For me it was a good experience. I met Sammy and Kyle on January 2 to look at car. They both were polite and informative and had great conversations. I had a trade in and didn t get what I was hoping for but it was close enough to pursue the 07 corvette. I had a couple conversations over the phone with Aman and felt very uncomfortable with him, great personality. When I met him it was even better I tried to negotiate the 07 down but he knew the car was priced right(so did I). Definitely will be visiting them in the spring to thank them again. A+

Hands down Bill Deluca GMC is one of the best around! My second time returning to purchase a new SUV and they handled everything flawlessly the minute I arrived. I was lucky enough to work with Brian and Aman for this purchase. Brain was easy to talk too and has an immense knowledge in the field. Aman was a pleasure to work with a second time around making sure all my requests were fulfilled. Professional, respectful and the best around Thank you so much! I love my new truck.

No pressure during the sales process. No extra fees or unwanted accessories loaded on to increase profit. We were quoted a very fair trade-in value for our old truck. Salesman and management a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

My recent encounter with Bill DeLuca in Haverhill, MA has left me dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Following a service appointment during which the ODB was inadvertently left in my vehicle, resulting in a drained battery, I engaged in discussions with Bill Dascoli, Service Manager, and Luis Rivera, Service Consultant. Both assured me that the incurred $150 towing fee would be promptly reimbursed.Regrettably, despite their assurances, I have yet to receive the promised reimbursement. This delay in fulfilling a commitment reflects negatively on the establishment's customer service standards. I trust that prompt attention to this matter will be given, and the outstanding reimbursement will be issued as agreed upon.

The truck I bought from you had tons of paint work that was never disclosed on a $73,000.00 truck with only 2,000 miles on it. Not likely I will ever purchase or recommend anyone to go buy from your dealership. I actually sold the truck about 6 months ago. I should have made you guys buy the truck back after I dropped it off for a full ceramic coat 1 week later and found out half the truck had been repainted. I guess I should have looked closer but I didn't think I had to when I thought I was buying from a reputable dealership.

Terrible customer service at the Chevi service center, I will never use this facility again.I purchased my first car from this dealership in 2009 and have historically brought my vehicles to Bill DeLuca Haverhill for warranty work and service. I have never had as poor of an experience as I did in 2023.I was told that a part would be ordered for my vehicle and it would arrive in 3 months and I would receive a call. Three and a half months pass, I call, they have no record of the part being ordered. They order it and say I will get a call when it arrives in 2 days' time. No call. I called, and the part has arrived, I made an appointment with the rudest person I have ever encountered in a customer service position.When I dropped my car off...finally...I tried to share my experience with people who worked there, and no one showed any interest in listening or making it better.My suggestion to everyone is to use a different service center....any other service center.

My experience with Bill DeLuca Chevrolet GMC was outstanding. Our salesperson, Samantha Hicks, was not only friendly and accommodating, she was extremely knowledgeable and even after the sale was helpful and most patient. I would refer DeLuca and especially Samantha Hicks to anyone!

To sum up my experience with this Dealership in one word: Disgraceful.In two words?? Blatant incompetence.tl;dr: I purchased a brand new HD truck. Brought it back for routine maintenance. The service center broke an axle on one day and the front differential on another. They still have not repaired the truck and we are in week 3 of this experience.Entire story:I purchased a 2023 Chevy 2500 Duramax High Country in October and barely drove 2000 miles before bringing this in for service. I had a mechanic outside of the dealer put the truck up on a lift to apply an oil undercoating and he noticed that one of the axle seals was potentially leaking. He recommended bringing it back to the dealership to have them take a look before proceeding. I took his report and pictures back to the dealer on December 4.They said it could be a one day job. The part was delayed on Monday and again on Tuesday. I told them I have travel plans and need the vehicle back on Thursday at the latest otherwise I would need to know in advance in order to make other arrangements. On Wednesday they ran long on another job. These things happen.On the phone, they assured me the truck would be ready for pickup Thursday morning. I arrived at 10:45 AM and the truck was still on the lift. I was informed that they stripped a bolt on the axle rendering it useless. They need to replace the axle. The axle is on its way but the bolts are coming separately and they don t know when they ll arrive.Sales was the only helpful department here as they did provide me with another vehicle.I take my trip and return. On Monday, December 11, I received the first call from the Sales team. They cracked the front differential. We have all the parts here so we can take care of it this week , they say.On Tuesday they call to let me know the parts are arriving on Thursday or Friday of that week. What is happening?!I have been extremely patient throughout this experience but this is becoming a bit much. I decided to get Chevrolet of America involved and file a report. On Friday, December 15, I received a call from the rep at Chevrolet of America to inform me that she spoke with the dealership and they have all the parts and expect to have the job completed today.I reached out to the dealership. They tell me they have all the parts but are waiting on a gasket. So you don t have all the parts then? , I ask. No we don t. It could be here today, or Saturday, or Monday. On Monday I reach out to the dealership but no one is available to take a call. After about 10 attempts throughout the day I give up.On Tuesday morning they inform me that they are waiting on a couple of seals and they have no ETA as to when they might be there. I request to have my truck transferred to another facility and start that process.This has been the most casual display of blatant incompetence and disorganization I have ever experienced when making a purchase of any vehicle and what should have been routine service. Aside from a courtesy vehicle the sales team loaned me, they have offered absolutely nothing in return for the stress, scheduling changes, potential long-term damage to the truck and lack of a truck I am actively paying for in exchange for their worthless effort to repair a faulty seal. I have zero confidence that they have completed any of the repairs correctly and now will be bringing my business elsewhere permanently. Buyer beware.

