Been a customer for years. Recently I had the pleasure working with Don, he was pleasant, informative and attentive to my concerns and all questions I had about my service.Prices are fair, I don't have a question next time I need work on my tires that I will call them first.Thanks again!

Brought my car in because she was in limp mode I suspected a speed censor and the windshield wipers weren t moving. They told me it could be the motor or assembly (once you open it up it was clear its the assembly somehow they missed that?). They also told me it could be the sensor but was probably the computer. They complained about something with my exhaust. On pickup I was told the only thing impacting the driveability of my car was the wipers being unsafe. I brought it to my mechanic all the way in another state- diagnosis, assembly is on order the links are literally gone, and the speed sensor has fallen off the bearing and had time to bang around and damage my tires and my exhaust problem was the catalytic converter when replaced was welded to my exhaust this does not impact her drive ability. I believe my car would have been less damaged if Id been told to cut her use down. Dont go here for diagnosis they don t even look with their eyes. Maybe their oil changes are good but I did watch them lie to a patron in their lobby about what kind of oil he uses so Id say that s questionable too

Scheduled to have my A/C looked at along with squeaking from my tire. Dropped my car off on Thursday morning and received a call back on Saturday that they could not work on the A/C because of the year of the car (would have been nice information when I dropped the car off) and that there was sound coming from my left front tire, but didn t do anything about it. Basically my car sat at the shop for 2 days and nothing was done, complete waste of time and rude customer service, will never use this location again.

The first day they were supposed to tow my car they never went to get it. The second day they were supposed to change the tires they never even called. The third day they finally replace the tires, but they charge me almost twice what the quote was. When I tried to straighten it out, they just explained all the different charges and said that it must ve been a misunderstanding. So I paid $1400 for tires on a car that s worth $1000 :0/

Don and his guys were awesome. They were very friendly when my wife and 9 month old daughter had to come in when we got a nail in our tire. They took the car in right away and we re very efficient making the repair. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend using them.

I purchased my tires from Tire Rack for my mini-copper and shipped them to Monro. I only dealt with the mechanics - They were excellent - 10-star experience. Right after, I did my mini-van and dealt with the owner (I think he was the owner). I felt terrible for him; he was angry, combative, and downright unhappy. It pains me to write a bad review because my first experience with his employees was great. I pray he can find peace in this world or resolve whatever issues.

Not a good experience. The manager is rude to the customers. I paid for an oil change, an alignment, and 4 brnad new wheels/tires install for 230 usd total. Advertised as "x point inspection" included. I asked for the alignment measures/ results printed and I received "the computer does not have paper to print". The left back tire had 14 psi pressure way below the 35psi recommended. I ended up paying for air in the Mobile gas station, 10 min after picking up the car. My steering wheel was not aligned when car goes flat straight line. I took it for a 2nd time to correct the alignment. The alignment is still off. For the above reasons, I don't trust them to the point I will NOT bring it back again. It was a waist of time and money. Not to mention 14psi in a tire can be dangerous too. Not cool.

bad experience horrible service, you schedule an appointment, arrive on time, go to the store and the bad person asks your name and is literally kicked out of the place. it was the company that lost, I don't recommend wasting your time going to a place where people don't love what they do, in my country the customer is our greatest asset. good luck to anyone wanting this company's service.

I have had two experiences with Don and his team at this location, and I cannot say enough about their service, but also their willingness to explain in detail what the problems were, and how to best remedy them. I genuinely felt important, which in today's world, rarely happens. Great people who have earned my business.

I called last minute and close to closing and Issac got me right in with no problem to get my mothers new tires mounted and balanced. They easily could had said no, come back tomorrow or make an appointment. The pricing and service was great and ended up a very satisfied customer!

Fantastic customer service! I came in on a busy Sunday and Asst. Manager Danny went out of his way to help me out. I had a few questions pertaining to the different types of oil and services, and Danny thoroughly answered them all. In a fast paced 'get em in and out' world we live in, it is refreshing to experience such honest, thoughtful customer service. Thanks Danny.

Great service & prices. I brought my car in for a tune up and a check engine light and when i picked it up it was off. Good deal right? It came on a few days later and I ended up having to bring it back 4 times but they didn't charge me anything extra and basically would take me in immediately. Dedicated to solving your car problems. They've gotten all my car business ever since.

I've been to Monro's several times since moving to the area and am extremely happy with the results. The man who had waited on me each time, whos name I'm sorry to say escapes me at the moment, is personable, curtious and very clear about what needs to be done and what it will cost. Each time they have been able to do the work right away with very little wait time. I am so glad I found a place that I am confident with servicing my car.

Please avoid this Munro dealer. I just asked to have an oil change that was advertised as $19.99. I was told the actual cost would be $30.00. When I told the attendant l thought the advertising was deceptive, he became very rude and told me in a raised voice that if l did not like it to go somewhere else. The serviceman was intimidating and extremely unprofessional. We all understand that these advertised prices, particularly for oil changes, are likely to be questionable in one way or another. In the case for oil changes, added fees are always posted in small type somewhere else on the advertisement where dealers are fully aware they are unlikely to be seen. They advertise the low initial price in large type relying on the fact that when a potential customer comes through the door and then finds out about the additional charges, they are far more likely to get the oil change than if they knew of the extra charges up front. This is deceptive and they know it. The attendant who l tried to mention this to not only didn t want to hear it, he became angry and abusive as well. The only reason l did not give this shop zero stars is because it was not an option. This occurred at 4 pm on Monday, January 13, 2020. This is not the first time this same person has been rude to me. Avoid this place at all costs.

