I ve been shopping for an SUV for over a month and was test driving every highly rated SUV that was available. I had gone to six or seven different dealerships, and finally ended up finding one at Ocean Honda in Hanover. I was exhausted from my search, and I really didn t want to deal with another high-pressure dealership, but they had a vehicle I was very interested in. I ended up getting a fabulous deal and wasn t pressured whatsoever. I hate buying cars but I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership. My salesman was Aaron P if interested.

After every experience I ve had with the service department at Ocean Honda at Hanover, I have always left overly impressed! The service is always prompt, friendly, and top notch. I have always been treated with respect, and never had to second guess their assessment, (as I have had to dispute charges at another dealership). I was so happy to see the new location open, and have been overly satisfied by their service. I recommend them highly.Thank you for your premium service, Ocean Honda of Hanover!-a loyal customer

Seriously just had the BEST car buying experience at Ocean Honda in Hanover. Everyone there was so amazing! Especially our salesman named Dan. Fantastic, relaxing, lots of laughs. Numbers worked on the car and the trade. No games or gimmicks. Sheer perfection. Highly recommend. We leased a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. Very very happy with this purchase. We get to pick it up tomorrow and my husband is happy as this is his first brand new car. I'm so happy for him. Thank you to the entire staff at Ocean Honda. You took these long time Volkswagen customers and turned them in Honda buyers for life I would have given more than 5 if possible. Class act for sure at that dealership.

Carly and the team at Ocean Honda of Hanover made my car buying experience absolutely terrific. From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. Overall, it was an awesome and easy experience. I was able to see, test drive and purchase the exact car I came in for. Customer service was top notch, far better than any other dealership I've ever been to in the area. Thanks again, I'm sure I'll be back!

Usually not the type of person that writes reviews BUT my experience here was so amazing that I had to share. I had a pretty bad experience trying to buy a Honda from another dealer and was nervous going into look at an Accord at Ocean Honda in fear that once again a dealer would just try to finesse me. I explained what happened at the previous dealer to Carly (sales woman) and she was so kind and understanding! She was honest and didn t try to force me into anything like the previous dealer tried to. I would recommend getting your car here over anywhere else! Carly Poh and Jason are the best and my new Honda Accord is beautiful!!!

Such an awesome experience. I ve been given family cars since I started driving but it was time to get my own car, fully on my own!I did a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted. Carly was SUPER helpful. She called me minutes after I inquired and then the next night I was at the dealership and buying the car! She answered all my questions and made it super easy.Sandra in the finance department was also amazing! She stayed later to make sure everything got done for me.I had to go back a few days later because I needed a sticker and they serviced me so quickly and everyone was so sweet and helpful.10/10 would reccomend- I will definitely be going back to Carly when it s time for a new car!

Update: Customer service goes down hill once the check is cashed. People are nice, but poor communication is the best way to describe it. Service area reps are nice as well (ask me how I know after less than 1 day of having the car in our possession).Original: It was a great experience for our first time buying a Honda, and a used car. They were transparent with car expectations, features and pricing. They were respectful of our time and let us talk things over as needed. There was no pressure and they worked with us to make sure we checked off all our boxes. Definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a car.

I have been here several times for service and each time the staff have been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have never tried to upsell me and are very upfront about costs and the time the repair will take. They re courteous to all their customers and are always looking to provide the customer with a honest and helpful solution. Highly recommend for service!

I had the greatest experience with this dealership the other day, the people that I worked with were very polite, they were very knowledgeable, and I was able to purchase a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport S.Kellyanne was a fantastic saleswoman, she was very nice, and great to work with. Highly recommend working with her if you decide to look into getting a new vehicle.Sandra was also a fantastic employee of that dealership too. She gave me all the information up front and anything that I needed further. She called the next day, told that she mailed the documents that I needed, and documents arrived promptly too.Brigette was also great worker too she also understood when I was stuck in traffic on my travels way down to the dealer and she point to the greatest salesperson too.If anyone is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Ocean Honda in Hanover. I highly recommend them, they made the transaction smooth, and I was out the door really quick to start my journey home too.

I typically don't write a review but felt compelled to share my experience. From the initial contact through the delivery of my new Accord, Carly and Nick went above and beyond to support my situation. Not only did they listen, support and educate, but they treated me with kindness and honesty, something I've never experienced in the car buying process. I was so pleased with the experience, that I brought my mom in and she purchased a new to her Pilot Elite, and we both took our Hondas home the same night. Would highly recommend Carly and her team at Ocean Honda of Hanover.

I want to share what a positive experience I had recently purchasing a new Honda CRV Hybrid with Ocean Honda of Hanover. Deon Smith met us at the door and did an excellent job leading us through the whole sales process. He was professional, personable and always had a smile on his face.Deon and his sales manager Jason were excellent to work with and Jason went above and beyond calling around to find my first choice car color. Many thanks to Deon, Jason and everyone at Ocean Honda. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda.

I don't even know where to start. I was in the market for the 2022 Civic Si. It's a rare car and they were the only ones who were able to get me one! Emily is the best salesperson there is! I negotiated a lot on the price and she went out of her way to make me happy! If you're looking into buying a car, go to her! And not to mention the finance manager, Sandra, is awesome! They're both super friendly and funny and they made the car buying experience so easy for me. Hassle free experience and she was able to get me a good extended warranty with tire package and gap insurance for a reasonable price! Everyone there is so nice! I would highly recommend to go to this Honda dealer because they will try their best to accommodate you on the prices.

