The People at Bill DeLuca Chrysler Jeep are AWESOME. From the general manager Mike, to our Sales person Kevin, everyone was was great. They Help my wife get into her dream vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Sahara) that i promised her when she completed her Master Degree. And they made it happen. Go see Kevin on the sales floor and he will help you get your dream Jeep as well.

I bought my 2022 Ram 1500 from Bill DeLuca within the last week. I worked with Kevin Maestranzi. Kevin was straight forward and well informed about the vehicle. It is clear he has been doing this for a number of years and knows the products he is selling. At no point did I feel pressure or that any games were being played. I am very happy with my truck and the experience I had working with Kevin. I would not hesitate to recommend working with him to a family member or friend.

We just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland from Bill DeLuca Chrysler Jeep. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Service department? Stay away.. not a good experience purchased my new Jeep here but definitely will not be a repeat. Service Department killed any future purchase possibilities at this dealership.11/29/2023 UPDATE ON THIS DISMAL DEALERSHIP:I developed a well known issue with the steering damper on my purchased new 2021 Jeep and scheduled the appointment for this warrantee work with service. Since availability of parts is in question I requested a loaner car if the Jeep was going to be longer than a few days the service writer said she would make a note of it and would discuss with the Jeep Zone Manager today I called the Salesman whom I had purchased the car from; Sean he unequivocally stated that since I had left a poor review regarding a previous service that they would not accept me as a customer even to do warrantee work well your Zone manager from Jeep will know all the details in the coming days and I urge anyone who reads this to think long and hard about doing business with this dealership. After sales service is zero and interestingly, when I wrote the honest and poor review on a previous routine service, no one reached out at all or attempted to address my concerns not the way to conduct business but plenty of good Jeep dealers in the area and appointment made and everything it set to go. Shame on you Sean and the Sales Manager who made Sean call me back and refuse my business can t take the truth I see

The process was a bit drawn out and we had to wait a long time to get the paperwork drawn up. My one complaint is that the warranty package we purchased was not thoroughly gone over with us and the price was not divulged until papers were signed. In hindsight I wished I had put the brakes on until we were clear about the contents and price. The vehicle I got seems to be in excellent condition and the price was fair. All in all a fairly positive experience, but again make sure you get everything in writing before signing on the dotted line.

After having a tree fall on and total my 2019 Grand Cherokee, I was in need of a new vehicle quickly. I met with Kevin at Bill DeLuca Jeep, and he made the whole process of getting into a new car quick and painless. I m extremely satisfied with the sales service, probably the best I ve received car shopping. I love my new 2023 Grand Cherokee. I would highly recommend Bill DeLuca Jeep.

The best car buying experience. Sean was great, no pressure. Answered any of my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. Left the same day with my new gladiator. Great dealership overall and if I m ever in the market for a new car will definitely return.

I bring all of my company vehicle to both Delluca Dodge and Chevy service. I have purchased vehicles here as well. I only have had great experiences and always am treated with respect.Bill Dascolli has been one of my main points of contact and he is just a phenomenal guy, always accommodating and keeping me in the loop.

This is the second Ram that I purchased from Jeff Walsh as my salesman. Jeff is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. This was my first time buying from Bill Deluca. I ve used the same dealership for the last few cars I ve bought. That dealership has gone way down hill In The past years and Bill Deluca s was amazing. Honest, easy to work with, personable, fair and reasonable. Tyler helped me find the car I wanted and made the whole process as stress free as possible.

I want to give a huge shout out to Tyler, one of the car salesman. I first saw the car a couple months ago and instantly fell in love. Tyler kept me updated throughout the whole process & fast forward to now I m walking home with a 2021 Audi that I totally love. Everyone there is extremely professional and has your best interest in mind. I highly recommend them, me and my family have been going to them for over 10 years now.

Five stars!_________My recent encounter with Bill DeLuca in Haverhill, MA has left me dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Following a service appointment during which the ODB was inadvertently left in my vehicle, resulting in a drained battery, I engaged in discussions with Bill Dascoli, Service Manager, and Luis Rivera, Service Consultant. Both assured me that the incurred $150 towing fee would be promptly reimbursed.Regrettably, despite their assurances, I have yet to receive the promised reimbursement. This delay in fulfilling a commitment reflects negatively on the establishment's customer service standards. I trust that prompt attention to this matter will be given, and the outstanding reimbursement will be issued as agreed upon.

Super easy, professional, and got me exactly what I was looking for.I d already resigned myself to just buying out my previously leased Wrangler because other dealers couldn t get me where I wanted in price.I stopped into DeLuca s just to grab an odometer certification and decided to give it one last shot while I was there.Fortunately Kevin and Tony listened carefully, actually heard me, and we had a deal in minutes after a short test ride.A wonderful experience!

all my expectations were met from the day I decided to buy my car until the day of delivery. Tony worked really fast to find the exact car I wanted within a week. sean was very accurate with all documentation and very easy to communicate with. on the day of delivery he was there on time and explained wonderfully how each feature of the car works until I was sure I understood everything. Also made sure I had his number if I ever need help understanding more of the car ,to call him. this was the best experience buying a car.Thank you Again!

Love my new car. Even a small issue came up with a sensor and they took care of it immediately and had a car available for me to drive. Tyler and Kevin in sales were both fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them.

I got out of work this morning to find my car had a dead battery. I called the dealership at 7:30am as soon as they opened and was transferred to the service dept. Nobody answered the call so I had the option to leave a message or leave an urgent message. I obviously don't want to be without a car all weekend and I need it to go back to work on Sunday night so I left an urgent message figuring I would hear back within an hour or two. Man was I wrong! It is now 4:00pm, 8 1/2 hours later and I still haven't heard from them. This is unacceptable under any circumstances and it's not the first time this has happened. My suggestion is if you are going to use this place for service is to either show up in person or continue to call until to talk to an actual service rep.
