I purchased the perfect car at a great price here. They have many different options. They all seem like solid cars. Go and see for yourself. They did all the registry work for me too. All I had to do was drive it away. Thank you Bruno. I appreciate you for everything.

I bought my current vehicle from Cars4U and am glad that I did. No regrets! They are very nice and work fast. Always willing to help me and answer any questions. The purchase was quick and easy , and I got a great deal. I will be returning the next time a need to purchase a car. I recommend anyone in the Haverhill area looking for a used car to go visit Cars4U on River St.

Sale's person was very dishonest about the service work done to the vehicle filled out paperwork wrong which made getting the registration and insurance for the vehicle very difficult. Then became hostile when confronted about the dishonesty regarding the vehicle. Would have cancelled the deal if I didn't desperately need the vehicle for work would not recommend anyone buying a car from this place unless you want a headache!

I've bought quite a few Cars in my lifetime but I have never had such excellent service as I have with cars4u River Street Haverhill ma, Bruno is the best he goes above and beyond to help you out and gives you a great deal On his vehicles! I am extremely happy with the vehicle that I bought from him today. Excellent service very satisfied five stars if I could give more I would!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I got my car with a bad starter and had to get a new starter in 2 months. I went back to the place and they put a new one in THAT LASTED ONLY A MONTH! and after 5 months of having this car I had to buy a brand new battery and alternator. When I got the car it was empty on gas, no details done, car smelled horrible, and no inspection sticker. Lazy owner who likes to rip people off.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Bruno took the time to help me and my fiance get into an amazingly reliable vehicle when nobody else would give me the chance. When you work in the car business it's easy to.turn away a couple with bad credit. That was not the case with Bruno. He put so much time and effort into making the deal work. I've bought many cars before but this was first class service. If your looking for a trustworthy dealership look no further.

I had an excellent experience with Cars4u, Bruno was very pleasant and professional. My credit its not in good standards and Cars4u was able to approve me with a bank when other dealerships didnt approved of my credit, so i am very thankful for cars4u. The car runs like new and its in perfect condition. Thank you Carr4u.

Agreed on a price for a car, put down a deposit knowing that a repair had to be done involving the front left wobble of the car. Called me The next day to tell me was going to cost another $200, when I offered to split it with him he told me he wouldn t do it. We should cans we made a deal I put a deposit he went back on the deal. Honestly after reading these reviews I don t know what I expected. The car is still listed on the Internet for the price I bought it for so before you waste your time and drive all the way up there just know that you might be paying more than you thought.

I came across this dealership while looking for a used car on Cargurus. They had a couple cars that caught my eye so I decided to take a trip down. Bruno came out right away to show me around for the first part of my visit; he was very helpful and quick to answer any of my questions. Once I focused in on a car I liked, Alex filled me in on all the details and didn t hesitate to let me take it for a test drive. I did not end up buying a car here, but only because I decided on a model that was not available here. Overall, these guys run a tight ship and I would not hesitate to point a friend in their direction.

I needed a car really fast and had tried other places no-one was willing to give me an opportunity.However I called cars 4 U talked to Bruno within half hr I was approved.I did this on a friday late afternoon had my new truck Thursday evening all registered ready to go.Great fast service.Would recommend and have.Corinna

This is my experience with cars4u. A year ago I saw a car that I liked on craigslist from them, and saw that the price seemed reasonable. I went and filled out the paperwork to buy it, only to find out that the actual price was $800 more expensive. When I asked why, they pointed to small print at the bottom of the ad that said all prices are valid only with a $800 down payment....pretty sleezy way to try and get more money out of people. Against better judgement I bought the car anyway. A few months later I start hearing rattling from the front end so I bring it in to a shop....I was told that the water pump and starter were about to fail, front end was extremely loose, and the car had burned through 3 quarts of oil in a matter of a few thousand miles. This is all within 6 months of buying the car. Needless to say, I won't ever be going back there again.

