Discovered V-Tech looking for service for my Audi S5 outside of the dealer. I live in Chatham and I noticed the owner often had Audis he was working on. I have had my brakes done, oil changes, tire rotation, alignment, switched out summer/winter rims, and inspections. The work has always been great, reasonable prices, repairs finished quickly, and the owner is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Allowed me to store my summer rims all winter for free. Great customer service and highly recommend.

I brought my car in for a brake and seized caliper issue.They were able to fix it and give my car an oil change and get me on the road all in a day.Wonderful service.You can tell the owner puts his heart into his business.Will be recommending VTech to others.

Definitely recommend! Prices are fair and owner is a nice guy who you can tell just wants to run an honest business. As a female, it s hard to find a good mechanic. I ll definitely return!

I received great service from V-Tech. My check engine light came on and I brought my car to a different mechanic who diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A week later, he said he could not get the part and suggested that I try which I did at a dealer in Rhode Island. When I told him I had the part, he said he could not help me as he had some long term projects he was working on.I took my car (and part) to V-Tech and scheduled an appointment and happy to say my car is running great! I'm really happy with V-Tech and plan to have my care serviced there in the future.

I have been looking for a good mechanic to service my personal cars and my business trucks. After I have been to so many incompetent mechanics on Cape I met the owner of V-tech.. extremely honest and reliable person. He does what he says he will do in a timely manner. He fixes any serious problems I have had with trucks and most importantly works very well with German cars. Very happy!

V-Tech stayed open late to help my family in a pinch. Brakes, new tires, batteries, oil changes; Vladi and his team always deliver. Highly recommend, they go above and beyond. There isn't much to love about experiencing car trouble, especially when your alternator goes out. Fortunately for me, Vladi and his team were there to help while I was in Cape Cod for an internship this summer, and even though there were problems after the installation and having to upgrade an alternator because the first one didn't work correctly, Vladi helped to make sure personally that my car got fixed. Not very happy about the high price to fix, but I would highly recommend this auto center because Vladi and his team were very helpful to facilitate a complicated repair. Great job and thank you very much Vladi and team!

The place is great. We have a fleet of company cars , I brought one of them for service and after i saw how professional they work I just started bringing all of our cars there , from oil change to brake pads , to inspection or more serious repairs , they're doing it all. The owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Waiting room is clean. I've had my inspections done here and it's always simple. They will give me advice on what repairs are coming up, whether or not I want to use their repair services. Owner is pleasant and knowledgeable.

Formerly BB's auto, (my garage for over 30 years!), it is good to see that V-Tech has picked up the mantle and gone on to repair my car with a professional and friendly attitude. My 2014 VW had a bad alternator. They got me in quickly, confirmed the issue and I had the car back the following day. In additional they let me know about other issues which might need attention in the near future. I received several phone calls, during the day, keeping me updated on the progress, cost, and completion time. Very polite, professional, and reasonable. I will definitely be a return customer.Thanks again V -tech auto center for fitting me in quickly and doing great work!

Can't be more satisfied with the service and the price. I had an issue with my BMW X3's alternator and had to tow my car to Vtech. I left the car in the evening and it was ready on the next day by lunch. Owner is honest and I never felt any pressure. I'll absolutely recommend to all my friends.

They took me in without an appointment. Extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Within a few hours my car was ready- new tires, oil change and brakes replacement. Highly recommended place. Definitely the best place in Harwich to get your car fixed!

I brought my car in to get an oil change and to get an inspection. He found an issue with one of my ball joints. He was able to do the oil change, fix the ball joint, and finish the inspection within a timely manner. He is fair in price and was able to get things fix quicker than expected. I would recommend service here and I will go back in the future.

Avoid this place! My mom and I were both looking for a new mechanic that is local. Mom spoke with these folks and they told her to come at 10am. She arrived and was treated HORRIBLY. she was told they would never make an appointment for an oil change, refused to apologize and were so rude she just left. Neither of us will ever do business with these people. Astonishing that a local business treats local people like this. I will make it my personal business to tell others.

We rent down in Chatham/Harwich every year. Every year something comes up with one of the cars. This week, my sons Jeep had the inside wheel protective rubber cover come off. Not a simple repair without the right tools.Stopped in to see Benny. Very friendly, very willing to help with a genuine smile. As one of the other reviewers noted, FAIR, and HONEST, and very reasonably priced. It's a rare find these days in business. Especially when you are on vacation.Go see Benny!David

The older guy who does the inspection here is very very rude and doesn t know what he s is doing telling me my registration was expired that I just got from the rmv smh and wanting to fail me for a little strip and my seat belt I even over heard the other guy telling him tht stupid to fail someone for I wish I could post the pic smh and when I ask if I could go somewhere else he got all upset!!! Like really upset

Stopped in when I had a screw stuck in my tire. They plugged it right when I got there free of charge - I ll be switching my garage to here for my next car issue
