of contact, Ronnie, but found him to be more helpful through text than email if that helps anyone.+ Gus was super nice, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with - can definitely recommend buying a car from this guy. Francine was also very kind and helpful.+ The dealership is shared between Toyota and Volvo if you're looking to see what the competition has to say.+ Flexibility in payment options.+ Able to leave with vehicle by the end of day, plated, and inspected.- No greeting as our family entered the Toyota side of the building, and the only obvious point of contact were 2 seemingly unattentive clerks.- Sub-par kids area, lacking simple books or toys, and felt a little cagey. Fairly basic waiting accommodations in general.If you're in the market this would be a fine establishment to purchase from. Toyota is well respected, but be sure to do your research and follow through on any due diligence before making a decision. If you are planning to bring little ones, consider packing a snack, toy and book since the process usually takes a while. Good luck!

Buyer beware! Purchased a new Highlander in 2018 with what we were told was a $2,300 Toyota Care 8 year/100k mile extended warranty. Discovered today 5.5 years later that we have no extended warranty registered with Toyota. The Jaffarian employees lied to us and the company the supposed extended warranty is through does not insure cars. They are liars and thieves. Go anywhere else!

I had the most outstanding service with Gus Silva. He was by far the most classy, HONEST, kind, patient salesman I have EVER worked with. Answered any and all questions and always got back to me so professionally in a timely manner. Jaffarian Toyota should be grateful each day that they have a gentleman like this representing their dealership. Gus was excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, and organized! He prepared for my appointment in advance so I didn t have to spend hours of my day in the sales shop. He set up my RAV4 / iPhone connection. In great detail he showed me how to use the iPad music/navigation screen and buttons on steering wheel. It was evident that Gus enjoys working with customers and believes in the product he is selling. Thank you Gus!

I ve been always skeptical about looking for cars at dealerships. But today my opinion of that has completely changed because of one man. Andrew helped me find the Corolla of my dreams. From the start, Andrew was by far one of the most friendly and professional, and one of the most transparent car salesman I have ever met. Not only did I find the car that I ve always been looking for but, I honestly believe I found a true friend.