First of all.... I called just to ask a question and Dannys bubbly voice answered the phone and helped me set up an appointment for the next morning. Then I come in and Danny was there to greet me and asked if i was the one he spoke to about my brakes. He ensured that we would figure everything out. I had a nice personal conversation with the other man that was there (didn't catch his name) but he seemed like he ran the place, not sure. Thank you so much Danny for your help and your positive energy. There needs to be more people like you in this world! Great customer service!

Overall (and so far) happy with the quality of service at the Hanover, MA location. I was a little concerned with the relaxed approach to client safety resulting from the increase of cases with COVID-19 and the delta variant. No masks were worn by any employees or customers. I did wear one out of common courtesy for others. For that, I have to rate this location a 4 out of 5. The price was VERY competitive. So far, no issues with the service. I had all rotors and pads replaced on both axels for less than $1k.

I've been taking my car here for oil changes for as long as I can remember. They do a great job, the prices are excellent, and the service is fantastic! They are very thorough and never fail to point out anything that I may need to be aware of or need to replace in the near future. Highly recommend them!

I always take my car here for oil changes/routine maintenance. They send a coupon in the mail around the time I should be bringing my car back in for a change which is helpful, and it makes it even more affordable. Whenever I call to schedule an appointment, Danny always remembers me and it takes two seconds to schedule an appointment. I typically call on a Wednesday looking to get the oil changed on Thursday and he always fits me in. I won t be going anywhere else for my oil changes for as long as Monro is around!

Great experience. Quick oil change at a decent price. No pressuring into adding unnecessary items. Danny gave me some good future suggestions to maintain my vehicle. Will be going back for sure!

I am so disappointed by the service here. I brought my car to this Monro because it made a weird noise when I braked. When I picked up my car after the control arm was replaced, the noise returned after driving for just a few minutes. They couldn't get the correct part until the next day and (since I don't live locally) I couldn't stay that long, but they said they'd talk to my local Monro and arrange for the repair. However, when I brought it there for what was supposed to be a quick repair, my local Monro manager said that they had misdiagnosed the problem AGAIN and it was actually dealership-exclusive part. Monro has refused to pay for the dealership repair and won't even refund the money spent on their ineffective repair. Now their corporate customer service believes that the control arm repair and the noise were two separate issues and the mechanic was vague enough on the paperwork that I can't get a refund for the original expensive repair that did not even fix the problem. Throughout this ordeal, they have also constantly failed to call me back when they said they would and were very difficult to work with. I have never had such a terrible experience with a car repair.

Rudest front desk ever. Just because I'm a female taking my car in for an oil change they gave me all this bs about things my car needed. I took it to a different shop up the street and they assured me my car was fine. Not to mention they wouldn't honor their online price. Never doing business with them again.

Was my regular oil change place. Went in last month and was told I should have made an appointment a week in advance. Went in today no one came out to the counter. Stood outside the bay door trying to be seen by the three guys in the bay 6' away from me. After 20 minutes of them averting their eyes from me I left. WAS my regular oil change place.

I have used Monroe in the Hanover Ma location several times on several different vehicles we ve owned over the years and can say I was pleased with there price and service. Aside from the up-sale as expected from franchised businesses I have had zero complaints. However today I had one of the worst experiences to date of any repair shop I ve ever used and thats saying a lot being 60 years young. I have never heard of a MUFFLER business so uninformed that they don't know the difference from a performance muffler and a resonator as well as not knowing the vehicle inspection laws of the state they do business in. I was told my cherry bomb glass-pack muffler was a resonator, it wouldn't pass inspection and they wouldn't install it!! Well first off they installed the very same muffler on my 2004 Avalanche and it passed inspection 4 years straight (which is pretty good since the glass-pack don't have a long life). In addition I ran one on my 2002 Dakota for 2.5 years with no issues which was installed by a different shop. My recommendation for these folks is do a little homework on performance exhaust systems and don't pretend you know what your talking about when you re talking to someone who does!!!!FYI: Try using Google below is straight off about 1,000 pages of description of the Cherry Bomb MUFFLER line!!!Compare the sounds of the Cherry Bomb mufflers - Extreme, Pro, Glasspack, M80, Salute, Hot Rod, Vortex, Turbo.

Very impressed...I have been ripped off at so many different shops...my muffler sounded like a dirt bike...Honda could not get me in for weeks...Firestone does not weld and would have charged me to even look at it...Monro took me right in, was honest, did the job for an amazing price....I will go to them for all my needs moving forward....

The crew here know their stuff and did an awesome job on our brakes. Everything was done as promised and we had our car back in no time. I'd definitely recommend getting any service done here.
