This shop robbed me out of 4500, I hit a deer in Westhampton a friend recommended this shop so obviously I put my trust in them the irony, the deer did damage to the front end and a bit of the side as well as the hood, they recommended to change the side when it could ve just been pulled out not a big bump easy fix, the front end and hood just needed to be replaced which is 1200 for the full front bumper set and 500 for the hood not even 2k and for paint no more then 200$ as shown in the photos the grill just needed to be replaced, the horn wasn t even replaced and doesn t work when I dropped it off it was working, the car is also missing the radiator support, classic robbery, they could ve fixed the car to 100% and even turned it back stock, I do have a flowmaster exhaust so they classify it as modified which is understandable why they wouldn t touch the engine but the exhaust they could ve turned it back to stock with the 4500$ they took, I kept calling to check on the car and they said still waiting for parts a 1 week job took 30days I will not recommend any Northampton shops.!Y all are very lucky I m a nice guy should ve done it myself but the first time I go through insurance I get screwed the irony the insurance even stated if they needed any more money to get the car 100% they just gotta ask I informed them as well. Take off the flowmaster and boom not classified as modified return the exhaust stock for 600 - 2000 then dive into the engine and change the things needed to be changed pure laziness at the end of the day.

These people painted my bumper because the dealer sold me a car whose bumper was incorrectly painted years ago. Ingellis was highly recommended by multiple local mechanics. The professional staff explained what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote. The final product looks great.

Dropped by Ingellis after an accident hoping for an estimate before they closed on a Friday afternoon. Instead, Matt came out and quickly bolted everything into place and refused to charge me for his time. I ll definitely be going back here if I need more work and would recommend Ingellis to anyone! Thank you!

Extremely great service! Family owned and operated, Jake and the Ingellis crew will have your vehicle repaired in a timely manor at an affordable cost. I would highly recommend bringing your damaged vehicle to Ingellis Auto Body if you want nothing but the best quality and service!

Ingellis is awesome!! We shopped around at a few places for a quote and are thrilled that we landed with the Ingellis team. Even with a part coming in damaged, they finished up the work on time and this round it happened to come in under the quoted amount. Very happy to have them in our community and recommend them highly!

I took my Prius there to see if I could get the faded headlight covers clear again. They took care of me right away, and the job didn't take long at all! The headlights look like new. Special thanks to Matt for his kind assistance. He did a fantastic job.

There are times in Life when we give up on our Fellow Man....It often happens to us when we're Vulnerable and MOST Businesses can Smell it on us....especially Car Dealerships. I recently discovered that my Inspection Sticker is about to run out so, after buying a HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY at a local dealership and paying TWICE ($206) what it would cost me online, ($86) off I went....headlight assembly in hand. I was on a Perry Mason Mission. I'd driven past a Repair shop I knew nothing about ONLY because I'd missed my Exit and decided ON THE SPOT to give them a Shot. What could I possibly have to lose as my other inquiries had each led to "We can MAYBE SQUEEZE you in next month". Bummer. At Ingellis a Incredibly nice guy came out, and looked at my Headlight....and he Smiled. The Inspection took less than 10 seconds as my Chevy Impala had Lots of Water in the Headlight. I'd thought about putting several Goldfish in said still-functioning headlight to Class it up a bit but being an Animal / Fish Lover I decided against it. Somewhere a Goldfish is Loving me. :)Bottom Line #1.. Said "Saint" went inside and grabbed a screwdriver, returned, had the old headlight assembly (not simply a bulb) OUT and the New One firmly in place in UNDER 5 minutes!!! Turned on the lights and everything is AS NEW. I expected to pay $75 for his service as that's what others had Estimated....with a Straight Face. Instead I had to FORCE him to charge me for his time!!! Say what!!?? Was I on the Planet Earth or had I driven through a Wormhole is Space where people are kind to one another?? Bottom Line #2. No matter WHERE you live on the Planet Earth have your Car work done at Ingellis Auto Body. Visit their Website. The Place is Owned by a Woman.....Does that matter? Obviously it does..... and She hires SAINTS to work for her. I give them 25 Stars...... 30 if I could. You will too!Rich Briere