"WATCH OUT FOR THE ADD ONS" Was going to purchase a used vehicle 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Dealt with Sam very nice and felt bad he didn't get sale done all because of the Sales Management and Finance side. Got price of Jeep with sales tax and all fees. Then there was these other 2 fees in there and asked what these were, and it was a Car Doc Maintenace $1600 and E-LO system $2800 in there that the dealer installs in every car new or used and tries to sell to you. Told Sales Manager Bill I don't want either of them and he came back with the Car Doc off but the E-LO still there. Told him again I don't want it, left and came back and they were gonna see what they could do. Came back and said we will give it to me at their cost $1400. Said again I don't want it also i want my mechanic to go over it. They said OK it was looked at and went back in later that night and spoke with General Sales Manager Jason, he said let me look again and he said ok I'll do it at our cost $750 and said i want it out and not paying for it. its something you guys put in and i don't want it. You installed it well take it out and was told they can't its already installed. Then he says you really wanna lose out on this deal over $750? I said you really wanna lose out on a sale over $30,000 for a $750 pc you put in your vehicles. Pulled out card and said all done i want deposit back on it they did and I walked. Sales guy Sam was great.

Had the absolute best experience purchasing a new 2023 HRV Sport from Ocean Honda with Aaron P. as my salesperson. Aaron was the best!! From the moment I walked in he was friendly, kind, and patient with me as we went through the options. I could tell he was passionate about Honda as he was so informative while teaching me everything I needed to know about my new car.Aaron kept me up to date while I waited my car to be delivered. I was so excited to pick it up, and Aaron was great at explaining all the features and answering my questions before driving off in my beautiful new car.Thank you so much to Aaron and Ocean Honda for such a great car buying experience. I will be recommending you to my friends, family, and whoever else I meet who is looking for a friendly and seamless purchase.

Great experience from start to finish. Dealership was clean, everyone was friendly, not super pushy like some places, I felt comfortable being inside. Sean, the salesman, was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in hearing what I was looking for and helping me find exactly what I wanted. He went on a test drive with me and actually pointed out all of the features of the car I was driving. I chose the Honda CRV, and they were able to process everything in a timely manner and with efficiency. Special thanks to Sandra in finance, who was not only amazing in her knowledge and skills, but also very personable. I highly recommend that you ask for Sean. A+

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Ocean Honda of Hanover! Right from the beginning, I was greeted by Bridgette who had reached out to me prior to me coming in to see what my options were. She matched me with Sam who helped me test drive a couple of vehicles and the second one in was my winner. He listened to my concerns, and did try to sell me on a lease a little, but understood that I was not wanting a lease. Lou came in and helped, and they both brought out a beautiful Civic that I was in love with at first sight. When it came down to financials, Lou and Bassam helped out so much. They were wonderful to work with, understanding, and willing to help out in any way that I could. Sam kept in contact with me the whole time until I went to pick up the vehicle. Aaron helped me with the final signatures, and brought the car around, and was very friendly the whole time. I've never had a wonderful experience when it comes to purchasing a car, because it's always stressful, but Ocean Honda managed to make this a pleasant experience. 10/10, I definitely would recommend this location to friends and family looking to purchase a new or pre owned Honda.

If you re looking for your first car go to him he helped me out a lot and worked with my budget and everything ! The manager Jason was also so helpful and helped me out as well. I love my new car and I m so thankful for the team that helped

Incredible experience here, the staff was great. Deon was my sales associate and he made everything incredibly easy to understand seeing that this was my first vehicle purchase. Would 1000% recommend coming to this dealership. And as an added bonus they re selection was great!!

I came in at night when they were almost closing and they were very nice. Aaron is honestly the best, he was very understanding and very patient with me. Aaron will definitely take amazing care of you! Not only did he help me find an amazing car he also got me an amazing deal! I m so happy with my purchase. I cannot thank him and Jason (the manager) enough for helping me. They also gave me good deal for my trade. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would 100% tell you Ocean Honda of Hanover is the place to go!

The sales team are a scam. Beware of them running your credit without knowledge. They will get you in with a "guaranteed approval" which is a lie. Want a test drive? Nope. I will be reporting this "dealership" to the Better Business Bureau.

Overall I had a great experience with this dealership. I wasn t expecting to buy a new car that evening but with the assistance of Deon it was a stress free quick experience. Deon is my new go to salesman and that is saying a lot. Overall positive experience!

Experience was fabulous from the beginning listen to what my needs were, and found a car that worked for us. But also upon learning that I wanted to surprise my daughter with it Carly , my sales person, and the whole staff were phenomenal. They place the car in the show room provided a bow balloons and even videotaped my daughter surprise reaction. Made this more than a sales transaction made a wonderful memory and experience for my family and we were more than grateful. So much so that my husband was discussing the next vehicle we re gonna purchase. From Ocean. Thank you again

I am beyond pleased with Ocean Honda. I highly recommend purchasing and servicing Honda vehicles here!! I bought my first Honda in 2018, an Odyssey, and because I loved my experience so much, when it was time for my husband to get a new car, we went back to Ocean Honda and he recently purchased a 2024 Honda Accord EX L Sports Hybrid. We worked with Sam Hasan back in 2018 and we worked with him again! He is very informative and truly knows these cars. He takes his time to teach the new owners about the features of their new car. I felt very comfortable working with him. He was extremely honest and helpful. He is amazing!! Also, Bridgette in the customer service department was very helpful. She took my call and spent time discussing options with me. She is so sweet. The business manager, Sandra, helped us with all the paperwork. She got everything done quickly and smoothly. She's also hilarious. LOL. The manager Lou was also very informative and just the fact that he is so involved and helpful to his employees and customers. I think all the employees at Ocean Honda are huge assets to the company. They all work as a team. I am so impressed. Thank you ALL so much!!

The whole process was very smooth, stress-free and short that we drove our new vehicle home in less than a week. Can't believe they sent someone all the way home in Worcester to bring our new plates and change them. We really appreciate them
