Mikey was a 12/10. 100% would do again.Friendly staff, easy going, no pushes whatsoever, just a bunch of people wanting to help get you into the right car.If you re on the market for a vehicle call him ASAP and he will get you setup with 0 imperfections.

The crew at AF Subaru were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful in the process of acquiring my new Crosstrek, especially my sales rep Nico. Even after the sale, Nico has gone the extra mile, and I would send anyone I know to see him in a heartbeat .

Went in to check out the Impreza RS in the color I wanted just to get the idea for the future. My current car was having a lot of problems and they were able to get me a loan right in the area I wanted to be cost wise and very painlessly transitioned everything over to my new vehicle. Nico and the rest of the staff were more than friendly and made a tough decision painless. I had to wait a day for my new plates and they were able to give me a rental for the night due to my old cars lack of reliability. I had a great experience and plan to do any future maintenance and purchases through this dealer. I had gone to several dealers prior and really didn t get any help at all. So I was shocked at how accommodating they were at AutoFair in Haverhill Ma. Thank you Nico and all the AutoFair associates that helped me along this journey, I love my new Impreza RS!!

I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback in perfect condition. One might say, why would I be purchasing a car that had a few years on it? - Because I owned and purchased a 2017 Outback from AutoFair in 2019. I saw the value and longevity of the vehicle. My latest purchase had even more features and instrumentation than my previous Outback. Everyone at the dealership was extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The sales associate, Angel, in particular was a fountain of knowledge. Not only was he friendly, but he was also very responsible. If I asked him a question he had an answer for me. He is still willing to help, I have called him several times with questions.The AutoFair facilities itself is clean and bright. They also have great coffee in different varieties with specific recycling bins for cups/creamers/coffee pods/paper/etc. I had never seen this anywhere. Even the service area appeared to be spotless.All in all, it was a good experience. I would buy from AutoFair again.

We had a good experience when purchasing my vehicle with Tim and Niko at Auto Fair Subaru in Haverhill. The staff was very friendly, respectful and professional. We were able to test drive the vehicle that same day and finally closed the deal. They met my needs in addition to helping me with a good deal. Tim and Doug were polite and friendly, helping me to close the deal on the SUV I wanted in a timely manner. The environment in the dealership was upbeat and welcoming; I didn't feel pressured by sales staff at any time.

Tim, the salesman, was great. The AutoFair website was showing a larger discount than we were initially offered but Tim was able to get us the advertised discount. If everyone there had been as conscientious and helpful as Tim I would have given them 5 stars. However, the finance manager slipped two service contracts into the deal without telling us, adding $5,000 to the price. Before leaving we saw what he had done and went back and insisted he take them out, which he did while offering lame excuses for why he put them in. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience but beware and carefully check the agreement before signing anything!

Easy dealership to work with .I have been fortunate to have Kayla as my service advisor for the past 3 years .She is awesome at her job , no hard sell very friendly and polite. I strongly recommend her for a service advisor.

Recently, I bought a Crosstrek. I hated having to go through so many hoops to buy a car.Tim helped me and made it easy and comfortable to find what I wanted. He was friendly and continually gave me feedback until I finally picked up the car.Now I am happy with my new car and thankful to Tim.

Didn't have to wait long for an oil change and tire rotations. Was told it would take about an hour, really only took them 30 minutes. Chris was very friendly and courteous. A pleasant visit. :)

This dealership has been consistently great. We bought the car here, and have brought it back for 6,000 & 12,000 mile service checks. Really pleasant folks, comfy waiting area, they get the work done quickly and well. Highly recommend!

I have brought my 2022 Subaru to AutoFair Subaru of Haverhill 5+ times for routine maintenance. I intentionally request Ryan due to that fact that he always makes my visit as smooth as possible and as easy as can be. I don t have anything but good things to say about my experience there. Even though being told you have a seized engine is not a fun experience...Lita in the service dept was ahhhhhmazzzing! She truly was the best. It was my first time ever at this dealership, and all the good I have to say is simply because of her. The dealership is incredibly lucky to have her on staff.

Great service! I called in on a Saturday to get an oil change for my WRX. They squeezed me in without an appointment and got my service done quickly! I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Kayla was super nice and very helpful. Will be returning in the future. Thanks guys!

I have always found that AutoFair Subaru gives great service.Lita is the best! She is so knowledgeable and is extremely good at explaining issues and options so I can make an informed decision.She cares about the customer and that their needs are met.I will definitely continue to have my car serviced there and recommend it to others.

My car buying experience with Autofair Subaru was smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable! Cliff was wonderful to work with. I really felt that he and all the staff were really listening to me. Never once did I feel like I was being patronized or push into buying something that I didn t really want. I could just relaxed and enjoy the experience. How often can you say that! Kayla is great to work with.Fully explained recommended services and did not pressure me to accept services I wanted to decline. Knowledgeable, I trust her implicitly.Kayla has also worked through a problem that only occurred infrequently. This was a tricky problem and she patiently worked through it with me until it was fully diagnosed.Very happy and Autofair and Kayla will get all of my future automotive business, service and otherwise

The overall experience of buying a new vehicle was great! The salesperson was knowledgeable and treated me well. They answered all the questions I asked. The overall experience from financing, getting to know the car, and getting the paperwork done was awesome! Would recommend this place.The only thing that I wasn't very happy about was they tried to talk everything (especially additional warranty, etc.) in terms of monthly payments rather than the total amount. If you ask, they will let you know. If that matters to you, please ask!

Hands down the worst car dealership visit I ve EVER had.Firstly having your salesmen/women sitting ON a desk by the front door sitting on their phones talking about weed was a little strange .What was even more unprofessional is hearing you guys talking about us several feet away..Doug tried bullying us for over an hour after he felt Angel couldn t make the sale. Using phrases like you drove over an hour to not get the car you want bc YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU WON . We asked for a moment to talk in private and he refused to leave us. I asked for my keys SEVERAL times and was shown the keys to the Subaru. He literally did not let us leave.After all of that when he realized his bully tactic wasn t working he sent over ANOTHER salesperson to try. 3 in total.I was 100% ready to bring a car home that day.. but that was the sketchiest vibes I ve ever gotten from a place.

Bizarre experience. Reading other reviews after the fact makes perfect sense... Here is how your visit goes... Angel (who was great) greets you & asks for your keys to evaluate the trade in, hands it to his manager, Doug Maranville, and takes you on a test drive... When you offer a very reasonable 2% discount, Doug takes over scribbling numbers saying they absolutely cannot negotiate more than 1%. I ask if I can talk privately with my wife in OUR car, Doug says, "here take the Outback keys", and walks away... THIS WHOLE TIME WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE OUR KEYS ARE! We felt like HOSTAGES! After making the decision to get out of there as soon as possible, the finance manager dangles your keys in front of you to put you at ease and tries one less time to sell the car. This tactic is disgusting and extremely unprofessional.

Rudy for the win!! Rudy is an exceptional car salesman -- truly, I absolutely HATE the process of searching + buying a vehicle, especially all of the back and forth wheeling & dealing. I have to say Rudy was fantastic to work with -- he made the process go so smooth and got me the absolute best deal he could on my new (to me) 2021 Grand Cherokee L. 10/10 if you're in need of a vehicle, obviously, he specializes in Subaru, since it's Autofair of Subaru, but he may be able to help with other vehicles like he did for me. Go see Rudy, you won't regret it!
