Bought 2016 Explorer sport few months ago. Brought in for service. Dealt with Chris in sales and both chris and william in service and had my suv taken care of right away. They checked in with me threwout the day as well. They covered it under warranty. They even delivered it to my house. The sales and services was very easy going. I would shop with them again. Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely no respect for your time or specific interest I had scheduled a test drive for 9AM on a Saturday morning. The dealership opens at 9. I wanted to ensure I was the first one there to drive this particular vehicle because if it went well I planned on purchasing it, that day. I didn t want to run the risk of someone buying it before me.I was thrilled when the correspondence leading up to my appointment assured me that they have set aside time specifically with me, to meet with a specialist and that the car would be out front upon arrival waiting for ME. Several confirmations of this.When I arrived at 9, I was met by the rep who would assist me. That s when the stalling began. After about 15-20 minutes of them trying to extrapolate purchase information from them - I said I wanted to get in the car and test it out before we moved further. That s when the truth came out. they said that someone had beat me to it and was taking it out as we spoke.I asked what time do you guys open? They said 9. I followed up with, so my appointment at 9 wasn t the first one? They said yes and that they must have double booked it and he beat me by 5 minutes .They then tried to bait and switch me into another model - completely different color (white versus the dark grey I wanted) with an extra 20k miles.I agreed to test drive that one - in the essence of trying to save time. I should have left right then and there. The person who took it out, bought the vehicle I was interested in and had reserved the first appointment for right out from under me.The representative and Sales Manager proceeded to gaslight me into questioning why I wouldn t just want the white one because the wheels are black! What s an extra 20 thousand miles ?I left frustrated and followed up with an email to their BDC Manager that scheduled the appointment. His response? We don t see every appointment that gets booked and had no way of knowing that someone else was scheduled to see it at that time .FYI - BDC agents get paid based on every appointment that SHOWS UP. Something to think about when reading his response This dealer clearly knew what was happening and decided to try and bait and switch me instead of being transparent as to what was going on - and let me decide on whether or not waking up early and driving 45 minutes on a Saturday morning was worth doing when I might not even have a CHANCE to look at the vehicle.This dealer is clearly willing to do whatever it takes to get you in a vehicle with no respect for your time or actual interests. Thoroughly disappointed in the whole experience and their pathetic apology that followed.

100% would recommend 10/10. really great people and staff. 100% efficient and they don t play games. 100% straight business.Justin the sales person who sold me the used truck 100% amazing really did a great job with everything. The whole staff was amazing.

Chris at Autofair Ford of Haverhill, MA did a great job on my F250. I had 4 things done on my truck and 3 of them were still under warranty. Chris did all the paperwork for the repairs and warranty and completed my truck in a timely manner. So grateful to that my truck is running well and that most items were covered under warranty !!

This was one of the most well coordinated- well communicated experience I have EVER had at a Ford service center. I usually approach the servicing of our vehicle by Ford with dread- as I have only had rude, sub standard, insulting experiences at other service centers - Haverhill Ford has won me back! From the booking right down to the communication through out the service, and the final explanation of what was done- and planning for what needs to be done in the not to distant future. Justine and her team have raised the bar on how a high quality service center SHOULD be run!Watch out other New England service centers! These guys are showing you up big time!Thanks for winning me back Haverhill Ford!

Honestly it was like walking down the Yellow Brick Road and having the Wizard of Oz Grant me my wish. From top to bottom I received white glove treatment from the time they took my keys till the time they handed them back to me. I really can't say enough to show how pleased I was with Tom and the whole service department. AMAZING!!! I just move to this area and they simply made me feel at home.AutoFair Ford service department staff and mechanics are Rock Stars in my book. Thank you for making me feel like I mattered....

Great customer service, very knowledgeable sales representative and he and the staff went above and beyond to get the monthly payments to were I was aiming to be at. They treated me we the upmost respect and informed me thru every step of the process. The facilities were modern and the they have a big inventory to choose for . Thanks for making the process and purchase of my new Ford 150 comfortable.

I recently visited to get my car serviced and everyone there was respectful, patience, understanding and kind. I must admit, I was probably a little "annoying" as a customer but they never made me feel I was a problem and I truly appreciate them for taking their time with me specifically Chris. Thank you Chris and the rest of the team there, I plan to continue going there to get my car serviced over other Ford service areas due to the great experience you all left me with.

Have gotten two cars from them. While you do tend to get a good deal staff tends to be dishonest at times during the process about small things like how long something may take. Also even if you are clear about your budget they will try to tack on X, Y and Z of the services they offer to your payments. Mildly unpleasant to have to keep repeating no to something regardless of how much they lower the price of the service but when you be direct about what they are doing they get flustered. Staff just needs some work on customer service, some are snakes in a suit.

Great experience! Went helping my 16 year old son who was buying his first car, he knew what he wanted and they were able to deliver. They were upfront and honest throughout the process, the car was ready earlier than expected. Najib, our salesman was great at keeping us informed every step of the way. It was refreshing after my own previous car buying experience at another dealership recently was less than great. It really provided a great first car buying experience for my son!

Great, quick, professional service. I have been servicing my Ford with them for Seven years now. They provide a comfortable waiting area with Television and snacks, or curtesy shuttle service, until your vehicle is serviced.Ricardo at the service desk on 2/17/2024 was great. I highly recommend this dealer not only for service, but also for your next car purchase as well.

Michael was very helpful in choosing the right truck for our needs. We were able to compare our old truck to a few others, and be able to pick the one that better fit what we were looking for. He even worked with us to stay close to the budget we had, and we ended up with a new truck we love and a payment plan we can stick to. Would highly recommend!!

Great service and speedy. Tom was really professional and understanding and his service is top tier. When I walked in this morning he greeted me right away and made my morning as smooth as ever. Made sure he communicated with me after I left and let me know exactly when the issue in my vehicle was detected. I can t ask for better service. They delivered here and I will continue to use their services

I had a 2010 F-150 serviced here. Justine at the service desk made it an easy and smooth process. Left my truck in the evening and Robin gave me a ride home. I got the major service package done along with a couple break pads and rotors and she feels great. Staff were awesome and the work was precise. The price was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. All and all, they were great and I would recommend them.

Had a great experience with service department. First it was the water pump then the front brakes and both times the service advisor was Tom Stubbs. Now he is in the process of helping us pick out the best tires for our car. He helped us out with our needs and he'll surely help you out to.

I had a really positive experience with Autofair Ford. Over all it was quick, Painless and they got me approved for the car i wanted for a price I could pay. All in all it was like a 3 hour process for a trade-in + purchase. Ask for Phill, he will hook you up .

I highly recommend AutoFair in Haverhill. My sales experience with Marc Brovender was excellent. He was very pleasant, honest , informative and very knowledgeable about the particular car I wanted to buy. Marc is a very nice guy to do business with.There was no pressure with him to buy at all.
