I've lived in Haverhill my whole life, I have used other stores because they were closer. But C.A.P Haverhill has knowledgeable people who want to help you. I am always greeted at the door without a sales pitch. And the employee I encountered on 10/23/2016 was great helped me identify the correct part instead of what I was intending to buy. You can't go wrong here.

The counter guy treated my girlfriend like a scumbag, and didn't even give her a receipt. Then when we returned later to return the product he it was like he was high. Never going here again.

Good people they know what they're talking about and they know their parts most places are just confusing and people don't know what they're doing caps will go above and beyond to help you out just to use them

Chirs is extremly helpful. I would definetly send people to him for aprts questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly
