Definitely stay away from this place. I recently checked out a Mazda CX-5 here, and the battery had been recently disconnected to hide the check engine codes. If I hadn't brought my OBD2 reader I wouldn't have caught it, and could have walked away with a lemon.Typical shady used car dealership experience.

The negative reviews on here are literally lies. The owner helped me get my first car (2016 Nissan Versa) at the end of June. Low miles and came with no issues at all. He handled everything super quick and answered all of my questions. He s super patient and honestly if you or someone you know is looking to get a good car (new driver or seasoned car owner) he ll help you out without making you feel like a burden like at some other dealerships. I m constantly recommending this place to my friends and family.

Went to view a mini cooper. Guy on the phone said it was great no problems, the mileage was great, not old at all. Looked under and the frame was covered in rust, flaking off with just touching it. Wasted 2 hours of commuting for nothin.

Cam, the owner, was honest with his description of the car I purchased. He also gave me a really good deal on the price. I would highly recommend his dealership to others.

I went too first choice and met the owner and his worker, first of all they were very friendly and knew exactly what i was looking for, they gave me a great deal and had impecable service! I would highly recommend coming here for your vehicle purchase! Also gives a warranty on the car in case something happens too it and fully willing too help you fix it at no extra cost, great dealership!

Worst car buying experience ever. After looking at all their cars, most of them were leaking fluids or had body rot, I finally found one that seemed like a decent deal. Far from it. The radio cut in and out, the reverse lights didn t work, had 2 bad wheel bearings, alignment was off, tire balance was off, serpentine belt was cracking, and had a blown head gasket. I wasn t able to test drive it beforehand because they didn t have a dealer plate at the time. When I went to have Cam buy it back, he charged me $1,400 in cash and wouldn t take any other form of payment. This place is a scam and if you do buy from here, please take it to a mechanic you trust to look it over thoroughly.

Beware if you decide to buy from this gentleman. Very deceptive practices. Sold me a vehicle that wasn t inspectable in NH, didn t attempt to fix it, and completely forged/lied on the loan paperwork. I ll be speaking with the Attorney General tomorrow. Good luck if you decide to do business with this gentleman

I purchased a used car from First Choice Auto a few weeks ago and am very pleased with the experience. The car I was initially looking at didn't exactly meet my needs, but I found a different car on the lot that was perfect. I worked with Mark during the whole process. Mark is a breath of fresh air when it comes to car buying. He wasn't pushy, didn't force any sale upon me and was always available when I had questions. First Choice Auto will work with you and make sure you are happy with your purchase. After I drove the car off the lot, I noticed a 'check light' notification popped up. I brought the car back to Mark who was more than happy and willing to take a look at it and fix it. He even test drove the car a bit to ensure the issue was fixed, but also to ensure there were no other issues. For peace of mind and my own due diligence, I brought the car to a local auto garage for a 'health check'. The auto repair guy checked the car over and said everything looked great, told me the car had definitely been cared for, naming items he could tell had been recently replaced/updated. I highly recommend First Choice Auto and working with Mark for your next car purchase.

My daughter was looking for a reliable, used vehicle. After being fed up dealing with the large car dealers, we found a vehicle we were interested in on First Choice s website (CarFax information provided). We called First Choice and were told no appointment needed, just come have a look.The co-owner Mark was fantastic! We test drove a great vehicle and it was a done deal! Mark assisted in helping my daughter navigate the best finance options for her. He even went out of the way to help get her loan application started with a credit union. Mark was friendly, honest, a straight shooter and provided information and details for our best interests (we didn t get that from the large dealers that we had visited early on in our vehicle search).The whole experience was refreshing! I ll certainly check out First Choice Auto first for any car purchases and highly recommend them!

I've just recently purchased a "new to me" car from First Choice Auto. Mark made the whole process a breeze. He addressed the few concerns I had with the vehicle in a very timely manner, and was MORE than fair with the price. On day of pickup, the car was super clean, and waiting for me right by the door. He talked to my insurance company for me, and made sure I had all the paperwork I would need. They even gave my 1 year old son a toy car to play which was a kind added touch to the experience. If you're in the market for a new car, I absolutely recommend First Choice Auto.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry from first choice pretty close to two months ago and my business experience was awesome. Mark was very patient, helpful and answered all my hard question. One thing I admired about Mark was his high level of tolerance. I have had absolutely no issues with the car so far and even after the deal was sealed Mark still called to check and find out how the car was running. Looking forward to getting yourself a car? I recommend First Choice as your best bet.

Just purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze from Mark and the entire deal went very smooth and easy with no sales pressure at all. They were very fair in the offer for my trade which made the sale even easier. Will let you know how the car works out but I dont think I should have any major issues. If I do I will bring it back to Mark and I'm sure he would take of it. I would definitely recommend First Choice if your looking for a quality used car at a fair price with Friendly service.