Never ever go to these guys. Stay away from these liars.- Fraud VIN number.- Car has the same problems after leave there for 3 days.- Owner wanted the deposit $500 in cash, car wasn't fixed as promised, I take the deposit back in check. But no money in there.Called the police on them.

cars for u is the WORST and I quote WORST dealership I have EVER been to in my entire life not to mention that all of their vehicles are in horrible "as is" -auction condition but they are all lined up at a closed down abandondend gas station they look like a fly by night car dealer who if you buy a car from Monday won't be there tuesday!!!! my fiance and I went there today after looking for a car for 3 weeks, now granted I know I have BAD credit but their ad says WE GUARENTEE YOU APPROVAL OR WE WILL PAY YOU $500 in cash they did NOT approve me nor did they get me in a vehicle. the vehicle that they were going to get me into was a Honda Accord I told them from the beginning I only have $1,000 they guarantee they would get me financing on that thousand dollars they came back and told me it would be $1,300 I begged and pleaded with them because I had no money it took me three weeks to come up with $1,000 I asked them if they would take 1100 because my fiance was going to lend me $100 they STILL denied it after having me drive all the way up from New Hampshire not to mention the fact that they all were in the office having a meeting knowing that I was out in the hot Sun standing waiting for an answer for over an hour just for them to come out and tell me NO we're not going to accept $1,000 down that you need to come up with 1300 are you kidding me??? I've been selling cars for 12 years I have never passed a deal over $300 sorry everyone I mean 200 dollars. here's the best part we were originally on an Infiniti g35 they said that the banquet only approve me on $6,000 well it just so happens that the Honda Accord fit the parameters and was only $6,000 in fact I was putting $1,000 down so that makes it $5,000 its common sense people they were trying to nickel and dime me and get every penny they could an overcharge me for a honda accord with 156000 miles that needed everything!!!!! I was treated absolutely horrible and all of their cars had check engine lights on them I would not go there again if my life depended on it do not put yourself in a vehicle that could potentially cost you your life this place is bad and I have let everyone in the business know including the Better Business Bureau to whom I am going to bring up this $500 issue to which they have not paid me STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! and Bruno if you want me to remove the ads and stuff then I would suggest you keep your word and pay me the $500 seeing how I do not have a vehicle in my possession you did not get me approved you have failed to do your job and I am going to come at you with everything I have. it is Scumbag dealerships like this that put a bad name on car sales people in car dealerships in general I refuse to sit here and let these people take advantage of good hard working folks it is not right and it is an absolute crime you know what you have done now I would suggest paying me the $500 in your ad as it stated or I am going to escalate this even further

Do NOT go here. You ever hear about how for some places you need to read the fine print? This is one of those places. Half (if not all) of theit cars are listed at least $2,000 less than what the car ACTUALLY costs to represent how much the car is with a $2,000 down payment...biggest scumbag move i have ever seen.

Worst dealership ever sold me a truck with a bad transmission and breaks I go to bring the truck to get fix he kept holding it from me stretching it out the 30 day warranty. So I went to get my down payment back and to get the loan paid off he still hasn t paid the loan and it s affected my credit.. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS I PROMISE YOU THE CARS LOOK GREAT FROM OUTSIDE BUT THEY HAVE ALOT OF ISSUES.

I called in advance to arrange to drive a car on my lunch break, but when I got there it was burried behind several other cars and the salesman made no move to get it out. He seemed to want to agree on a price before letting me take it for a test drive. What a waste of time.

Great experience" -I had a great experience with Bruno , Alex and all the folks at CARS4U. Everything they told me about the vehicle is accurate and after several weeks of driving I am very happy with the car. The team helped me through the financing process and i was very pleased with the result. Alex and everyone did everything I needed to make this entire process fast and non-stressful.

This place has been great, I bought my 2007 Honda Pilot from here and it still drives amazing, the little bit of work I ve had to get done they have done and done a great job, their mechanic is the best around very trustworthy and honest, I recently bought a second car from a private party who happened to be a very dishonest person and I ve brought it to cars 4 u and they have done nothing but help us with this car, thanks Bruno and your mechanics you guys are great!!!

Went here two days ago to look at a truck and told them I would be coming back two days later to buy, they sold it next day to someone else which isn't a big deal, but still told me the morning I went that the truck was still available, from Maine, drove to Mass and the truck was sold. Not very high educated workers here wouldn't recommend

Sold me a junk car. Pretty much had to put my own money for parts into it. Transmission, starter, wheels, and crank. DONT BUY A CAR HERE!