When you shop at a dealership you look for a pressure free experience. If you re like every other buyer and looking for a pressure free experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Interrupted me while on a business meeting call to make me sign a piece of paper so the salesman named James could make a sale, probably his first sale ever. After I had explained that I unfortunately had an emergency to attend too in Boston from Haverhill they still insisted on keeping me feeling locked inside the dealership. I understand as the customer that if I don t put a down payment down on a vehicle it is still for sale and other people can buy it. I told them I d be back tomorrow with a cashiers check for the TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE of the vehicle, they still insisted on me leaving a $10,000 deposit, and the salesman asked if I had it in cash, who carry s around $10,000 in cash mr salesman?

Bill Deluca Chrysler Jeep ram is fantastic, I can make my service appointments online! When I got in this morning at 8 AM I met Ian and he was terrific , both friendly & knowledgeable! I had my tires rotated tire pressures adjusted to factory specs and a free 21 point inspection. All done in 30 minutes with free Wi-Fi!When I m ready to trade in my 15-year-old Sebring ragtop I would definitely buy here

Lease expiring on my 2020 Equinox Premier next month.Went in to Deluca Chevrolet, where I have been doing business for almost 30 years) looking for a 2023 Premier, in response to an end of lease email from Don Ethier.While, sadly, there wasn t a Premier in stock, Don still worked very well with me. He suggested that I try out the GMC Terrain Denali, which luckily they had in stock. The Denali had all the safety features I was looking for, plus a couple of interesting features: a pop up screen for driving info I can see without having to turn my head and no clunky gear shift push-toggle shift buttons instead.Only thing missing was the cooled seats, which are really nice on hot summer days.Don was a real pleasure to work with, and I settled on a sterling silver metallic finish.Swapped out the car yesterday and Don spent about an hour familiarizing me with all the features, pairing my cell phone and IPad, and generally making sure I was comfortable in my new car. Best experience yet with a car salesman. It was a real pleasure dealing with him.Oh, and I had 2 people stop me in the grocery store lot that afternoon to ask about the beautiful car. Can t say that has ever happened before.

Upon arrival for the first time seeking service I went to GMC. Was told by reception that it was in the Chevy building. So I had to walk back out to the truck and go to Chevy. I was told to go to the back of the building. When I arrived I went in and was then told I had to enter on opposite side of building. When I finally drove into service there were no representatives to greet. So I get out and just wander around until I find someone. Basically all could have been avoided if someone had informed me I was not getting my gmc serviced by a gmc dealer, but rather a Chevy dealer next door. Bad first impression of not clearly marked entrance for new customer. The waiting room was filthy, no soap in bathroom, blaring tv no one is watching and no bottled water for waiting customers. I ll drive a distance for all of my gmc needs in the future. I ll be selling and buying gmc for years in the future, just not at this place. Also I pointed out a simple fix aside from my fuel filter and the service guy didn t have it re clipped in and didn t discuss with me. I was shocked to find it not fixed. $170 fuel filter replacement.

Had my radio replaced because the software failed. When they replaced the radio they scratched my dashboard and the service manager was honest they scratched it but then I also noticed no heat coming out of my driver's side that they claim was no fault of there but yet the acuator that broke was right behind the radio. The only service manager that was honest with me left there. Then they give me a new service manager who didn't know my account and they told me my dash would be painted and I'd have it back by end of day so I changed my work schedule and the painter doesn't show up till end of the day to start so I had to get a rental car to get to work for few days. They tell you one thing then do another. Simple task I asked for floor mats for my vehicle when I first bought it, they said when I pick it up they would have them but instead they had mats that weren't even for that vehicle and told me they would sell me the ones for my jeep at cost when it was apart of the original deal. Little thing but when I'm buying a high prices vehicle you should do what you say. They also told me my truck was gonna be sold at auction that it's trade in value wasn't what I said. After taking there word for it, a week later I see my truck on there website for way more then I even asked for a trade in value.

Second time booking an appointment online with a comment about what I wanted done and both times found out the couldn't do them when I got there. First time was a transmission filter, second time was a wheel balancing. Both times were booked over a week in advance and both times they ignored what I asked for until I was there and said they couldn't do it. Waste of time.

I returned to Bill DeLuca for a second automobile purchase because they are honest and willing to work with the customer. The service department is also friendly and accommodating. I expect to return for another purchase when the time arises.

Just picked up my 3rd GMC yesterday. As always I was treated fairly, professionally, and with respect by my Salesman Tony and Dennis the Sales Manager. The whole dealership is friendly and communicative through the entire process, which is why I keep coming back. As soon as GM was offering a lease pull ahead plan, I was contacted and the deal was complete in under an hour at a fair price. None of this spend half the day at the dealership business some of the other places do. Ill be back for service and in 3 years when I m ready to lease again.

Ordered the New 2024 Denali HD 2500 Ultimate. Mike Moore was super helpful during the ordering process and kept me updated during the build. Picked up the Truck at the Dealership, Mike and Team got me through the Paperwork Quickly and Mike took as much time as I needed explaining the New Features that came with the 2024 Ultimate. This was NOT the case at Bill Deluca.Everyone was very friendly and straightforward. There was no pressure and no stress.