Night and day comparison with other dealers. I had an amazing experience with First Choice Auto; I cannot express how happy I am. I purchased an '08 Cx-9 from Eli, the owner, about a week ago. Mark and Eli were incredibly prompt, polite and courteous, willing to help with everything that I needed to have a good car buying experience, as well as being very educational about the whole process. I brought it to a mechanic in the area that unfortunately seemed very rushed, it was my first car buying experience and I should have been far more insistent that he look at things more carefully, but I asked that he check the brakes and suspension specifically and he gave me a clean bill of health so I was fine to buy the car. I bought the car and brought it home to my mechanic who I've been going to for years and and they gave me the sad news that the mechanic did not do a good job, the brakes were sticking dangerously and needed to be replaced immediately because they were not safe to drive on. Brakes were not listed under the warranty for the car, so I paid for the repairs, wrote First Choice Auto a 4 star review, and then called Mark to explain why I had written a 4 star and not a 5 star review, because I really had enjoyed working with them and to thank them because I really had a great buying experience. Mark asked tentatively if I had already had the work done, and told me that they stand behind their customers and their experience and would have paid to have the car towed to them and fix it at a much lower cost if I'd reached out before having the work done. I spoke with Eli, the owner, right after and he asked if I trusted the mechanic I brought it to, and when I said I did he apologized that everything had happened, stated that he wished I'd reached out to them, and offered to send me a check to cover part of the work. I was so stunned by this offer, this is not something I would have gotten from any other dealer so I didn't bother reaching out to First Choice Auto before the work was done. First Choice Auto really values the customer's experience, and they are more than willing to communicate and work with you to make the car you buy the car you'll love. I am so happy with my Cx-9 and this experience and will recommend them to everyone I know in the market for a new car.

We had a great buying experience with Mark and Eli. They treated us fair, absolutely no pressure to buy, and worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed as we were purchasing from NH. They had to deliver the car to us in our State and coordinated everything smoothly. Excellent Service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from these gentleman. Highly recommend First Choice.

A pleasure doing business with them....so I brought the truck in while under warranty with an electrical issue...it's still unresolved...they are trying for a second time to fix it...I'll let you know the outcome

I have dealt with large and small new and used car dealers for years. When I went to First Choice Auto to find a specific car I was looking for both Mark and George were very accommodating and professional to work with. They held the car I wanted pending me getting an insurance settlement and have made good on all of their commitments to deal with the few small issues I had with the car. They would not still be in business after 20+ years if they didn't treat people fairly. In today's cyber world, word spreads fast.

My daughter and I were out in search of a new car for her and she found one at First Choice Auto and when we got to the lot, she actually found a different car that she fell in love with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a car. They were very pleasant to deal with and honest. I have been to many used car dealerships and they don't care about what they sell you they just want to make a sale. This place is definitely not like that. I will definitely shop there in the future when I am looking for another car.

After a very long year of frustrating research, price comparisons, reviewing almost every inventory from the bigger dealerships as well as a ridiculous amount of used car dealers & comparing vehicles and all that goes along with the process (I hate car shopping) I decided to stop torturing myself and just do it. After visiting local dealers, large and small & leaving in the first 5 minutes I contacted Mark regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He was responsive to my questions, honest and professional. Eli was very fair with my trade. They got me the price/payment I needed, took care of any concerns I may have had. I m very happy with my purchase but mostly grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Mark & Eli. They made the process comfortable and convenient. Thanks guys!

First choice auto is hands down the best place to buy a car ever. My fiance and I were there a month's ago. We had the most amazing experience. They are family owned and the nicest people ever. They even went above and beyond to help with my insurance company. We will definitely be going back to get are third car.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! When I started my search for a reliable, safe car for my 16 year old, I first looked at dealer reviews. I read them carefully, looking not only for the good but also if anyone had a problem and how was it handled. First Choice Auto kept coming up with high marks for customer service. We visited and test drove a 2008 Mazda CX-9. Eli and Mark were responsive, knowledgeable and just plain nice! We knew we weren't buying a new car and never had crazy expectations for perfection. Eli told us upfront that the car needed two front tires which he would put on before we got the car. He then offered to split the cost of four brand new tires since it was an AWD vehicle and four of the same tires put on at the same time would be ideal. I agreed and split the cost going on good faith that he would put nice tires on. He did! Additionally, he put new sway bars in the back and fixed a problem with the drive shaft that could have been costly to me down the road. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. My son now drives a nicer car than me! I highly recommend this dealership but more importantly it's refreshing to give your business to people who actually appreciate it. I will be returning to purchase a car for myself when the time comes. Check these guys out. You will not be disappointed. Easiest car transaction ever.

I purchased a 2006 Hyundai Sonata and had to return the vehicle 3 times in a month before they gave me my money back. I could not go 2 days without the check engine light coming on and they had the vehicle after I purchased it more than I did. The car had stains when purchased that could of been easily taken care but were not and other cars I looked at looked like they could use a little maintenance. Eli and Mark seem like good people and treated me with respect and kindness. They mean well, but just be cautious about purchasing a vehicle here and have a mechanic look at it before purchasing if you can.

One of the best automotive experiences that I have ever had. Mark and his team made the grueling car buy experience amazing with there extensive knowledge in the automotive field and caring customer service. Mark went out of his way to make sure not only the vehicle purchased was right for me but for my family as well plus nothing tasted better than the free ice cold poland spring water at the end which made my vehicle purchase even more special than it already was. Thank you first choice auto for your generosity and unequivocally unmatched customer service. I love first choice auto !!! You wont regret it and go to second choice.

I got my first car here around 6 months ago. Amazing service, and not one of those sketchy car places. At first when we tried the car out we noticed something off, and he let me put a hold on it. He fixed the problem, and we took it out again. It was clean inside and out, nothing wrong with it whatsoever. Most things were brand new or just checked to make sure they were good. I haven't had to fix anything yet. There was a small rust spot that he even offered to fix, but I was impatient and just wanted my car lol. Definitely should have just let him fix it tho haha. Anyway, great experience with him and would recommend to anyone looking for a car. He was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

I bought my first car through First Choice and I was super pleased with the service they provided me with. I didn't know much about insurance or even about financing, and they assisted me with every step. Because I bought a car through First choice, they do you a great service where if there is ever something wrong with the car, you can bring to them and they can get a discount through they auto shop they go to. I definitely recommend them if you're in need of a used car. I have always been skeptical about these types of dealerships just trying to take my money, but I can say they are very honest!
